LK DESIGN HOTEL FLORIANOPOLIS

We were very warmly welcomed to this excellent hotel. It is modern, elegant and very well located|The staff could not have been more helpful throughout our 3 night stay. Michele, from the Concierge team, was outstanding. |The laundry service was efficient and reasonably priced|Breakfast was excellent, and beautifully presented. The waiter took time to learn exactly how we liked our tea!|The hotel is situated very close to a large selection of restaurants, but the hotel restaurant is also excellent, where waiter Silvio ( hope I got his name right) was fantastic and the food was delicious|The rooftop pool is stunning, especially at sunset, and while we were there, we virtually had it to ourselves|Would thoroughly recommend staying here if you find yourself in Florianopolis!

Beautiful hotel located very central in downtown Florianopolis!|Everything was immaculate with everything you could need in the room.|The staff were all so kind and helpful, the receptionist even offered to come to the pharmacy with me to translate while I went to pick up a prescription which I was so grateful for ❤️|The heated rooftop pool offered panoramic views across the island with a lovely bar and plenty of seating |Breakfast was wonderful quality with a fantastic selection of everything you could possibly want. |We also ordered room service twice which was great and reasonably priced too. |Thank you to all at the LK design hotel!

Nice location, outstanding breakfast, excellent personnel, clean and new hotel. |We do our reservation via hotel reception, it was one of the easiest reservations I experienced. Clear communication and easy transaction via WhatsApp. |Hotel also offer tourist guide ( document) was helpful.

The hotel was immaculate. Staff went over and above for all guests. Food was unbelievably delicious. The room was cleaned every day and the smell was divine

Worst restaurant ever ! I tried to have lunch Saturday and I was told that the only menu possible was a feijoada a Brazilian dish not only with meet also pork which I do not eat at all I asked them for options and they said no . How’s come a Hôtel who claim to be great does not consider a vegetarian option !!! Awful I will never come back neither recommend anyone else to stay

This hotel had the worst room service I ever experienced. One hour and 45 minutes… for ham and cheese sandwich. Fernando, who checked me in came to my room and told me he would bring a menu to my room because he could not get the QR code to work.. he never came back. I called the front desk and he left for the night….. the English spoken in this hotel is minimum so if you don’t know Portuguese, you’re out of luck. It’s the newest hotel in Florianopolis, but the sink do not drain in the bathroom.. and the door frame to the bathroom was completely detached from the door. I would not use this hotel again and they did not send me a review because I don’t want me to post anything..

This is my third visit to LK Design Hotel. What makes the hotel unique is its’ first rate customer service. All staff are attentive, efficient, courteous and approachable without being intrusive, they all do everything they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Cassiano and Felipe, the Concierges who are on hand with any questions/help you may need who have always make me feel so welcome. The customer service and care by Front Desk/Bar/Dining Room and Housekeeping staff is also exceptional.||The rooms are modern, clean, spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need. The food in all areas, restaurant dining room/swimming pool and bar is beautifully prepared and presented using high quality ingredients. Breakfast is of a very high standard, with full buffet with too many choices to mention, a breakfast a la carte menu is also available.||The rooftop swimming pool has amazing views with comfortable seating, loungers and tables, a perfect place to laze and watch sunset.||Thank you to all at LK Design for another memorable stay. I will be back!
