Little Riverside Hoi An - Little Luxury Hotel & Spa

This is perfectly located cracker of a boutique hotel in Hoi A right on the riverside as the name suggests. As soon as we walked in on arrival, we were warmly and affectionately welcomed by the adorable Aimee who looked after us throughout our stay to the highest possible standards. She is an incredible asset to the hotel and had just the best attitude, energy and smile. All the team are brilliant to be fair but Aimee was just amazing 🥰 The Little Riverside is in a cracking location to walk in to all the hustle and bustle of tailors, restaurants, bars, river boats, bridges, taxis etc and then get back to the sanctuary of the hotel and fall into a really large, comfy bed and spotlessly clean room. A huge bath, ace shower, fluffy towels - The housekeeping team do a superb job!! 👏🏻 Breakfast is comprehensive with from breads, croissants, jams, meats, it also does bacon, tomatoes, has a chef station for any type of egg and omelettes plus several hot and cold Vietnamese dishes, sushi and amazing coffees. The spa was outstanding and in my 6 nights there I had 5 brilliant massages and facials - absolute bliss. Cherry (pictured) and all the other spa therapists were so good at their jobs. Jenny the manager did a great job organising all the events for Christmas and it was so well done. The atmosphere was so contagious and fun. If I’m ever back in Hoi An I will stay back here - even just to see Aimee and the team again. Well done everyone! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The hotel is located at a quiet corner on the street. At the back of the hotel, that's the riverside. We got complimentary upgrade for our room on Xmas Eve to the river view which definitely brightened our day. The staff are very friendly here. The guest could expect the staff like to have small talks with them and introduce some activities around Hoi An. I really like their breakfast with comes with lots of varieties and have a blend of local and Westerners dishes. The only thing I don't like is the guests got to close the room door with little more strength. Due to the building is a bit aged, the noise could be easily hear in the morning when someone open and close their doors. The best thing one could expect is the night market which is about 10 - 15 min walk. It is definitely an experience could cannot miss when visiting the town.

We had a fantastic experience at Little Riverside. The spa and massage treatments were absolutely excellent. My partner had never had a massage in his life but by the end of the trip he had tried everything, which says it all. Carol was an absolute gem – incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Breakfasts were a real highlight too, with plenty of choice and great quality. The location is perfect for exploring Hội An while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended.

Hoi Ann was a place chosen by my wife to visit on our trip. She hit the nail with this hotel. Location is perfect, about 20 minutes walk to Ancient Hoi Ann Old town. They are so helpful and friendly, the staff speaks english. Upon arrival, the entry was beautiful. We were welcomed with tea and a small chocolate cake by "May" . She took us to our room and explained everything, the luggage arrived shortly after she left. ||The room was just perfect and the bathroom is big. But what we loved of this place was sitting at their restaurant, what a nice relaxing view of the river 😍, either sit outside or inside. Food is excellent and very good price and amount of food. "Jameson", "Brandy", "Jenny", "Rosy" always welcome us, gave us hints on what to do. By the way, they all have name tags "adopting" an easy to remember name since their vietnamese names are long. We wanted some lanterns, so instead of going around town, they set it at the hotel, so convenient at the restaurant area and they taught us how to do them. ||There is a minimart right next to the entrance of the hotel, and also a pharmacy, ATMs, etc. We did not go in the pool, but it is at the rooftop, with a nice view also! ||They also set us up with recommended shows. We went and saw the Bamboo Circus. So don't forget to ask "May" and "Jenny" and others ar the front desk. ||When we left, the front staff gave us a hug, wow, thank you for the excellent attention!

During my stay, I had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel’s spa. The massage service was excellent — both relaxing and professional. I would especially like to mention Jasmine and Carol, who made my visit unforgettable. They were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to every detail. Before the massage began, they carefully asked about my preferences and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the session. The hotel has a beautiful design that truly reflects Vietnamese style and culture. The welcome drink they offered upon arrival was also delicious！

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The hotel was immaculate, comfortable and well-appointed, and the level of service was exceptional from start to finish. Staff were welcoming, attentive and genuinely went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Everything ran smoothly, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

During my Hoi An trip, I stayed at Little Riverside Hoi An- Little Luxury Hotel & Spa from 10/26/2025-10/28/2025. It was highly evident from the get-go the staff was exceptionally hospitable and attentive to my needs. There was historic flooding in the area that necessitated the need to extricate hotel guests from peril by means of a boat rescue. Amidst the uncertain time, hotel management remained calm & civil and verbally relayed reliable information that kept hotel guests relaxed. I am forever thankful for the skillful rescue. I distinctly remember a hotel staff member by the name of Rosie, whom was highly friendly & personable. I truly hope to revisit this hotel at some point in my life.

This hotel was so cute! Very nicely decorated and the rooms were big and comfortable. Super clean and breakfast was nice. Great location too! There is no air con in the shared spaces, which can be a bit tricky. The spa was ok, especially compared to other hotels in Vietnam. The massage was ok, but I don’t recommend the mani/pedi, it was very poor. But the staff was truly lovely!
