I ordered a vaccine through Lloyds. I have been cancelled the appointments for three times. The phamrmacy they left in the email was just getting to a busy line. Furthermore, no help and support from the customer line at all. My personal exprience with Lloyds Pharmacy is getting worse and worse. What a shame.

Rude staff, overpriced medicine, what more is there to say ? Btw it's not Lloyds Pharmacy, it's now called Life Pharmacy

DO NOT PLACE YOUR VACCINE ORDER HERE!!! The administration is the most CHAOTIC I’ve ever experienced. I called to this place twice last year for reservation and they placed me to the earliest time which is nearly three months later. But one of my friends walked in later than my call and got a booking on next week. I just don’t see how that could happen. Plus when I checked with them about my booking today, they cannot find my place because the reception totally messed up with my name:) Some people can get their vaccine done by walk-in but some just have to wait for 2 month. What a brilliant lottery booking system!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! The male pharmacist at Lloyds Pharmacy on Wigmore Street is by far the rudest person I've ever encountered in a medical setting. A total jerk! Not friendly nor helpful. Responds rudely to medical questions. He's just there to piss clients off. Stay away from this pharmacy!

If you can, avoid this Pharmacy. There are many others with a better service.

Never book vaccination here!!! You need to wait 1 month to get it! The most unreasonable part is that another branch can do it today but they refused to transfer my record to another branch…

They lied about vaccine availability. I Do not recommend to anyone.
