I want to express my appreciation for your store; the selection of shoes and clothes is fantastic, and I truly enjoy shopping there. However, I've had two unfortunate experiences with in-store service. The first time, I chose not to leave feedback, but the second experience was similar. I noticed that while one team member was very positive and helpful, the others seemed to exhibit a “passively aggressive” attitude, as noted in other reviews.
I value good service when making purchases, and while I love your stock, these interactions have made me hesitant to shop in-store again. I would prefer not to rely solely on online shopping, but improving in-store service could encourage me and others to start leaving > than just 4 stars for 70 reviews.
