This place was just a gem. Its off the beaten path but all of the flavors tasted very authentic. They had so many interesting dishes to try. They also had a delicious sweet iced latte! The glass noodles were really good and unique and I thought they would actually be good cold on a hot day - like a salad. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you like Thai food.

I recently dined at Little Thai, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome. The menu offered a fantastic variety of authentic Thai dishes, and each one was bursting with flavor. I started with the Tom Yum soup, which had the perfect balance of spice and tang. For the main course, I ordered the Pad Thai, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked noodles and fresh ingredients! The presentation was beautiful, and the portions were generous. I also appreciated the thoughtful selection of vegetarian options. To top it all off, the dessert menu was tempting, and I couldn’t resist trying the mango sticky rice—it was heavenly! Little Thai is a hidden gem that I highly recommend to anyone craving delicious Thai cuisine. I can’t wait to return!

Google
BEST Thai food I’ve ever had! Amazing hospitality, fantastic Thai Iced Tea, very flavourful Thai Curry, great condiments and very good quality. 10/10 experience! We ended up eating way more than we planned to. ^_^ khàawp-khun khâ!

Google
Authentic Thai flavors that truly remind me of home! The dishes were perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice, and every bite tasted fresh and flavorful. As a Thai person, I can say this is the real deal—genuine recipes prepared with care. The staff was friendly, and the cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. Just a tip: make sure to make a reservation because it gets busy. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Thai food!

Google
Must-visit Asian Restaurant in Interlaken. The food are great! The pork dishes and the tom yam soup along with ice thai tea are so comforting. This restaurant is one of the top Asian Restaurant in Interlaken. The service is also amazing; very fast, and when we asked Linda, the staff to recommend the food, she gave excellent suggestion which we took them and she's very attentive by offering to provide cushion and blanket for my friend as it's pretty windy outside (we sat outdoor) also providing empty plate as I and my friend were sharing food. I'll definitely be back again tomorrow but unfortunately the restaurant is closed for Monday and Tuesday. The restroom is very clean.

Google
Little Thai is one of the best Thai restaurants in Interlaken, offering a wide variety of authentic Thai dishes bursting with flavor. The generous portions at reasonable prices make it perfect for sharing with friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish we ordered, savoring the delightful blend of spices and fresh ingredients. The restaurant boasts ample seating both indoors and outdoors, providing a comfortable dining experience for guests. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the establishment.

Google
I love this place, friendly people, good service and family-feeling atmosphere. Especially they serve really giant portion. The taste is not needed to discuss. Highly recommended ✅ ah Thai Tea here is perfect. Whenever I visit here, I never forget to order it.

Google
This place was so good that my wife and I went two days in a row. The pad Thai is the best we have ever had and the Tom kha soup and veggie spring rolls are also so delicious. Also the service is top notch and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Great all around.

Yelp
First of all, we had a fun waitress. She gave suggestions in the most raw and comical way. I felt like I was part of a theater show. lol. For example, when my husband asked about a coconut curry, she said she prefers her food more spicy, hot and bitchy. lol who says that?! When I asked for my pad seew vegan- no egg and no fish sauce, she reassured me that if I ask for it that way, it's the way I'll get it. Both my husband's dish and mine were delicious.

Yelp
WOW. DO NOT miss this!!! Authentic Thai food in interlaken. What more can you ask for. Get the paneng and thank me later

Yelp
This is such a really good Thai restaurant in Interlaken! Came here for dinner and they were very busy, got lucky with a vacant table when we got here. I had Thai iced tea for drinks. We ordered green curry with fish and fried rice with vegetables and tofu. The servings were generous and everything tasted great! One of the best green curries I've had in my life. I would come back to Switzerland for this curry! Lol Sorry I forgot to take photos as we were so hungry and were rushing to catch the train back to Zermatt. I highly recommend this place :)

Yelp
Green curry, the best I've had. Good service and beer on tap. Quaint atmosphere. Busy at 6 pm. Must be good.

Yelp
Holy smokes, what a gem in the most unexpected place. Switzerland of all places, Interlaken of all places, and not even in the town center...off the beaten path along a side road on the way into the mountains, with cows and goats coming up and down the street. The food itself is delicious, authentic, and extremely flavorful. Appetizers were a lot of deep-fried Thai items but if you get past that, the Tom Yum soup, curries, and noodle dishes were 100%. Fire. What a treat, and I can't wait to come back next time. I love that this place also has a local flair, with a pretty big selection of German beers. It was packed when we were here, and rightfully so. The only small criticism is that they were out of the Thai iced tea, but the food more then made up for that.

Yelp
We got takeout here to go back to our hotel since we have a toddler who didn't nap that day and we knew wouldn't sit still through an entire dinner. We called ahead to order our food and it was ready when we got there. The staff were all super polite and accommodating. And when we finally got a chance to eat our takeout, it was amazing! My husband got the chicken panang curry and said it was the best curry he's ever had. I got the pad thai and we both had a spring roll and both were very yummy! I even had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Definitely recommend if you're looking for good thai food in the area.

Yelp
This place was highly recommended by our hotel owner and he was spot on. The chicken Pad Thai was a 9 out of 10, very delicious but needed a little more heat/spice. Everything else was perfect about it. The chicken Panang curry was the real star though, the absolute best that I have ever had. Both were decent sized servings. A bit pricey, but everything in Switzerland is.

Yelp
Really good authentic Thai food in Switzerland coming from New York.. the service was extremely fast, I took a sip of water after ordering and the appetizers were already coming out. The servers were very nice as well. My favorite was the tofu satay the peanut sauce was really good. I recommend this restaurant if you're looking for amazing Thai food and service

Yelp
A small family restaurant at the East side of Interlake. Great service, delicious fresh food and sufficient quantity. Definitely recommend. We were 4 of us and were seated within 15 min. .

Yelp
Great service. Excellent food! This hoppin little place was right down the street from our hotel. Went here twice during our stay. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Little Thai is just what is in the name. A little restaurant on the Swiss Alps that has fast and tasty dishes that won't break the bank. They are vegan and vegetarian friendly. Good size portions and a good mix of beer & wine to choose from. Open late, and always busy this Thai restaurant was perfect for us when we came in late. I got house red wine and Khao Pad (fried rice with broccoli and vegetables). The boyfriend got Panaeng Curry with veggies The friend got Pad Thai with tofu and an AMAZING cider. Altogether it was filling and good. Perfect meal to warm the belly on our first night.

Yelp
If you happen to be in Switzerland and need a break from Bavarian cuisine, stop by Little Thai for a delicious and surprisingly authentic Thai meal. I brought my Thai in-laws and even they were impressed with the authenticity!

Yelp
Lighting fast service. Appetizers as well as main course all came within 5 minutes. Food was very good, especially considering it's in the middle of Switzerland. Friendly service and authentic dishes. Pad Thai was good and portions were very generous.

Yelp
This place is amazing!!! We went twice in our time in Interlaken! The food is delicious and very reasonably priced for Switzerland. The alcohol is pretty cheap compared to other places in Switzerland - wine was $9 for two glasses!!! Highly highly recommend the curries!! The portions are a great size. The service is good and the food comes out FAST (like 5 minutes). Outside seating did have a bunch of flies (but you are outside so it's kinda expected). Such a good place!!

Christy S.

Yelp
Great thai food and service. Food came out hot and fast. Best IPA and sour beers we had our whole trip.

Alec B.

Yelp
great food, take the spice levels seriously! good service despite being absolutely slammed.

Yelp
This cute little gem was located just a minute or so away from the hostel we were staying at. The first thing I noticed was that most, if not all, the people dining there were locals. That's always a good sign, right? The place was also pretty busy. Also a good sign. For those that don't know, I am the most indecisive human - ever. Looking at this menu, I wanted it all. The guy next to me said, "It's all good. You can't go wrong with whatever you order." Ugh, seriously? Dude, that's zero helpful at narrowing it down! Anyway, I asked our server for her recomendation (she totally disregarded my question, said she liked the Panang Curry, and then walked away...). When she returned, I decided to go with the Panang Curry. It was delicious and the portions were pretty large. One thing I will note is that there are a TON of flies. We had around 15 zipping around us and our plates at any given time during our meal. So, if that's something that would gross you out, you might want to consider sitting inside.

Yelp
Bonjour interlaken from california. This place was amazing. Food 5 star and service 5 star and ambiance 5 star. We came here too tired after our full day of excursions and were craving authentic spicy thai food. After a quick skim through their menu we settled to order their sampler and the curry number 29 which was listed as their spicy curry and it is a red curry with some veggies + rice. we ordered this curry with chicken. Perfect taste and amazingly flavorful. The sampler were decent as well. And the portion was good sized. We we so full after the sampler that we asked the server to give us the curry with rice as take away. The server quickly got us our take away order and also was very quick and prompt. Too good hospitality. I would definitely recommend someone who loves thai food or would like to try some. Merci, merci!

Yelp
Hell yes. After a day of traveling and enjoying the view atop Harder Kulm, my group was starving. We found this restaurant through Yelp (good reviews) and were desperate for Asian food, so we went for it. We were a group of 9 so the wait was 45 minutes. The restaurant was on the smaller side and at around 7:00pm/19:00, it was full of couples and single eaters. We walked around the area until we could be seated. The restaurant was pretty spacious inside, as they side aside 5 tables for us. We hadn't seen an Asian person in days so we instinctively began speaking in Vietnamese to the hostess, who got really confused LOL. Anyway dishes started at around 19 Francs (as an American, that hurts but what do you expect in Interlaken) but we REALLY wanted Thai food. We got the spicy chicken curry and fried rice. The fried rice was on the salty side but I swear when it came out, my cousin and I started to cry a bit at how good it was. The curry was excellent as well. Extra rice cost $$$ but it's okay. The hostess was super nice. The wait for the payment was kind of long but it's alright. If I'm in Interlaken again I'll find this place to eat their fried rice. 5/5

Yelp
got the gaeng masaman curry in addition to the satay chicken and it was all so amazing. This place is should not be looked over

Yelp
Just arrived here to this area and was excited to order from this place. Called for take out and the guy there told me that this is a bad time to call for take out then I ordered a few items. Before I even finish my order he states that he is busy and he have to go. The hell is the kind of service is this???? Rude behavior and I would never go there if this is how your speak and treat a customer. NO THANKS!!!
google avatar

Yelp
We love Thai food and this was among the best we've ever had--in Interlaken Switzerland! We went for a late dinner. The place is small and was fairly busy when we arrived. Service was fairly fast. I had #30 with chicken, which was a yellow curry with vegetables and pineapple. My husband had a dish that reminded me of sweet and sour. We also ordered a sampler appetizer--the wontons were amazing!!
google avatar

Tamicha R.

Yelp
I had the drunken noodles with pork. The sauce was amazing but the noodles were not the best for "absorbing" the sauce. Other than that it was very nice especially when I added rice to the drunken noodle sauce. :)

Yelp
Came here during a Florence for Fun tour and was very happy! Studying in Florence, Thai food is very hard to come by, and something I definitely miss. The food here was good with very (accentuate the very) quick service. We sat and had our food within probably 5 minutes of ordering. The staff was friendly and helpful with the menu. I got the Pad Pak Ruamit, essentially a plate of sauteed veggies with a side of white rice. The veggies were flavorful, nothing too crazy or special. It felt a tiny bit greasy, but hit the spot, especially for someone who hasn't had Thai in ages. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as a quality lunch place. The pricing is expensive, but that's to be expected for Switzerland and is normal for the area.

Yelp
Great little spot a few doors down from Outdoor Interlaken. Fried rice was great, Amy loved her curry. About $20 per entree which is great for Interlaken. Go here! It's delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Who would have guessed that there is excellent Thai food in a smallish Swiss city? After a little too much cheese and pork, we were looking for some different flavors, and chose this place based on the reviews. We were genuinely surprised at the quality of the food. Our kids begged to go back, and we did! Very friendly service and allergy friendly as well. Our son loved the noodle soup, and the various other curries and stir fries were also excellent. Nice beer list as well. Highly recommended.
google avatar

David D.

Yelp
Amazing food and quick service. This place was authentic and a gem in Interlaken. We had the yellow curry and it was fantastic. We loved it!!! Prices are competitive for Interlaken, which is expensive roughly $20/entree.
google avatar

Mark G.

Yelp
Delicious curries. Bit of spice and kick to them. Well rounded cream and coconut. The Thai lady owner is efficient and service is fast.
google avatar

Mel M.

Yelp
As an international visitor, Thai food may not have been assumed to be the classic local Interlaken or Swiss cuisine but there actually is a prominent Thai community here. Don't let the adventure tours office next to the entrance fool you. Right next to the renounced Balmer's Hostel - this is an unassuming hidden gem that had one of the best green curries I've ever had. All curries are homemade and though not confirmed it looked that the kitchen staff were of Thai ethnicity as well. Though prices were of the Switzerland grade(expected) this meal was well worth the price especially with the attentive service, great bottled beers and local drafts on tap.
google avatar

Dustin G.

Yelp
Awesome curry. Really busy little place that has great service and good lunch options
google avatar

Charlotte J.

Yelp
went for a quick dinner and arrived a little before 9. their website said the last seating for food is at 9:30 so i had at least 30 minutes. before i was even served water, i was rushed into ordering because "they needed to get my order in before the kitchen closed." i ordered the chicken pad thai and asked for it hot. the pad thai had no heat and was not what "authentic" pad thai generally tastes like. the prices aren't terrible but you may want to go to the pizza place next door. probably harder to screw up pizza.

Chaithra P.

Yelp
What an amazing little gem in the heart of Interlake! Excellent meal, clearly the winner in our Interlake food experience. The Thai red curry was a family favorite !!
google avatar

Simon B.

Yelp
Very solid Thai restaurant with good service and at a reasonable price. Started with spring roll; tasty but didn't expect it to be deep fried. Followed by yellow curry for CHF 18. It was a good sized portion and very tasty. Would definitely return.

Laura g.

Yelp
We went here twice during our 2.5 days in interlaken. The Panang curry will change your life- it is a little bit spicy (don't let them tell you it isn't...). We also loved the wontons and ordered them both times. Make a reservation if you want to be seated, or show up at 5pm right when the open.

Khushi P.

Yelp
I loved this place in Interlaken,Switzerland! Delicious food and great service. Very flavorful curries and awesome noodles. I liked #20 from the menu;)!
google avatar

Sam D.

Yelp
Food was good. Very pricey. Worst service I've ever seen in my entire life. Asked for water 3 times and never got it. Asked for ice since they wouldn't bring water and I had my own water bottle but they said that they don't have ice. Got the food but with no fork or chopsticks to eat it with. Terrible terrible service but the pad seew was good.

Sachin S.

Yelp
Extremely rude and very poor service. No drinks or water asked or offered. Rushed us while ordering and upon asking for check gave a lot of attitude and rudely said to go inside and pay for it. Soup was below average. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you don't want to be treated like trash then do not go at any cost! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
google avatar

Erin F.

Yelp
Craft beer! Craft beer! Finally, we found decent beer in Switzerland. They have a wide selection of Swiss and European craft beers. Personally, I think the Storm & Anchor Imperial Red rivals some of my favorite reds. They have a wide selection of IPA's as well. As for the food, it is fresh and delicious. Also, it is around 19.00 -23.00 which is well priced for food in Switzerland which is generally not cheap. The owner is personable and they have free wifi. All around, this was truly a hidden gem to find.

Joy M.

Yelp
Service, beer selection and location were good. The food however left us both feeling ill. Would come back for drinks but would not eat here again.
google avatar

Albert T.

Yelp
Food is great, place is nice, service is quick, language : english is alright, overprice? Yes, but then again it's interlaken.
google avatar

Xin Y.

Yelp
the taste is very orthodox!the small restuartant is easy to find very near the interlaken central~i suggest the soup and shrimp~
google avatar

Laura J.

Yelp
got a reccomendation to come here by the front desk at our hostel and it was great--tons of locals were eating here so you know that it has to be good, and one of them even told us that we couldnt go wrong with anything we ordered, and he was right many options for vegetarians since they have vegetable dishes and tofu dishes--we tried two of the curries and they were super tasty and came with a generous amount of food. I would come back here if i were in Interlaken again it is a little pricey, but hey, its Switzerland and everything here is $$$

Preeti M. P.

Yelp
This place was awesome. Food was super tasty. Because they were super busy the service ok. They did seated us on time food came fast but the waiter was not listening what I was telling her and rushing to go which I don't really focus. Over all good was A+. Definitely like to go back.
google avatar

Doug S.

Yelp
Very authentic Thai food. Seafood dishes quite fresh. Curries very tasty. Ate there twice. Great value.

Sharien M.

Yelp
I had the spicy beef salad. It was excellent. Large portions of meat and very delicious. Our family had the red curry chicken and it was also very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Would eat there again in a heartbeat.

Adora B.

Yelp
Right next to Balmers. Has beer and food but the food is amazing. I had a starter because I get full easily and I am cheap. Three tasty chicken skewers with a lot of homemade peanut sauce was ten bucks and yummy. Expensive but everything is here.

Kamden K.

Yelp
Excellent Thai restaurant. I have lived in Thailand, and this is the best Thai food I have had outside of Southeast Asia. The flavors are spot on. The owner says he sources the hard-to-find ingredients from Bern - ingredients like Thai green eggplant and different varieties of Thai basil. It shows! Can't recommend highly enough. PS Prices are competitive for Interlaken, and portions are big enough to share.
google avatar

Karen W.

Yelp
Great little gem serving up delicious authentic Thai food. My family of four shared a pad Thai, yellow curry, pork with cashew nuts and omelette with veggie (so so good), and it came up to approximately 20CHF per pax - just under the usual price in Switzerland. Would highly recommend it!
google avatar

Natalie W.

Yelp
This restaurant was recommended by Lonely Planet and described as a "hole in the wall" and "authentic" so we decided to give it a go. Honestly, the pictures on Yelp did not look very good so I didn't have high expectations. However, the food was not bad! We got to the restaurant at 9PM and they close at 10PM. They had a busy day and ran out of everything except for 2 curries, tom yum soup, and fried noodles. We ordered the tom yum soup, which was pretty good and came with big prawns. The panang curry was also really good, just a bit too salty. I would stay away from the noodles, they weren't very good. The cooks in the back spoke Thai which convinced me that the food would be authentic. About 13chf for a cup of tom yum soup and 19chf for veggie or tofu curry or noodles. The price increases if you want chicken, beef, etc. It's double the price of the US but I suppose it's to be expected in Switzerland.
