If you’re walking down Princess Street and looking for a cozy, aesthetic café to chill at Loafers Cafe is the one to bookmark. I absolutely loved my time here, especially grabbing the window seat which gives such a nice street view and natural light perfect for reading, people-watching, or snapping those laid-back travel photos.
Now coming to the food the Beef Pull Burger is an absolute must-try. Super tender, juicy, and served with a flavorful profile that hits all the right notes. It’s easily one of the best I’ve had in Kochi. On the flip side, I personally didn’t enjoy the Mint Tuna Wrap as much mainly because I’m not a fan of that strong fishy aftertaste, but that’s just my personal preference.
For drinks, I went for the Iced Coffee and Lychee Tea both were refreshing, well-balanced, and just what I needed on a hot day. Especially the lychee tea, it’s light, fragrant, and super underrated.
The ambience is what ties everything together. The interiors are thoughtfully done, minimal yet warm, and the vibe is very relaxed, making it a great spot to slow down if you’re exploring Fort Kochi.
Overall, Loafers Cafe isn’t just about food, it’s about the whole experience good taste, calming atmosphere, and that perfect balance of tourist-friendly and local charm. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
