I want to express my appreciation for your store; the selection of shoes and clothes is fantastic, and I truly enjoy shopping there. However, I've had two unfortunate experiences with in-store service. The first time, I chose not to leave feedback, but the second experience was similar. I noticed that while one team member was very positive and helpful, the others seemed to exhibit a “passively aggressive” attitude, as noted in other reviews. I value good service when making purchases, and while I love your stock, these interactions have made me hesitant to shop in-store again. I would prefer not to rely solely on online shopping, but improving in-store service could encourage me and others to start leaving > than just 4 stars for 70 reviews. This store was such a vibe. Great customer service, super friendly and dope people helping you shop according to your preference. We tried on so many things and they were offering advice and supporting us on with they thought looked good. 👍 such a fun time, we shopped with Sean, Natasha and Alejandro. Canada’s finest sneaker store finally opens its door in La Belle Province. Their selection of sneaker and clothing is aways meticulously curated! One of the best spots to cope some Asics and New Balance.
