A no doubt hidden gem! If you are around for only one night you must stop here! We had dinner there 3 nights in a row. It is that good! The owners are amazing!! I will never have better pork or gyoza for as long as I live 😋

The TonpoPork is amazing. The Chef takes two days to prepare the pork. When you chop into it to blend with the rice it practically dissolves and it melts in your mouth. One of the most delicious dishes we've ever had. The pork Gyozas are super tasty and meaty. The Tonkotsu Ramen was perfect. Eel was just right. Super cool restaurantz with super friendly service.

I rarely leave reviews but must!! We came upon this amazing gem as we were looking for a later dinner (8:00pm) and couldn’t find many open. (Google says they close at 4:00p - not true! - 10:00p!) ALL BAD REVIEWS ARE PREVIOUS OWNER . Lu & Chan are new owners since April 2025. They are amazing! Seriously best ramen I’ve had. And my husband’s stir fried noodles with beef were equally amazing! And our teens raved about their famous homemade dumplings. They also have a fun cocktail menu and interesting homemade sours, unique whiskeys, beautiful sakes. Seriously - if you’re in Hakone and you don’t eat there, you missed out. Enjoy!

This place is amazing. The owner was so friendly and the food was delicious. An amazing gem in Hakone! Highly recommend their fish and pork belly but honestly everything was so so good.

We had the pleasure of “stumbling upon” this treasure. From the minute we entered, the energy and hospitality were top tier. More importantly, the food exceeded everything! Pro tip- just let them choose your order. We had 4 dishes and each one didn’t disappoint. Although this was a last minute dinner, we will definitely be back tomorrow for lunch!

After a long hike we found this lovely bar, the owners are very friendly and the food are so good! Great place to be!

Found this gem off the beaten path, and lunch was wonderful. Even better is you can tell the food and service comes from a place of love! The dumpling are handmade and delcious. Please stop here if you are visiting the lake. Thank you for making our visit to the lake and seeing Mouny Fuji even more special.
