We had a great experience at this store. Richard was very friendly, fun, and professional in helping me find the right fit of pants. It’s rare to get customer service this good! Then Steven helped me find the right shoes. Shopping for pants and shoes can be difficult — but the outstanding folks at LL Bean made it a good experience!

I’ve been shopping here for years. I bought a sweatshirt here less than 2 years ago, and the whole zipper came apart, rendering this sweatshirt useless. I brought it in yesterday, to ask if they would repair it. They said they only repair coats. Huh?? Seemed bizarre. So they wouldn’t fix it or let me exchange it. An almost $100 sweatshirt should not be ruined in 23 months. They’ve lost a good customer.

The store and staff deserve 0 stars. For more context, we bought jackets here few months back. My son's jacket shrunk and became worn out right after the first wash. I followed the washing instructions in the jacket but was shocked to see how it became unusable after the wash. In my jacket, insulation material/threads started to come off from my right wrist after wearing it few times. When we took it to the store to return the second jacket, the genius at the counter inspected the jacket and said it may be because of scratching against a watch. I don't wear a watch on my right hand, genius! Even if it was some other bracelet that I may have worn on my right hand, why should the jacket get ripped off? Should the jacket costing $270 be able to withstand normal wear and tear? I have few other jackets I use and haven't experienced these type of issues ever. It was shocking to see they refused to take back a defective jacket. When looking at other good reviews , it seems very clear to me that they are either rigged reviews or the store employees were downright racist to us because of our skin color. In any case, I won't be shopping here again and won't recommend this store and brand to anyone else. Pictures attached for proof.

The store is decent. Staff is very helpful. There's plenty of variety. Limited options for medium sized jackets.

This 5 🌟 review is for Kathy at the register. She was able to honor my 10% coupon even though the store had been experiencing computer issues. Thank you for taking care of me! This location is always very neat and tidy. The associates are friendly.

I buy all my shoes here, and I wear them to shreds. And I must be coming back because of the people and company values—I'm not known for my sense of style 😋. But being obese and struggling to find a style I like, L.L. Bean's clothes and shoes are a perfect fit for a body that experiences every activity as a backpacking trip. OH the sweating!

Men’s and women’s clothing with a Maine vibe. Some children’s clothes. Lots of coats. Flannel. Camping and other outdoor accessories downstairs.

Yelp
Wow, I forgot how helpful people could be at the store! L.L. Bean is one of those stores I forget to come to when I'm looking for outdoor equipment. I have a big hiking trip coming up and decided to get some gaiters when I saw the forecast called for rain every day. when I arrived, I asked someone to help me find where they were. I asked her how to know whether or not I was getting the right size she not only told me what to look for and how they should fit, she suggested that I go try on a pair of hiking boots just to see how they feel with boots on when I move around. I went up to the shoe section and told them I was just there to try on boots to try on with my gators. Even knowing that I had no intention of buying hiking boots, this young man brought me out three pairs of hiking boots to try on. And yes, I realize this all may be a ploy to try to get me to buy hiking boots.... But the attention to detail is spot on! I came over to try on gators. He brought me only waterproof high cut boots. He also stuck around and helped me figure out which size gaitors to get. Well, I am now a happy customer with a good set of gaitors and yes, I also bought the hiking boots. They were on sale!

Yelp
LL Bean is a very different store today from what it used to be, even a few years ago: the informative, polite associates are non-existent today - nothing even remotely exists today, quite the opposite - indifferent, impolite sales associates, (if you get hold of one!) are more like it Burlington LL Bean store is a mess - pathetic mess! Today I intended to swap my snowshoes (Christmas gift) for a complete package of cross-country skis - I didn't think it would be easy (based on some previous experiences), but I did not imagine it would be - shitty - the right word for it! There was no one in the skis department (it's winter) - waited around, looking around for about 30 minutes - asked an indifferent associate nearby, "Anyone can help me with cross-country skis?" - "I am not sure" - was the response - I waited another 15 minutes and then left- - returned my snowshoes Christmas gift for a full refund - cancelled my LL Bean credit card - went to REI and purchased my cross-country skis - I will not visit LL Bean anytime soon

Yelp
Unprofessional store manager. also I called customer service and they called me and straightened every thing out. Ty

Yelp
We had the best time shopping for our upcoming trip to Ireland this past week. What made it great was our sales person, Emily. She was so helpful in guiding us with pant selections in various styles and colors that could be easily packed and washed. She had a great eye for styles for us. We can only hope, if back in Burlington, MA, she is working that day!!! Emily had a great personality and was so, so helpful.

Yelp
I really enjoy LL Bean's clothing and have been a loyal customer for years. This particular location tends to come up short on the LL Bean shopping experience that I am used to. Parking is a breeze and there is always room in the large lot. This store seems to have a lot of high(er) end apparel but I find that the men's department is pretty limited compared to other stores that I have been to. The downstairs section with sports gear seems to be pretty extensive, but I wish they had more men's apparel. Also I love LL Bean because they carry tall sizes for my usually long torso. This location is extremely, extremely limited in terms of tall sizes. I am finding that I just go to this location to return things that I've purchased online and end up coming out empty handed :(

Caity C.

Yelp
The store is small, but keeps the spirit of the company. It's a convenient location in Burlington, near other shops and restaurants. My main issue is that women's sizes only go up to 1X in the store, and larger size are only available online. Other than that, it's a great store.

Tre S.

Yelp
worst return policy on unused items, and customer support (called at the retail store) was clueless and couldn't even find the order. terrible experience and a waste of 45 minutes (and counting since I'm still here) of my time

Yelp
So I just moved back home after living in Texas for 12 years. I needed warm clothes. I loved LL Bean. Still do. However the employees are RUDE. I went to pay my first visit and had my 7 month old, I got told to move the carriage out of the way , note it was not in the way o had the carriage in front of me so I could see my daughter they wanted her behind me. The way I was told not asked was rude. I went back deciding to give them another try. This time I'm feeding a bottle to my daughter and trying to pay. Again comments about the carriage I was told to love her again. You can clearly see I'm feeding my baby, I told them this and told them no. The female employee looked at me dumb founded, tried to tell me to move my daughter again. Again I told her no. Not family friendly at all. RUDE. Will I be back, nope. No customers no job. Love the clothes the employee's need an attitude adjustment.

Karen 2.

Yelp
selection for shoes is not great imo. i like the design of the floors and layout is fun/interactive. i do like their jackets. some of the staff are nice, others seem rude.

Gail K.

Yelp
Love this place both the one in Burlington and the homebase in Freeport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always great. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Mass A.

Yelp
I've been in here many, many times over the years. I've never really observed employees being rude as others have mentioned, its more of indifference. Complete indifference. Parking is easy and the large store makes for a pleasant shopping experience. My biggest issue is the absurdly limited amount of men's clothing. I can never find anything here thats not ridiculously overpriced Chinese made crap. Tall sizes? Ha ha ha. Good luck with that. Their quality has gone way downhill as well. At least you still get badgered at checkout to apply for an Bean credit card at 18% interest.

Yelp
I will no longer shop at LL Bean and it WAS one of my favorite places to shop. During and after the holidays in 2020, my husband was ill with COVID and passed away after a few months. To compound this situation, my son was diagnosed with incurable cancer a few months later. I want from taking care of my husband to caring for my son and his family. My situation continues to this day. It occurred to me today, I have an LLBean bag with 2 pairs of brand new winter gloves within, intended to be returned after Christmas last year. They NEVER left the LLB bag. I called LLB a few minutes ago and was advised I could not return them because I had purchased them in NOVEMBER 2020!!!!!!! as Christmas gifts for 2020!!!!!! LL Bean has no heart and ABSOLUTLEY NO KINDNESS to the neediest. I believe in Karma.

Susie B.

Yelp
I'm super pissed off after trying to return a pair of shorts that didn't fit. Apparently, I was 3 weeks past the allowed return time and now I'm stuck with the item. There was a pair of shorts on their clearance rack -- I would have been happy to make a switch. No flexibility! It was a really negative interaction too! Between this happening and their Trump connection, I'm no longer a customer!

Yelp
Very sad to write this review. I grew up on L.L. Bean, and it was of course once one of the great outdoor companies in the world. But those days are over. Worse yet, the people at this specific location are just rude about it. It all had to do with my Bean Boots. I bought them within the last year. Supposedly covered by their new guarantee. But a guarantee is only as good as the man who writes it. It used to be a lifetime guarantee, which they got rid of. I get that, but these were bought less than a year ago. The stitching came apart when I was just removing them. Whole back of the shoe ripped out! I checked the website for the new policy, saw that I was still good because I bought within a year, and headed over to the Burlington location. What a waste. The cashier claimed there was "excessive wear and tear" and pointed to some worn tread on the heel. But that's normal wear, not excessive. What shoe doesn't lose some tread after a few months? Plus, I wasn't returning them because of the tread. I was returning them because the cheap stitching fell apart. For some odd reason, she was also incredibly rude about it. Maybe she has some other stuff going on that she's mad about, who knows. Long story short, I'm going to donate all my Bean gear and say goodbye to this location and company for good. I'll get all my stuff at Orvis from now on. Their customers still mean something to them. It's a real shame. L.L Bean has lost all pride in itself, even when it comes to their flagship product.

Yelp
While I love LL Bean's clothing and gear, I was not impressed with the customer service I received at their Burlington, MA store this afternoon. I had a pair of 10+ year old boots that I had originally paid $60+ for and had completely worn out. The lining in them was gone and the soles were worn flat. I wanted to get a credit towards purchasing another a pair of boots. After waiting in line I ended up with an employee who was not friendly and asked me if I had a receipt for the boots. I explained that I did not and the boots were over 10 years old. She told me to go downstairs to the footwear dept. and talk to them about finding a replacement. Downstairs at footwear I was told that the boots I wanted to return had been discontinued four years ago and I should go back upstairs to get a credit. The boot style was called "the lounger." Again, I waited in line and ended up with the same unfriendly employee. I told her the boot had been discontinued and that it was called "the lounger." She called the footwear department to confirm what I had already told her. She couldn't find the model/style and initially told me the best she could do was give me $19.99 for the boots. When I questioned this, she told me to "hold on" and gave footwear another call on her walkie talkie. She then told me she could credit me $39.99 for the boots. While I understand that the boot style had been discontinued, the woman behind the counter really made me feel like I was doing something wrong by returning my old boots. LL Bean guarantees their products and these boots simply wore out. I only received a $39.99 credit for my boots today, but I also purchased another $120 in clothing while I was there. I spent a great deal of time waiting in line today and was not impressed by the customer service I received. LL Bean needs to address the staffing situation of its stores on weekends and also the attitude of its retail employees.

Yelp
Review on the store, not the awesome clothing (which is what this is supposed to be, unlike most reviews here). Men's dept is pretty limited, which is annoying because most LLBean shops have so much to offer for clothing, styles and sizes etc. I work nearby and pop in a lot. They almost always are out of medium and sometimes large sizes men's shirts. Like a shirt? Gonna have to order it... So, for men, they have limited selection and limited sizes.... Women's department looks to have a lot more variety/options. My advise to MGMT: Pick something and be excellent at it! Not some gray area, half-boutique shop in the middle. For some reason you lack clothing variety but DO HAVE a small variety of random stuff like 4 kyaks and 3 watches.... what?!

Matthew A.

Yelp
I came here (again) for a return for an item which I purchased from LL Bean.com. No hassles at all. I did not even had my receipt, and they processed the return with no questions asked. Got store credit. Thanks!!

Bill Z.

Yelp
They certainly have a lot of space they can use for displaying many larger items. I came in during October, which means the focus was more on cold weather items such as flannel shirts, sweaters, heavy shoes, etc. - which is good if that's what you wanted. But I wanted some of their short-sleeved T's, which I consider an LL Bean staple. I had to ask a clerk to learn that what few they had were hanging on a rack in the back. It's a shame that with this being a 2-level store, and registers at the entrances of both levels, the registers at the bottom level were not only closed but blocked by inventory. But everything else was up to the level of quality and customer service I expect from an LL Bean store.

Brenda H.

Yelp
Ll bean is supposed to be know for their great customer service, but the employees at this store were incredibly rude. They lost a lifelong customer unfortunately, I would drive further to go to a different location where the employees are friendly and helpful

Roger S.

Yelp
I have worn a llbean men's bathing suit for 2 Months and it developed fabrics fatique and tore. The company has changed completely . They failed to replace the item, I suggest all loyal customers take there business elsewhere. Not the same LL bean

Samantha J.

Yelp
I came for a school book bag, but their selection is slim (in the summer, anyway). However, the store had a lot of other things. It's a large store with a lot of clothing options. The top floor is clothing and the bottom floor is outdoor supplies and shoes. The outdoor supplies are limited. The staff were very kind and attentive, and I had no issues.

Eric B.

Yelp
Store is going a good job keeping things clean and safe during pandemic. Staff have been friendly and understanding. They have a decent selection but not everything that the stores in Maine have. (It's not a giant complex) Would happily come back.

marc b.

Yelp
Not what they use to be. THEY DO NOT EVEN GUARANTEE FOR 1 YEAR DESPITE THEIR ADVERTISING. I have shopped LL Bean for many many years. I know they changed their policy regarding returns. So the story starts like this. I went back to LL Bean in Burlington in April of 2019. I was waiting at the returns desk and their were 2 clerks at the desk. 1 was doing nothing the other was serving a customer. The clerk finished with the customer and said 1 moment please. Another lady walked up and clerk number 2 asked if she could help her. I then asked " " why did you not ask to help me? You stood there and did not ask if I needed help," why? She was an old lady and seemed like her attitude said clearly she did not like men. She then with an attitude asked me if she could help. I tried returning a pair of slippers that I got as a Christmas present in December. I wore these maybe 10 times and the lace started to fray away. I am a busy man with a family and a job that I work anywhere from 8 - 12 hours a day 6-7 days a week. The last thing on my mind is if LL Bean is gonna honor their warranty on slippers or not. So when I was on vacation I thought it would be a good time to make the return. The miserable old lady who hated men and clearly had a passion for women, took 1 look without thorough inspection, threw the slipper on the counter and said these are not under warranty. Mind you, she did not even look at my receipt. I asked her why? She said give me your receipt, just like that, give me your receipt. She was set on the fact she was not going to exchange my slippers. I asked for a manager and she too came out with an attitude, did not look at the receipt and said sorry these slippers should've been returned as soon as the lace came undone. This looks deliberate and we don't cover deliberate damage to our product. That was that and now I have time and what I'm going to do is a demonstrate in Burlington to boycott LL Bean. Watch how fast they wanna give me a new pair of slippers. I will post it on you tube sometime by September. I'm not gonna go quiet for just a pair of slippers either. I bet they call the police and they can't do anything either because I have a 1st amendment right to do so and as you can see I plan to exercise this right and expose LL Bean for what they really are. FRAUDS.

Alyson B.

Yelp
I love some of the LLBean stuff but this location has some pretty unfriendly people working there. I have been a few times and haven't had the most stellar experiences. The skills clinic board and online didn't match which was a bit frustrating but worked out. Their selection of women's wear has improved as well. On my most recent trip one associate was trying to talk to another on the escalator and got snapped at for seemingly no reason. When you come off that way while customers are watching no one wants to ask you a question. I went in to look at snow shoes for my mother and not one associated said hello or asked if I was searching for something specific. Since I couldn't find anyone I had to google search to figure out which ones I wanted. I wouldn't recommend this location but generally I like LLBean.

Nicole K.

Yelp
My daughter bought her boots back for repair. We couldn't find the receipt because they were a gift from someone in our family 4 years ago. We always encouraged everyone to buy all our gifts from LL Bean in the past. The quality was fair and their generous return policy made us feel like it was investment. They customer service in the store and on the phone was horrendous. We will bring the shoes to a cobbler and NEVER go back to LL Bean. What happened to our amazing LL Bean.

Meghan C.

Yelp
The customer service at this location is awful and extremely disappointing. Rude employees, and lines that are extremely long. Unfortunately, every employee I went to couldn't be bothered to help me and sent me to a different area of the store.. four times! A very disappointing recent shopping experience makes me question if I should stay a loyal LL Bean customer. This location truly needs to train their staff on customer service because after reading several reviews, it sounds like this has happened to numerous customers. It is a shame LL Bean is getting a bad name based upon unhappy, rude staff at this location.

Deez N.

Yelp
If you want to look like a lumberjack that dont do shit this is the place.

Susan M.

Yelp
I shop LL Bean on line or when I can get to Freeport, Maine. The Burlington, Ma location has some of the rudest managers I have ever encountered. We wanted to return items on Dec 24th. Arrived when the store opened and it was very quiet considering it was the day before Christmas. We did not have our sales receipt and the sales clerk called the manager for help. Wish I got this person's name but did not and she was so rude to us. Told me that they are too busy to look up past sales and to take it to Freeport. Stay away from this location.

Skye G.

Yelp
This 2 level store is very cool. You can park on the back side or on the front side near the strip mall. I've always loved the products and life time warranty. Can't go wrong. Although hit and miss I like the 2nd factory stores to find a bargain.

Andrew H.

Yelp
Awful customer service and products. Bought boots there, fell apart after regular use for a few months. Customer service can't find any copy of receipts - even after I brought in my bank statement and original credit card payment, plus online order confirmation for them. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away! L.L. Bean used to represent high quality, now both the service and products are complete trash. Over priced, cheap cheap items with rude and indifferent employees. Stay away!!

Stephanie Q.

Yelp
I really like L.L. Bean because they have great products that are made to last. Winter is coming, and I don't have hardcore warm waterproof boots. Uggs don't really function well in Boston snow, so I decided to make a trip to the store. I had looked up different LL Bean boots online but many of them seem to run big. I would hate to splurge over $100 on boots and have them not fit well. I came on a weeknight and this place was pretty quiet. There weren't that many types of women's boots. There was only one poor sales guy who was trying to help everyone. It took some time for me to find where he was. I found a pair that I liked but they didn't have my size, so I decided to buy online instead. This store also has great oudoor gear and bags. Its not as big as the LL Bean Outlet in Maine, but its not bad!

Fen K.

Yelp
It's obvious that the manager is well meaning and the owners wish to give they're customers a better experience however they have terrible judgment when it comes to who they hire. I've shoped here for a few years even though it's not often I go except for fall and winter wear however even though the people who run the place treated me well, they're employees treat !e like a thief when I'm just there for work clothes. A woman who worked there called out to see if a guy wearing hat needed assistance. I thought she was talking to me so I said "no I'm good thank you. I'm just window shopping today" and instead of slightly letting me know she was talking to someone else, she laughed at me and said "oh don't worry sir. I know." She could have treated me like a customer however the fact that I look like a child who came off the street when in all actuality I am in my 20's and work the night night shift the leaving me looking like a haggard underweight racoon dressed in rags, means she was judging me as if I can't afford to even shop there. I make more than enough money to shop at this over priced franchise and yet they treat me like a filthy thief with no job when ever I show up. If you enjoy being judged and stalked around the store like a criminal by the employees by all means while here. Just be nice to managment. They mean well however sadly blind to what goes on.

Steven V.

Yelp
Do not order monogrammed towels or anything else from LL Bean. Once a great company has tragically fallen!!! Two failed attempts at getting 4 yes 4 simple monogrammed towels and two returns had resulted in LL Bean now chasing me for $104.79 yes $104.69 that I have already sent them back! Now I get harassing emails and phone calls from them! Thanks LL Bean I guess your motto of great service and customer focus died - lesson learned - don't order anything from LL Bean that's any bit personalized - they don't do it right and somehow blame the customer!

Adam K.

Yelp
Never in my life have I experienced such MISERABLE and RUDE staff in a retail store. The way these people act make it seem they get paid in lego pieces. Honestly stay away from this place and order online. Or go in and see for yourself to leave with a bad taste in your mouth.

Savannah K.

Yelp
My L.L.Bean boots started to leak so it was time for a new pair. Walked into the store and they did not have ONE SINGLE pair of mens boots to sell. Told me they only had stock in Rhode Island. Saw a shirt made in mexico on the clearance rack that looked nice but with no sale price tag. Asked a clerk what the price was.. +$50. I couldn't stop laughing at them as I walked out the door never to return.

Oly M.

Yelp
I have given this store so many chances but as of yesterday I'm done with this location due to their incredibly rude sales associates. Yesterday when I walked out of the dressing room an associate very loudly starts talking to her coworkers about wanting to shut down the dressing room because of how dirty it was (it was only 630 and I didn't see any clothes in it at all), then looks at me and goes "oops did I say that out loud?" Mind you, I folded and brought back all the clothes I tried on back to where I found them because I'm very aware of how cranky these employees are and wanted to be somewhat nice for them. The only time I'll ever be back here is to return all the clothes I bought yesterday because the more I think about this experience the angrier I get and I don't want to support a store that makes their customers feel so uncomfortable.

Dan P.

Yelp
Really disappointed with LLBEAN that they don't give discounts to veterans. Apparently, profit trumps gratitude.

Grant H.

Yelp
Let's see. Ordered a shirt in early December, got the completely wrong shirt in early January, sent it back and haven't got it, so I called (Jan 21) They tell me it won't ship for at least two weeks. Yay can't wait. Sending it back if I ever receive it. I would have got it faster if I ordered it from the IRS.

Ralph A.

Yelp
I had an item I had purchased prior to the change in their warranties . One part kept breaking. In the past, I would call in and they would work with me and have the problem resolved. Lately I called in, I was told these wont last forever, it has been only 5 years. Will not shop there again for their over priced merchandise. They should stand behind the products they sell.

Rhea S.

Yelp
What is with this store? I've periodically come in here to shop over the past 5 years, and am finally writing a review. Would it kill the sales associates to smile, or - if making direct eye contact with a customer - say "hi?" I don't understand the attitudes with a store that sells crewneck sweaters and cotton tees that are sold in plenty of places elsewhere. Shoot, I don't even think Maine natives are this reticent! I want to support regional businesses but from now on, I'm going to Eddie Bauer and REI. At least there I don't feel invisible. Note to LL Bean: a "hello" or "can I help you find something?" goes a long way towards people shopping at your store.

Gina H.

Yelp
I don't understand why LLBEAN refuses not to make women's pants in tall sizes. Not this med tall crap. I need and I am sure other women like myself need a 34 or 36 length. Stop discriminating against tall women!!

Melissa G.

Yelp
I love LL Bean and have come to expect a lot of them; unfortunately this particular store falls short. I went in looking for winter boots. I had done my research in advanced, so going in I was mainly looking to try on sizes and decide between two styles. I stood, looking around, with a "wall shoe" in my hand for quite some time. As I looked around I noticed that there were plenty of staff around, all kind of milling aimlessly but not really helping anyone. Finally I caught someone to help me, when he returned he said he could only find the boot in my size in a different color. When I opened the box it was a completely different boot. I tried it on anyways. After, I stood looking around once again and had to flag someone down. I told her that the guy brought out the wrong boot, she never appologize just walked away (to find the right boot), came back shrugged her shoulders indifferently and said "we don't have it." and walked away. No offer of a different size, no offer of a different boot, no suggestion to try the website. The selection of clothing is alright, but they don't have much in the way gear, not even much selection of backpacks and totes bags (two of their most popular items). So, overall the customer service sucks, and the selection isn't great. LL Bean has let me down with this one.

Marco S.

Yelp
I entered this store today in search of two new dog beds. I did shop around briefly for some potential work pants (I may return). During my visit, I lost my debit card which I had in hand as I entered the store. The staff was incredibly helpful in searching for my card getting the word out to all staff members. Tony, was the one who absolutely shined. He walked me back over to the area of the items I purchased and unfolded and refolded the merchandise with me, there it was tucked into a tag on one of the fleece matts which I also purchased in addition to the two large dog beds. I was so distraught knowing how much of an inconvenience it would be to adjust all my automatic payments attached to this card. He was so calm, so helpful and I'm so, so thankful. I have been a catalog client for 20+ years and a patron of this location since it opened. I will return to this store faithfully before making another online purchase. Bravo!

Yelp
I like LL Bean a lot, but I sure do dislike this store. They're consistently low on stock, very bad selection. And the lines at the checkout are eternal, and they never call in another person to help out. Seriously, you get better customer service from the catalog. Bleh.

Yelp
I may be generous in my rating here, as I really don't like this location at all. The help seems indifferent, the variety of items isn't all that great, and the layout of the place is rather dull. This store seems to feature more in the way of clothing than other stores, which is good and bad; sure, I can go there to get a jacket or hiking socks, but if I'm looking for outdoor equipment, well, there just isn't much at this store. I'd much rather go to REI in nearby Reading...

Yelp
I love LL Bean, but I can't say I am a huge fan of this store. Every single time I have gone there it has been impossible to find a human working their. Near the childrens section is the 'back room'. You can stand in the pathway with a stupid look on your face and say, "excuse me?", and you will be ignored repeatedly. No kids pj's in November? Come on! They are quick to order anything you want that is not in the store with free shipping. I had had to do this more times then I can count. A bummer if you are looking for that instant gratification! I still love them, I just with they would staff their departments with people and more merchandise!

Yelp
All of the items in the catalog, none of the convenience. I decided to visit so I can do some returns and avoid the return shipping cost. I must say, it may have just been easier to pay the 7 bucks. The return process was really lengthy and inconvenient. I bought a pair of shoes that didn't quite fit and I just wanted to order a size up. After waiting in a long line, the cashier I had must have been having a bad day, because he seemed quite annoyed and wasn't very pleasant. I wasn't able to just exchange the shoes and have them sent to me since their systems don't seem to be connected. I had to return the shoes, then repurchase them, which wasn't a problem to me, except I had bought the shoes with a discount code, and I wouldn't be able to use it since the deal was over when reordering it per the process. So I had to leave the counter, get on a phone, talk to someone else, explain what I wanted, and repay for the shoes. All in all, the process took almost half an hour. I'm sticking to the catalog and shelling out the return fee next time!

Yelp
Recently went in to exchange a pair of bean boots I got as a gift but were too big. They didn't have the boots in store but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They ordered the boots for me and they arrived at my house 3 days later. The new boots fit perfectly! Excellent customer service!!

Yelp
I came here prior to a trip to a colder location. It's still winter but I could only find one rack of snow pants. But there were tons of coats. There were several people on the floor but none assisted me. Four were huddled together gossiping instead. The general stock was limited. Barely anything was available. If something was a set, the only tops were xs and the matching bottoms were xl. Lines at check out were long. I went to the changing room a ton of times, no assistance there either. I was mainly just shocked at the lack of winter items and lack of assistance. I won't be going back.
