We thoroughly enjoyed our four night break at Llwyn Helyg recently, staying in the absolutely stunning Dryswyn bedroom. Before our stay, the excellent reviews had created a very high level of expectation, but this was completely surpassed by the reality. It is simply exceptional and unique purpose-built accommodation for which five stars seem inadequate. This is the home of Caron and Fiona, who look after everything, having designed every aspect of the exterior and interior of this fabulous house, and overseen its entire construction. It is a very special place, and everything is to the very highest specification and sparkling quality. Putting aside the stunning accommodation for the moment, Caron and Fiona were friendly, charming and helpful at all times. They could not have made us more welcome or feel more special, and nothing was too much trouble. We did not know this area, and Caron very helpfully wrote out details of interesting and beautiful places to visit along with postcodes, and even booked excellent restaurants for us. In case you are wondering, the breakfasts here were also, not surprisingly, perfect and beautifully presented. Our only regret was that we could not have stayed longer. However, we certainly will go back.
