"The Livingston Manor Covered Bridge is a beautifully preserved wooden bridge built in 1860. It crosses Willowemoc Creek, is narrow enough for a single car, and is a local landmark. A nearby public park adds picnic tables and grills for visitors to relax and enjoy the setting." - Coolstuff Team

Incredible spot. Heaven on earth. This - this is the Catskills of Southern New York - Sullivan County, to be exact - and we're exploring Livingston Manor Covered Bridge, and it's absolutely gorgeous out here. There are people fly fishing in the crystal-clear water, and rumor has it, the trout are pretty tasty. We're on a bit of a bridge tour, and I've got a soft spot for covered bridges, especially tucked away in the mountains on a day like this. We even met this older couple on motorcycles - super cool. They were doing exactly what my wife and I are doing - except, you know, on Harleys. So yeah - they automatically win style points. Anyway, take care, seek adventure, and if you can be with the one you love while you're at it - hey, that's even better.

Fantastic bridge. Solid structure with massive laminated archs and lattice trusses within. Spans another wonderful trout stream. Beautiful park that our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely place for a picnic with your family. I loved how the wooden cross decking shows decades worth of tire wear. Loved this bridge.

Worth the easy on and off the highway. A very small park, but nice to sit and look at the river on a nice day

Built in 1860, from what i can tell the cover is made 100% out of wood which is pretty special these days. For me It was worth the 45 minute trip.

The Livingston Manor covered bridge is a one lane, 5-ton covered bridge. It is in excellent condition. Prior to entering the bridge, give a little honk. Note that there are no lights inside the bridge, pedestrian access probably not recommended. The park next to the bridge has multiple picnic tables, a wide lawn for playing and a parking lot.

There’s not much you can do around the area but take pictures.

Beautiful, quiet place to relax in the park.
