A very large lake alongside Plas Y Benin. Often you drive by this lake on the way to Snowdon. There is parking alongside in layby's although limited. You cannot walk all the way around the lake but it is ideal for waterspouts or to sit alongside for a picnic.

One lake that looks like 2. Lovely wooded slopes and Moel Siabod mountain on the far side. With fantastic views of the Snowdon range looking towards the end of the lake.

This place is a never to be missed when you are in Snowdonia. You can have a drive along A4086 and enjoy breathtaking views all along this road.

We had a beautiful evening swim here. Water clarity is amazing. Some parts of the lake are shallow and quite muddy getting in but all round a lovely swim spot.

Stopped here to set up the hammock and watch the sunset. Beautiful place! Saw some people paddle boarding in the lake too!
