I encourage you to improve your customer service experience at Local Joe's on Bridge Street. Every interaction is an opportunity to uplift and inspire. I hope you'll take this chance to reflect on the impact of your words and actions on others. Remember, kindness can transform lives. I wanted to support my local business, but I hope you'll understand why I won't be returning. Let's strive to be kind to people. The way you treated myself and my friend was extremely unkind and hurtful and I can only hope you don’t treat people like that daily. Be better.

Google
Tim, You need to think twice before trying to embarrass, humiliate, talk down to and raise your voice to. My wife is my Queen. I do not and will never tolerate or allow someone to disrespect her, her friend, or their children.i hope you understand that had I been with her today, your disrespect would have been dealt with in person. I really hope you reply to this review yourself, and apologize to my wife, her friend and their children for the way you talked to them and disrespected kids. My review will be removed after that happens. If not, I have 6 more email addresses and an enormous following on social media. I’m actually thirsty for a coffee right now.

Grabbed an iced chai latte on break, it was refreshing. The barista was very friendly, even when guests came in for ice cream, which is next door, she'd point them in the right direction and tell them to enjoy their ice cream. This place can get packed quickly, but afternoon in the summer are quite pleasant.

Came here during the week while shopping at the Vail Village. It was busy, but they were very efficient in taking the orders and starting each order right away. There were good options from hot or cold coffees and teas, also having fruit smoothies. We had a large party so ordered coffee, tea, and smoothies. It was a hot day, so I preferred the smoothies. There's plenty of seating here from the bar stools to the larger sofa sitting area. Service was very friendly and efficient. Nice place to come for a refreshment while at the Village.

Google
These are the best chicken nuggets I have ever had in my life. And I’m not that young. Please stop by and try them! Good price point for Vail!! Cute location, will be back!

Google
The hot breakfast sandwich was huge and very filing, and of course! Delicious.. not disappointed at all! Will definitely be back. Prices are very reasonable and their coffee is yummy as well, staff is welcoming and friendly, sadly not everyone in the customer service in vail is like this. For two people with large coffee, two sandwiches and a pastry and tip 36 dollars.

Google
A perfect spot to stop for breakfast and coffee before a big ski day. It’s right outside the transit station. We also stopped by for a cocktail when we were done which was delicious. I had the prickly pear margarita but definitely need to try the chai old fashioned next time.

Google
Found some delicious hot drinks and amazing food while checking out Vail Village on a cold May morning. With it being “off season” most businesses are closed, not this gem… delicious food served up very fast by nice friendly staff, all making our experience that much better.

Yelp
We went here for a quick lunch. I ordered their turkey club sandwich, which was amazing. It was nicely toasted, and the bread was so fresh. I also enjoyed their green tea. My daughter and wife ordered the açaí bowls, and although they enjoyed the taste, they said they would have appreciated if they could add more toppings in addition to the strawberries, Nutella and granola. The service was amazing, and the two individuals working could not have been nicer!

Yelp
We stopped by Vail Village to peruse a bit before we headed back to the city. But first, we came to Loaded Joe's for a quick breakfast and some coffee as they had a nice selection of coffees, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and more. It's one of the more affordable options in these neck of the woods as well. I ordered a medium milky way and we also got two breakfast burritos to share as I had read they are quite large. It was quiet and slow when we arrived so our order came out pretty quickly. We opted to eat outside on the patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air and listen to the stream that runs next to the coffee shop. They have a handful of tables outside and I would definitely recommend sitting out there when the weather is nice. They do have some seats available inside along with some big, comfy couches if you're looking to get cozy. The coffee was on the sweet end and had an almost alcoholic aftertaste to me, but I still liked it. We also enjoyed our burritos and it was the perfect size to share. All in all, it was a great way to start our morning and would recommend a stop here.

Yelp
Yummy almond milk latte! It was perfectly smooth and had a great flavor! The baristas were kind and quick! A little hidden gem in Vail. The size of the iced coffee makes the price (in my opinion) worth it!
google avatar

Yelp
The coffee is supremely terrible here. Service was fine and convenient location, but wouldn't return
google avatar

Ed D.

Yelp
Came here for coffee before our hike early morning. I got the mocha and it was a little too bold for my taste. My friend got Mexican coffee with an extra shot and she mentioned it tasted watered down. The service was awesome and I liked how they word played the tip jars...pretty funny. But their coffee was just ok.

Cindee O.

Yelp
No coffee in house!! Screams heard in vail! Loaded Joe's for two large house coffee's! Amazing! No bitterness! Great flavor on medium roast! Second was a mix 1/2 medium 1/2 bold!! Yes yes yes! We will be back. Service was quick and polite :) thanks for saving the day! Cheers

Yelp
Love this place. It's right at the bus stop by covered bridge and a great place to grab coffee and breakfast sandwiches before heading to gondola one. My favorite is the snickers latte!
google avatar

Yelp
Loaded Joes is the perfect spot for classic comfort food in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and that nostalgic diner charm. The service was fast and attentive, making us feel right at home. The menu has all the diner favorites, from hearty breakfast platters to juicy burgers and homemade pies. I ordered the patty melt and it was exactly what I hoped for--delicious, generously portioned, and made with care. The coffee was hot and constantly refilled. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with family and friends, Loaded joes delivers on quality & service. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to!

Yelp
Terrible bad experience the guy that attend me with bad attitude I said hello and they didn't even answer

Yelp
1 star just because I have to. I asked for slight modifications to a smoothie (my husband had done this the previous day with 0 issues) and they were visibly upset. NOTE - theses weren't prepackaged smoothies so they had all the ingredients available and I only asked for them to add banana + peanut butter and no apple juice. They proceeded to loudly make fun of my smoothie order while making it and then when finished, they put on the counter and said "whatever this is".... Extremely rude staff. Only recommend if you want a sour start to your day.

Gray B.

Yelp
If I could give no stars I would. I've never written a bad review, but If you are not living full time in Vail - i would advise to not GO HERE. Kept overhearing the employees discuss with certain customers how they "can't wait" until non vail residents go home. Been coming to this coffee shop for years with my family & was sad to learn that will be our last time there. Not to mention they messed up our order, but that is a simple mistake! Sharing your disdain for out of town visitors, specifically from certain states, was incredibly shocking to say the least.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. We had a cubano and a protein smoothie and both were excellent. Friendly service too.
google avatar

Cynthia M.

Yelp
Great little coffee shop to get some work done or just grab a bite. Right before entering all of the shops at Vail Village so feels a little more local. They have breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and acai bowls. Their acai bowl was surprisingly good, just the right ratio of toppings to base. We also came back for hot chocolate and chai in the afternoon and it hit the spot.
google avatar

Bryanne H.

Yelp
Stopped here since we enjoyed the one in Avon so much! I think this location is a bit bigger inside, gives off more off a coffee shop vibe then the one in Avon. They also have a side patio that backs up to the river which was beautiful! Coffee and food tasted the same! All delicious. The workers were kind as well. I would say that it is hard to find if you do not know where it is already, it is around a corner and behind a bus stop!
google avatar

Kathy H.

Yelp
Espresso here is very good! My go to for a latte. Some indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio.
google avatar

Travis T.

Yelp
I stopped in here for a gourmet coffee drink because I was sick of drinking my cheap hotel coffee. Loaded Joe's is conveniently located near the entrance of Vail Village by the highway. Even though I was in and out, I enjoyed how quick and easy I was able to get my coffee drink. Loaded Joe's gets their beans from Rococo Coffee Roasting - a Seattle based company. The nice thing about this place is that they also serve breakfast and lunch sandwiches, beer, wine, and cocktails. I got a Spanish Coffee and enjoyed how smooth and fresh my coffee tasted.
google avatar

Noah J.

Yelp
huge sandwiches for the price - the drip coffee is also great in the morning can be slower during peak times but worth the wait
google avatar

Abbey L.

Yelp
Sausage and pepper jack sandwich was great! Also had the Reese's shake and green goddess smoothie all which were great!
google avatar

Victoria P.

Yelp
The employees are very rude. I guess they hate working there. They will make you feel like you are the biggest nuisance for ordering a coffee and making them do their job. It wasn't just a one off either. We went twice in one day because we with a group and different staff with the same attitude.

Teri B.

Yelp
Gluten free options!! Lattes are AMAZING. And the guy behind the counter was super nice.
google avatar

Christina S.

Yelp
At first we thought they closed down due to us not really following googles maps direction ans looking for them under the distillery where they were for years. Good for them they upgraded and moved to a bigger spot! This has been our go to coffee spot in Vail and it still stands strong. I got a Vanilla Oat Latte and it was delicious, touch of sweetness and quality coffee. A very highly enjoyable morning beverage. We also shared a quick bite before our drive back down to Denver and I thought the ham, egg, and cheese sammie was decent considering they have no full kitchen. I think this is an excellent spot to stop if you are in search of caffeine and possibly just want a quick bite before going out on your daily activities and don't want a full sit down breakfast.

Elle M.

Yelp
coffee was great however the barista was so rude to the customers (she had red hair, tattoos and piercing, petite). The lady in front asked for more milk and she replied "no, it's because you let your milk foam sit" I asked what syrups they had and she said standard. I requested a syrup and she said that's not standard and wouldn't answer my question. She was unbelievably rude and made the experience poor. Yall should hire nice people
google avatar

Amy N.

Yelp
Stopped here for a coffee and a sandwich, very cozy and comfy. The coffee was decent, the sandwich was really good.
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
Good spot for solid coffee and tasty breakfast sandwiches at a reasonable price for Vail proper.
google avatar

Rachel H.

Yelp
One piece of advice: try the nutty Irishman! It was absolutely delicious, and I didn't need them to cut the syrup in half (like I normally do). It had the flavor, without being too sweet. (And my daughter loved the hot cocoa.) Tip: they offer discounted day old pastries. We tried the croissant - it was delish!

Maureen B.

Yelp
Fast and friendly service, delicious and filling burritos and hot coffee to start the day.

Ally H.

Yelp
Yummy açaí bowls and coffee. Love the spanish coffee the most. Cute outdoor seating and lots of options for coffee and breakfast sandwiches etc.
google avatar

Wen Z.

Yelp
Very rude like they really hate you though I did tip. Half and half for coffee was out. When I asked where it is he didn't even look at me and just said ' YOU JUST TOUCHED IT'
google avatar

Sarah K.

Yelp
The good - the breakfast sandwiches and burritos are excellent. My group tried several and they were all amazing! You could see them making them fresh behind the counter, so that's a sign of good food. Yum. I loved my bacon Swiss sandwich - the brioche was excellent. My son's smoothie was tasty but nothing special. The coffee was just okay. I had an iced latte and the syrup was thick and didn't incorporate well into the drink. Maybe a hot drink would have been better. The service was a little slow, but they had help wanted signs in the window and the owner was working behind the counter that day so you can't complain about that too much. My biggest complaint was that the online menu didn't match the in store menu, so that made ordering a bit difficult (large group and we only sent a few people inside to order). But we survived and all enjoyed our breakfast so that's what counts. Will come back next time we're in Vail!
google avatar

Rod R.

Yelp
We stopped here because we wanted a smoothie. We weren't sure if they had them so we asked an employee there. He said they had them so we waited in line for a half an hour, got to the front where we ordered and then they told us they did not have them. they didn't seem to care that they had told us they had them and we waited in line as long as we did. One employee who seem to be the main manager there (Colt) said "times are changing." Like, is that supposed to mean something??
google avatar

Jerry O.

Yelp
New location - as of December 2019 - now on the other side of bridge street - nearer to the transportation center - at the former Starbucks. Great coffee - especially the espresso and the Spanish coffee. We stopped in a couple of times. Go to coffee in the village. Recommended.
google avatar

J J.

Yelp
Convenient coffee shop and cafe beside our hotel--got a quick BLT and chips, which was good. Ladies working seemed to know the locals or the regulars, had their drinks already making when they saw them walking in. Several places to sit and work or chat with couches and tables available.
google avatar

Jessica K.

Yelp
Stumbled on this place while skiing in Vail. It is located in Vail village and is a coffee shop that also serves drinks to the après-ski crowd. It also has a cute patio with fire pits to warm up after a day of skiing. The staff was friendly and kept asking if I needed anything else while I was sitting in the coffee shop getting some work done. I ordered a vanilla latte with almond milk and it was tasty! Would definitely stop by if you're in the area!
google avatar

Jamie M.

Yelp
Came in on a Friday evening. Centrally located coffee shop in vail village. It has a nice ambiance. I ordered a flavored latte and it was alright, nothing special. The reason for the bad review is because of the barista/cashier. She was very blunt and unfriendly. She seemed really impatient, we were trying to figure out what to order since it was our first time. Will try out other coffee shops in the area.

Honest M.

Yelp
They do a nice job - excellent coffee - decent food - fairly efficient service and a great convenient location
google avatar

Lauren T.

Yelp
Terrible service. Not clean, would literally never go here if it was the last place open.
google avatar

Tess G.

Yelp
Stopped here for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich before a day of skiing. The breakfast sandwich was really good and just what I needed to fuel me for the morning. Bonus is that it's on the way from parking to the village - just before the foot bridge.
google avatar

Jess H.

Yelp
I grabbed a mocha to go today, and it was delicious. I don't usually feel compelled to review such a singular purchase, but it just was so good. It took maybe 5ish minutes, but it tasted like it was made with love. Seemed like a cute spot for a snack too :)
google avatar

Karina M.

Yelp
The service was terrible, the girl helping us was not at all helpful. When asking for condiment substitutions, the girl rolled her eyes and shook her head as if she were confused. The tuna sandwich had NO flavor. I don't recommend this place.

Ken N.

Yelp
Great locals spot! Pizza is delicious and I love the cozy atmosphere. If you want local Pizza in Vail grab a seat at Local Joes and enjoy.
google avatar

Heather L.

Yelp
This spot is a little different than the location in Avon. This one is more of a grab and go spot. We liked the breakfast sandwiches and the coffee is really good. They have a few tables outside so we could enjoy the creek while we had our coffee.
google avatar

Steven G.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and great electronic music playing... great service. We got the mate latte which was tasty...the selection of coffee looks really good.
google avatar

Ann P.

Yelp
This is the local favorite in vail. I really recommend their chai tea latte. It's super sweet and the perfect sugar rush and energy boost to get back on the slopes. They even serve sandwiches till 1pm. They have delicious, fresh baked and flaky croissants. You can substitute your sandwich bread for a croissant and pay only a buck extra for the bread upgrade. It's bit hidden. You have to go to the from vail entrance near the main bridge. It's the first shop you will see when you walk through the bridge. It's down the stairs next to the vail gift shop.
google avatar

Luke S.

Yelp
Oh me oh my we went here yesterday on our tour of Vail. There was some sort of festival going on and we stopped by. At first it seemed like your typical run of the mill place... but don't let the size of cafe fool you. Order the chicken fingers they are spiced very well and the fries were amazing. Get the BBQ sauce, honey mustard, and ranch. Hope and pray that the same woman working in the back is there.
google avatar

Christa R.

Yelp
I went to the old location and thought they closed! But they relocated to the old Starbucks across the bridge (sign on the door would have been very helpful!!!). So I was extremely happy when I went to get coffee at Starbucks and found loaded joes. Same great coffee and breakfast spot but with a facelift! The inside is beautiful. This place is great for a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich before hitting the slopes.
google avatar

Kendal P.

Yelp
Very friendly wait staff (and patient!). Nice setting, of course, it is Vail. I had the Spanish Coffee as it was a popular tip and I wasn't disappointed
google avatar

Brian H.

Yelp
The Cubano sandwhich was excellent. The Protein Pick me smoothie was also good. Service was fast. Good spot.
google avatar

Mia H.

Yelp
I have never been to a local coffee shop that is that unfriendly. The guy running the espresso machine was nothing but an "a@hole". When customers are asking questions about drinks they are asking to get information and to be educated not treated like crap or spoken down to! I always look to support the local coffee shops wherever I go but I will never go to this one again. See you tomorrow Starbucks ! Mia
google avatar

Flor A.

Yelp
My friend and I were really likes this place. so good. I got their Cubano sandwich and their chai tea latte and it was fire the hot sauce that they have too is delicious too. If you're looking for a quick lil meal and coffee I recommend this place. (I got too excited to take a picture of the sandwich so just got alittle shot of the tea)
