This is a great store and it has excellent quality clothing and accessories. They are a small store, but still carry a good variety. Occassionaly they carry some of the larger items, but definately seasonable. Their staff are fantastic -- very knowledgeable and helpful. This is one our must stop locations when we are in the area.

I've always had a good experience at this store. Last week I went in to buy a mat in-store and avoid shipping costs. The store didn't show the item in-stock, but Joseph (who seemed representative of the new Noah Kahan/LL Bean collab) went to the back to check, checked online, then helped me order and get the best deal. I was super grateful for the patience and help! This will be my second waterhog mat I've purchased here. These have been excellent for the travel trailer, our rural home front step, and stood up great to all the wear and tear of our rough outdoor activities and two energetic dogs.

My first time at Park Meadows LLBean was incredible! I didn't even know there was llbean here. My Great Grandad loved this store, brings back nostalgic feels. Good Vibe is Legit AF 10/10 am coming back and telling my friends. Shoutout to Joseph who was super helpful and knowledgeable and put me onto my first pair of wicked good moccasins (best shoes ever so far, keep my feets warm in the cold weather). He seemed so genuinely happy with his pair that I just had to get them, and I am absolutely LOVING the quality, warmth and versatility of this shoe. The store was clean and the atmosphere was super friendly I look forward to coming back! Thanks LLBEAN!

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had the most amazing experience and I thought I would share. I was having trouble using a gift card at check out, so I called customer service and spoke to a very nice woman who helped me complete my order. She did an excellent job, and made the process smooth and quick, while also being very kind and caring. 😁

Why make the trek all the way to Freeport Maine when all you have to do is dive here? Pretty great store with amazing selection of Men's, Women's, and kid's. Still great quality and reasonable prices Very nice help. Seriously if you like the outdoors you could spend an hour easy in here.

L.L. Bean is a Mens and Womans clothing store that caters to the outdoors enthusiast. They sell mostly clothes that you would wear when going on a camping trip. Fashion meets functionally is what I would call it. I got something here and needed to make an exchange, but didnt have my receipt. The friendly employee at the front counter was more than happy to help and just told me to pick out a similar item. My return item was less than my exchange item, but instead of charging me the extra, they made an even exchange. top class service all around!

Went in for a t-shirt. They don't carry t-shirts. Are you kidding? I don't know what the temperature is like in Maine but summer ends today, t-shirts are a year round thing. I decided to spend my money at another store since they don't understand how to run a Colorado business. Your loss.

I went in to buy a pair of slippers. I found a pair on sale, yay. I told the clerk I didn't care what color. She brought out a different color than what was on display in my size. I wanted to buy them and they rung up at full price when I inquired about the higher price she snipped, " We'll that was the other color!" Oh my goodness, a well trained clerk would've have explained that the sale was only the display color. I have worked in retail with May Company from being a clerk all the way to being a buyer. I have never had such unhelpful rude behavior from a so called, "upscale" store. Train better!

I came here in early 2018 and got caught in a rain. I left my trusty Patagonia rain coat at home and needed another one while on vacation in Denver. I was told LL Bean was comparable to Patagonia so I went to the Lone Pine location to purchase a jacket. The salesperson told me LL bean offers a lifetime warranty on their products much like Patagonia so I would never have to worry. I used the jacket during my trip and brought it back home to Southern California. We don't get much rain, but when I recently pulled the LL Bean rain jacket from my closet i saw the inner lining starting to deteriorate. I contacted LL Bean in hopes of just getting a replacement. To my surprise, the company said I would need the original receipt or have my name in the system to show that I purchased the jacket. I paid cash when I was in Colorado and I don't remember the sales clerk asking for my name and address. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. Not only did the jacket fail quality control, they did not even honor their lifetime warranty. The customer service rep. stated their policy changed a few years ago after I purchased my jacket. They would not budge from their position. This just reaffirms my belief that Patagonia is superior in every way. On the rare occasion I have had to get a repair for a Patagonia product, it is quickly remedied. LL Bean has lost a customer for life.

I really hate packing for weeks, buying clothes and forgetting the main thing needed- a jacket- for heading up into the mountains. All of us!! Long story. So came down to LL Bean to find some specials and get me and boys some light jackets and scored big!!! Needed one set of duck boots, and 3 jackets and found 50/40% discounts on what we needed and set us up all quick and we got on our way. Had a great few days then we wrecked a side by side Polaris on a trip and 2 of us tore our jackets- and the boots were too big. So last day, we really liked the jackets over what we had at home, so bought 2 more, they took the boots back and traded for smaller size and all was good. Good service, staff, happy deal. If Im back I'll certainly go but from Atlanta and just trust LL Bean for our outdoor gear. !!

Very poorly managed, and not very friendly or helpful staff. ALWAYS understaffed at the registers. With on-line order returns taken at the store, some of the transactions take forever! Mine included! Maybe staff accordingly? Today, which is a Saturday, ONE awoman was running the registers. What prompted this review was the fact just off the counter appears to be an office and you could hear a number of employees talking and laughing even as the line at the register grew and wait times became annoying. After waiting for the line to move for about five or so minutes, three employees came out of the office and stood together, continuing their conversation, all while looking at the growing line and the one woman running the register. Not one of them moved to open up any of the three unused registers and get things moving. I as a customer could feel the tension in the line but yet the employees and manager either didn't notice or did not care. It's a shame that all it takes is one inept and/or clueless manager to tear down the almost perfect relationship and perception I have had of Bean's for the past 30 years.

Overpriced with a very limited in-store selection. I went with the intent of purchasing a vest for an upcoming trip to Alaska and they really had nothing in stock inside the store. I typically only purchase cold-weather gear from their website, and I'll continue to do that when they have sales and free shipping. There are plenty of stores in the area that sell seasonal clothing during the season; I went there thinking they'd have out of season clothing because that is what they are known for....my mistake.

I have never been to an L.L. Bean store until I moved to Colirado. I love it!. Right now they're stocking the store with warm clothing! Yes! I found awesome fleece vests, ski jackets, pants, ski hats, gloves , oh, ok, I want it all My other half and I went in looking for a watch and I, just to see what they offer. I love the boots and shoe selection. I'll bring him back with me soon, because I need because I need some winter goodies to fill out my closet.

Such a polar opposite from a customer service standpoint compared to the flagship store in Freeport, ME. I grew up in Freeport and used to work for Beans. I've had many family members retire at Beans as well as many family Friends who've worked there. I knew this place like the back of my hand and always knew I could count on great customer service. Fast forward to moving to Colorado I see there was an LL Bean store nearby! So excited to see a piece of Maine nearby where I live! I walk in eager to shop on a Saturday morning. I immediately notice a girl at the registers (Alyssa, who ended up cashing me out later) and she didn't even acknowledge us waking in. Even after a few glances. All I saw was her looking down doing nothing. This is so unlike the LL Bean service I know. You walk in in Freeport and they acknowledge you if they aren't doing anything. I walk through the store. Still no employee saying anything (we were 2 of about 6 people in the whole store). Walked through the men's section and the camping section. This store has less than 5% of the selection I'm used to at the Maine location. I find some shirts and a camping gear and head to the register. Alyssa is there and coldly says "I'm ready". I walk over and felt like a total bother and almost like a nuisance for giving my business. Again, if LL Bean corporate new this they'd have a field day since LL Bean prides itself with customer service and going beyond. My debit card came as declined. I found this odd since I had several hundred dollars in my account and was only making a purchase that was less than $30. Alyssa did not offer any help or offer any call to management or even to try a different register. We tried a Nother debit card that had even more money on it and it still came back as denied. Again she would not even lift a finger to let the manager, Josh know about the issue. I later found out when I called to let him know that he did not even know about the issue! So she could've prevented this! She was so uncaring and so bitter that it truly ruined my experience. If Leon Leon Wood Bean or Leon Gorman ever saw this type of customer service in their stores they would be mortified. They have a established the best customer service you'll ever find. To see an operation that is operating under L.L. Bean is sickening when it comes to this level of customer service. I will not ever step foot in this store again and I encourage you not too either. This store should be shut down.

Who doesn't love Beans?? There's actual employees that answer the phones (no recordings) and their return policy is amazing! Every time I have gone into the store the employees always seem to love their job and go above and beyond in the customer service department. Thank you L L Bean. I will always be a customer.

I am so impressed with this store. Last night I bought my first pair of smart wool ladies socks in a pretty purple plaid. I'm a walker, so I was excited to try them. Later, I realized I'd left the pkg. outside in front of the store while making a phone call. When I went back the pkg. was gone. I checked the store hoping it had been turned in, but to no avail. They were actually going to replace them, but since I had not given the basic marketing info. ofname and zip code when purchasing and my cash receipt was lost in the bag, I had no proof that I had purchased them so, of course, they could not replace them. But I was very impressed! I'm sure they can't always do this, but I was really touched that they would even consider doing this for an elderly grandmother! I will be back in the store very soon.

We just went to make a simple return at the Park Meadows location and had the misfortune of Tracy being the one to make the transaction. She was INCREDIBLY rude, first saying "electronics don't do much for me" when my friend handed her, her cellphone with the receipt bar code showing. She questioned us why we were making the return, in a way that made us both feel like she thought we were trying to make an untruthful return. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!! Tracy should go!!

Nice store. Wish they sold more outdoor gear. There was no fly fishing equipment in stock which is unfortunate. All employees were friendly except the store manager on duty at the time. She was short and rude with her employees and not very friendly with me when I needed assistance. I understand you're tired after a long shift, but don't take it out on others.

Shopped L.L. Bean on Monday night, and we were extremely dissatisfied. My husband's mom lived in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, so whenever we traveled back for a visit we would go to L.L. Bean. We love the quality, especially the no iron shirts and slacks. My husband purchased a jacket from there 2weeks and bought my snowboots recently. On Monday night, we were shopping for snow gloves for him. We ended up having contact with three different sales associates. Each acted as if we were really imposing. I like to shop around; my husband likes to just go to L.L. Bean. It may be a long time before we go to L.L. Bean. I wonder if we will continue to shop online for his clothing??? So very disappointed!

Consider shopping else where. Opened account during Labor Day sale and shopped away. Got home last night and noticed I was over charged between $2.95 and $32.15 per item. Called customer service and after 35 minutes was transferred to the store. The store transferred me around and ultimately after 15 minutes was told I would need to bring it all back to see about adjustment. Not the kind of customer service you expect from a store that stands behind its products. All I can say is check your receipt as I was over charged$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Made return tonight and not even an apology for overcharging $41.05 for 19.95 socks. I will not shop here again without an apology

The clerk that finished my transaction at the register, I believe his name was Don (middle aged, maybe 5'10", short blondish hair), was very mean, condescending, and overall very very rude to me during my exchange transaction. He made snide comments about the very legal and acceptable by company policy return, and made me very anxious and upset. He made me feel like I was an idiot and said "you have only made this one purchase, usually if you're a return customer we will take care of you well." Which is a ridiculous statement and not good customer service. He said many rude and irritating things during the transaction and if I make it down to this location again (I live in Fort Collins and drove down for this transaction) I will not accept service from this man. The clerk at the shoe department, Joshua, was phenomenal and very helpful with helping me find what I wanted. Update: the store manager contacted me to hear more details and help resolve my complaint in less than 24 hours. I have always received good service through llbean and I am confident that this issue will be resolved.

Great products , average millennial staff that were friendly but useless . I buy a lot of LL bean products and would by more if this location was not so horrible. It is just easier to buy from their website.this location is useless for anybody that lives anywhere north of here . It takes forever with average Denver traffic and the parking facility here had to be the worst of any mall anywhere . You are taking your life in your own hands by the over privileged park meadows housewives driving gigantic SUV's blind with a phone glued to their head. Too bad such a great brand has just one location in CO. Whoever decided n this location for LLB should be out of a job.

My wife was given a poorly sized x country ski package with no receipt. We went in asking what our options were. With zero questions or hesitations they said to bring it in. Granted, it wasn't very busy, but 3 guys spent well over an hour getting her fitted along with installing the bindings for that very day. The BEST service I have seen in Denver.
