Livvy's Soft Serve

Livvy's is a super cute and fun ice cream place. It's all soft serve but they have additional seasonal flavors available. There's a huge menu with different shakes and sundaes, all with clever names. We will definitely go back if we're in this area again.

Their menu is large. It’s hard to narrow down options but at the same time I really appreciate the options. It is a bit difficult to get into and out of their parking lot and parking is limited. Street parking is available with a shorty walk. Their prices are reasonable, average ice cream shop prices. They have a bit of outdoor seating which is nice for a sunny day. Their decor and atmosphere is fun. Overall a very solid stop. I would definitely visit again.

This place is amazing! We travel for work and are new to the area, it's rare we fall in love with our first choice, but we won't be shopping around. This is officially our ice cream place for the remainder of our stay! We got sundaes, Muffin Top & The Birthday Girl. The quantity for the price is amazing!

We moved to the area recently, and read the amazing reviews! We were NOT disappointed at all. My husband got a PB and banana shake, and I got a Reese's PB cup sundae! The portions were very generous, and the prices are great. I have a decent appetite, and I could only eat half of the sundae! Our new favorite spot! 👏😍

Been there a few times, one afternoon we stopped by the asked for a ex large milkshakes it came in a 16oz cup $7.19 thinking of not going back. Over priced must have been government ice cream.

Best soft serve around! We drove all the way from the eastern panhandle of WV to come here! Worth the drive!

Got the Unicorn Poop smoothie and the Sweetheart Sundae. I was very impressed with the portion sizes. Very generous. Too generous in the case of the sundae. The soft serve ice cream is excellent quality, thick and creamy. Between the thick ice cream and the generous portions, I was not able to finish my sundae 😢. It was delicious, with lots of brownie bits, but I kinda wished for a smaller size. The Unicorn Poop had a candy stock for the unicorn's horn, with fruit loops and a fruity smoothie. Very yummy with crunchy bits mixed in. The lady making our orders was very nice and very fast. I do recommend this place, but I personally would buy a smoothie instead of a sundae 😅

So good! Been a few times , new to the area. It's definitely a gem in our little town! Huge menu , and they always have special flavor going on. We love it!!!

The portions are huge!!! Lots of great sundae offerings. My son loves the "Love Handles." I just had a small cup of black raspberry w/ chocolate sauce. Ya can't go wrong.

[Coronavirus review] A lot of businesses are in real trouble due to the coronavirus, but this one seemed to be in the least trouble of any I've seen. Even on a Monday evening, this little ice cream place in a rural hamlet whose main attraction appears to be a state prison had a long line (with clearly marked social distancing tape on the ground). I didn't time it, but it had to be half an hour from when I arrived to when I actually received my shake, and not because the people there weren't working hard. Several locals walked away with trays of a half dozen or more fresh desserts. Besides frozen sugar, this place was also offering disposable masks for sale. I had a mint chip shake. It had an alcoholic tinge as if some serious mint extract had been poured in there, and the chips were semi-sweet, like ones you might use in baking. I am in favor of these decisions, and it was an enjoyable shake. The place also had shaved ice and smoothie bowls so dairy-free would be fine if you're not in to soft serve. Their creations looked impressive. I might have ordered one of the more extravagant sundaes, but I wanted something as quickly as I could get it.

Very impressed. We were referred to Livvy's on a beautiful Saturday afternoon while on a long ride. We were a tad skeptical, as we had no cell service, and were not familiar with the local area. We pulled in the lot and were greeted with a bright, cheerful tropical display. The selection was insane, with many creations from which to choose. I went with a turtle style sundae with Cake batter flavor ice cream. I started to worry when my friends got these foot tall cones, and were having difficulty managing them. I was amazed when my order was called, as the sundae was MASSIVE. It felt like a full pound of ice cream. Lots of ice cream, generous amounts of syrups and toppings, I was in hog heaven with my snack. It was so big that I couldn't finish it! They do take cash and credit cards, no problem. Leaving the small parking lot can be interesting at best, best to hang a right and turn around somewhere instead of fighting to go left. For bikes, park on the street. The lot can be tricky because of the hill.

Amazing soft serve ice cream! The portions are wild and you won't leave hungry! The staff is friendly and any line is worth it!

It's everything all the other reviewers mentioned. Huge servings. Good ingredients. Fast. I only wish there was an option to order a smaller size of the specialty sundaes. I managed to eat all of the ice cream mounded above the cup and took the rest home with a lid. The pic another reviewer posted of the Monster sundae is the size of all their specialty sundaes.

Livvy's is the best place for ice cream around! Their sundaes are delicious, and the prices are great, especially considering the massive amount of ice cream they give you. If you haven't been here, you're going to want to try it out as soon as possible.

WE LOVE LIVVY'S! The portion sizes are huge and the ice cream is delicious. They even have ice cream cups for dogs that come with a treat on top. We recommend this place to everybody in the area!

Livvys never lets our family down! The owners are so nice and kind! I hope your hungry when you get there because the sundaes are a meal in itself! I love it!!

This is a soft serve ice cream palace (the actual building and parking lot would fit in the trunk of a large SUV)...park across the street if you have to. Order anything and enjoy a gluttonous moment that will change your pants size. It is delicious. Portions are stupid large and the ice cream, toppings and whipped cream are fresh and good. Go, eat and live the belly ache.

From the short time I've been living in the area, it's been made abundantly clear to me that Livvy's is a staple in the Cresaptown-Bel Air area. Great ice cream, HUGE sundaes for a great price. What is especially cool is that their menu consists mostly of specialty sundaes, several of which I've tried and all have been delicious. Check their facebook for the flavor of the day, it usually changes every 1-3 days, and you don't want to miss what could turn out to be your favorite flavor. A few insider tips: Their parking lot is small, and often crowded, but you can usually park on the street as long as you don't block any driveways and follow any no parking signs. Make sure you have cash as it is a CASH ONLY business. Finally, bring your dog and ask for a puppy cup; they take a small dish, put a milk bone or two in the bottom, and fill it with vanilla ice cream. My dog loves it and devours it in less than 2-3 minutes every time.

We just ate at Livvy's. I ordered a regular sundae and it was huge! Definitely a great value. They put the caramel in the cup and on top of the ice cream so there is plenty of topping. There isn't much parking but the ice cream is worth a visit!

Livvy's is by far the best ice cream and service around! They always serve you with a smile and are quick as they can be when making a huge ice cream sundae from scratch. The prices can't be beat for the amount of ice cream and toppings you get. Their toppings and ingredients are always fresh and/or home made. And they are always changing up the menu so you never know when you may see a new item you just have to try! Love my Livvy's!!

Met the owners while eating dinner at D'Atris, who recommended we stop by Livvys after our dinner for dessert-glad we did! Soft serve was amazing, portions were huge, and pricing was more than reasonable. Husband loved the Cookie Monster shake and our daughter loved the cotton candy sprinkles on her kids cone. Will be making this a regular stop when passing through the area!

This is our family's favorite summer time treat! The portions are huge for the amount you pay. They have so much to choose from, it will be hard to only go once. Their flavors of the day rotate and are always awesome. Get the banana split, but plan to share with at least two others!

My favorite place to get ice cream they are super cheap and the ice cream is huge !! I love the Cookie Monster I get it every time I go here! Make sure you order a small if you can't eat much !!
