Safe area. Outside lots of eateries and shops , massage and nail places. Thos hotel is modern and aesthetically pleasing. Stayed for one night got a nice surprise for an upgrade to skysuite. It was nexr to the restaurant with a little noise but that was fine with me. Spacious room. Clean.this to me is a such a design hotel from restaurant to the pool aeea to the canopy spa. Spa with 100 k Idr for inhouse guest was another pleasant surprise. Went for the 90 minute forest massage. Polite reception staff Ari and Gita. Staff at spa on duty on 2 December were very friendly too

I stayed here based on a friend’s recommendation. The access road is a bit narrow, but it leads to a minimalist and well-designed property. My room was spacious and I appreciated the complimentary upgrade. However, the room assigned was close to the restaurant, so noise from music and foot traffic could be heard occasionally. Despite that, the staff were attentive and helpful, and overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

It is definitely in an odd spot, and hard to get to if you are coming by taxi due to traffic and tight turns. It isn't very pretty driving up to the hotel because of the near by construction. Public areas are beautiful, but rooms can be a bit small and don't use the space well. Looking closely some of the sheets had stains and the walls have had patch repairs. The price was decent. It was fine for one night, but I would go elsewhere for a longer stay.

Lloyd’s Inn Bali is a cozy, clean, and comfortable boutique hotel offering most essential amenities, including a pool, buffet breakfast, and a spa. The property is tucked behind a small building, which can make it a little tricky to find, but once inside, it is a charming and relaxing retreat.

Thank you so much to Juniarta and the entire team for taking such great care of us during our stay! We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and everything was wonderful. The breakfast selection was excellent — it never felt repetitive. Our room was always promptly cleaned whenever we requested housekeeping. The reception team was friendly and cheerful, and the restaurant staff were so kind, even helping me with a takeaway plate when my friend had a long night. Thank you all once again — we truly appreciated your hospitality and will definitely visit again!

Room: Don't be fooled by the pictures in Booking.com because yes it is nice but lots of downside for us. The bathroom is like an outdoor type. So much mosquitoes is not even funny. Like its so hard to shower especially during the night without getting bitten by at least a few. When we stayed there there is a construction going in apparently has been for a couple of years already. They should've notify their clients ahead of time. So noisy and stinks. If you open the door or window. The room also have some kind of smell. Even with room service is like not really great. Location: a bit in a busy area so try avoid staying here tbh. And like car cant really pick you up especially when constructions is on. Hard to get card to come into the entrance of the place. Place is also well hidden quiet confusing to find at the start. Only good thing is theres a massage place nearby and it was nice after a long day to relax there. Service: ok nothing exciting except for the welcome drink which was nice.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!!!!!. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE LOOKING LOUNGE AT THE ENTRANCE!!!!. This is one of (if not the worst places) we have ever stayed in. The room we stayed was on the second floor (standard room). As soon as we entered the entire room had a damp moldy smell with wet floors. This was due to the open toilet arrangement and with the weather condition being humid and the swimming pool on the same floor made the room damp and floors wet. In addition the room and the toilets were very very dirty with the towels being discolored, bed sheets damp and cold and the fittings were loose and broken. the shower when we opened the tap always had a sewage smell come from the water. We had originally booked the place for 4 nights and we ended up leaving the accommodation after first night. This is classified as a 4 star hotel, i would barely give it a 1 star hotel in a third world country!!!. We spoke to the accommodation for a refund as the hotel room was inhospitable. We acknowledge booking.com had this booking as a non refundable room, however, given the pathetic condition of the room we deserved a refund!. however, the hotel offered a $46 refund (accommodation cost $346 AUD) which came through booking.com. this however when challenged have not received any update from the hotel nor booking.com. Booking.com must do some serious vetting of its listing and especially for travelers going to a foreign country need to have some assurance of the place they are signing up to. Either downgrade this to a 1 star accommodation or have better refund policies, especially when the accommodation provides inhospitable rooms which are moldy, dirty and unhygienic.

I had a wonderful stay at Lloyd Bali Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room that came with a spacious bathtub and a serene garden view, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The front officers were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the safety guards were always polite and reassuring, making me feel well-taken care of from the moment I arrived. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely return.
