Little Riverside Hoi An - Little Luxury Hotel & Spa

From the moment we arrived at Little Riverside Hoi An Resort, it felt like stepping into a dream. The entire experience — from check-in to check-out — was filled with warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care from every single staff member. We had an early morning flight and reached before the usual check-in time, yet the team welcomed us so graciously. While we waited in the beautiful lobby, the receptionist — a wonderful lady — patiently explained everything about the resort, the local attractions, and experiences we could enjoy. She even drew out a map for us, showing the best tailors in Hoi An for custom dresses, authentic Hoi Anese dishes to try, and helped us arrange a scooter to explore the town at our own pace. Her warmth and attention made us feel instantly at home. We also booked a private day tour to Ba Na Hills through the resort, which turned out to be one of the best experiences of our trip. Our guide, Düng, was absolutely incredible — full of knowledge, enthusiasm, and kindness. He ensured we avoided long queues, guided us smoothly through every spot, clicked countless pictures for us, and even helped carry our bags whenever he saw us struggling. His energy was truly infectious — after a full day of touring, we later saw him at the hotel reception in the evening, still smiling brightly and greeting guests with the same cheer and warmth. It was so special to witness someone give 200% with such genuine passion and positivity. The resort itself is perfectly located — right by the riverfront, offering a tranquil and picturesque view. Our room balcony opened up to the river, where boats floated by under glowing lanterns — simply magical, especially at night. The food was another highlight — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of local flavor. From breakfast spreads to in-room dining, everything was delicious. We also enjoyed the spa and massage services, which were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. What truly stood out, though, was the personalized warmth of every staff member. Everyone we met — from the front desk to the restaurant — spoke to us like family. They genuinely cared to ask how we were feeling, what we liked or disliked, and guided us on what we could explore or experience each day. That heartfelt connection made our stay even more memorable. The hotel also recommended the Hoi An Memories Show, and it was beyond spectacular — over 500 performers on stage, and just a short walk from the resort. Every moment at Little Riverside Hoi An felt special — personal, elegant, and full of heart. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels this genuine and human.

Our experience at Little Riverside Hoi An was very memorable, combining natural beauty with world-class service. The location is a major highlight; located right next to the Thu Bon river, it offers amazing views and easy accessibility. We loved that a road runs right along the river, taking you directly into the Old Quarter. We especially enjoyed the hotel's rooftop pool, which provided an excellent, tranquil view of the river—the perfect place to unwind and grab a drink. The hotel’s dining options were fantastic. The restaurant , serves a wide array of local meals. I was a big fan of the cobia fish dish—my new favorite! Breakfast is included and served buffet-style, offering a great selection, including many authentic Hoi An dishes. The staff's attention to detail was outstanding, particularly their care for my wife's dietary needs; they always remembered her request for vegetarian meals and would check in each morning about what she would like specially prepared. The staff was amazing and incredibly accommodating of all our needs. Our room was beautiful and clean and, crucially, offered an amazing view of the river. Beyond that, the hotel’s services enhanced our trip significantly. They provided us with an excellent referral to Bebe Tailor, making the process of getting clothing tailored a snap. Another highlight was the lantern making class with Tony. He did an amazing job teaching us and was incredibly patient with us as first-timers. Little Riverside Hoi An excels in every category and provides a truly authentic and luxurious experience. We highly recommend it!

This hotel is a pure gem. Our stay here was excellent. Being right on the river the views are amazing especially from the rooftop pool and bar. The colourfully lit boats travelling up and down is a sight to see. Our room was a comfortable, clean and well appointed Riverview room with balcony. Perfect! Breakfast is a buffet that is outstanding with a variety of dishes to tempt the most fastidious person. My wife said I must mention the spa. Very professional staff that lull you into a world of relaxation bliss. Location wise it is a short walk to the bustle of the Old Town and the varied sights like the Japanese Bridge, the night market, restaurants and the central market itself. For the sports minded the 3 Dragons Sports Bar is a short stroll along the river. All in all we had an impressive stay here. We will be back.

This hotel is perfectly located a short walk from old town Hoi An and an electric bike rental shop. The rooms are clean, cozy and have nice amenities. AC works great! Their breakfast bar is diverse and has something for everyone. The staff is very polite and helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

During my stay, I had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel’s spa. The massage service was excellent — both relaxing and professional. I would especially like to mention Jasmine and Carol, who made my visit unforgettable. They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to every detail. Before the massage began, they carefully asked about my preferences and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session. The hotel has a beautiful design that truly reflects Vietnamese style and culture. The welcome drink they offered upon arrival was also delicious！

The place is truly lovely, offering a quiet and peaceful ambiance that makes for a perfect relaxing experience. The food is delicious and well-prepared, exceeding our expectations. The staff are approachable, kind, and respectful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We stayed at the Little Hoi An Hotel for three days, and it was absolutely delightful. The hotel beautifully combines Vietnamese charm with modern comfort, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Ancient Town, yet tranquil enough to unwind. The breakfast was generous, with options for everyone, and the complimentary bikes and shuttles made exploring the area easy. There were a few minor quirks, but nothing detracted from our experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that made our time in Hoi An even more memorable.

This hotel is super comfortable, clean and spacious rooms with heritage design. This property reflects the culture and beauty of Hoi An town. The staff is very helpful and comforting. They treat you with great hospitality and goes out of the way to do things for all guests. The food was amazing and they prepared all menu options for us as vegan. Just ask them for anything they will do it for you. All the ladies at reception and staff, all the guys working in the property will make you feel like home. I wish we could stay more, but we will come back soon and will stay in Little Riverside whenever we visit Hoi An in future.
