Little Riverside Hoi An - Little Luxury Hotel & Spa

Little riverside exceeded expectations. I stayed with my 6 year old daughter. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. I felt really safe and welcomed. The breakfast is amazing. The best breakfast of any hotel throughout our Vietnam travels - also very kid friendly and you eat right above the river. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was so kind 🫶 We definitely recommend and would stay again! Must check out the spa and the free shuttle to a bang beach! Early morning and night walks in this area are a really magical feeling. It was absolutely fantastic.

This is perfectly located cracker of a boutique hotel in Hoi A right on the riverside as the name suggests. As soon as we walked in on arrival, we were warmly and affectionately welcomed by the adorable Aimee who looked after us throughout our stay to the highest possible standards. She is an incredible asset to the hotel and had just the best attitude, energy and smile. All the team are brilliant to be fair but Aimee was just amazing 🥰 The Little Riverside is in a cracking location to walk in to all the hustle and bustle of tailors, restaurants, bars, river boats, bridges, taxis etc and then get back to the sanctuary of the hotel and fall into a really large, comfy bed and spotlessly clean room. A huge bath, ace shower, fluffy towels - The housekeeping team do a superb job!! 👏🏻 Breakfast is comprehensive with from breads, croissants, jams, meats, it also does bacon, tomatoes, has a chef station for any type of egg and omelettes plus several hot and cold Vietnamese dishes, sushi and amazing coffees. The spa was outstanding and in my 6 nights there I had 5 brilliant massages and facials - absolute bliss. Cherry (pictured) and all the other spa therapists were so good at their jobs. Jenny the manager did a great job organising all the events for Christmas and it was so well done. The atmosphere was so contagious and fun. If I’m ever back in Hoi An I will stay back here - even just to see Aimee and the team again. Well done everyone! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Little Riverside Hoi An and wish we were able to stay longer. From the moment we arrived, the service from the reception staff and doorman was attentive, friendly and helpful. We arrived 1-2hrs early from our check-in time and were treated to iced drinks, hand towel and small chocolate cake which we appreciated after a long train and taxi ride from Da Nang. Staff recommended us nearby spots to visit and were always asking how everything was 😁 We relaxed at the spa/massage downstairs while waiting for our room to be ready which was also wonderful. We were assigned a city view room on lv5 with the outdoor pool which we enjoyed. Complimentary breakfast selection was also incredible with egg station, vietnamese soup of the day, great selections of local delicacies such as banh beo as well as western options too! Cafe sua đa is also available upon request (highly recommend very tasty 😁) One of the best hotels and experiences we have ever stayed at and will definitely be returning to this hotel if we ever return to Hoi An in the future!

We had a fantastic experience at Little Riverside. The spa and massage treatments were absolutely excellent. My partner had never had a massage in his life but by the end of the trip he had tried everything, which says it all. Carol was an absolute gem – incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Breakfasts were a real highlight too, with plenty of choice and great quality. The location is perfect for exploring Hội An while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended.

My Mum and I had booked to stay at this hotel for six nights to celebrate her 70th birthday. Sadly, three days into our stay (on my Mum’s actual birthday), we received the devastating news that my Dad (my Mum’s husband) had suddenly and unexpectedly passed away back in Australia. The entire team at Little Riverside showed us incredible kindness and compassion during that awful morning, even arranging a complimentary transfer to the airport, which meant more to us than we can put into words. Special thanks to Amber that morning and throughout our stay, along with Queenie. In the short time we were in Vietnam, the hospitality was exceptional. The river-view rooms are beautiful, the pool is stunning, and the location is perfect. Thoughtful touches like deep baths, a free shuttle to the beach, and bicycles for guests really set this hotel apart. Although we didn’t get to experience everything due to our circumstances, we truly hope to return to complete what we started. With gratitude, Nicole and Christine

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. It's truly feels like a luxury experience. The rooms are spacious, bathtub is massive, balcony with river views is stunning, and the roof top pool is just lovely for a moment to relax. The location is just perfect, on the river with accessibility to shopping, the laundry, and really anything you may need. It's far away from the loud party area so you can visit but don't need to listen to it all night long. I can't recommend enough.

This hotel is a pure gem. Our stay here was excellent. Being right on the river the views are amazing especially from the rooftop pool and bar. The colourfully lit boats travelling up and down is a sight to see. Our room was a comfortable, clean and well appointed Riverview room with balcony. Perfect! Breakfast is a buffet that is outstanding with a variety of dishes to tempt the most fastidious person. My wife said I must mention the spa. Very professional staff that lull you into a world of relaxation bliss. Location wise it is a short walk to the bustle of the Old Town and the varied sights like the Japanese Bridge, the night market, restaurants and the central market itself. For the sports minded the 3 Dragons Sports Bar is a short stroll along the river. All in all we had an impressive stay here. We will be back.

During my stay, I had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel’s spa. The massage service was excellent — both relaxing and professional. I would especially like to mention Jasmine and Carol, who made my visit unforgettable. They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to every detail. Before the massage began, they carefully asked about my preferences and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session. The hotel has a beautiful design that truly reflects Vietnamese style and culture. The welcome drink they offered upon arrival was also delicious！
