Terrible product information. Saw this pet snack kiosque for the first time. Checked every item, display including the ingredient detail sheet and could not find the origin of these snacks anywhere. At the current time, it's unacceptable for a huge grocery chain to overlook this!!!!! Meanwhile, I'm glad to see they brought back lamb leg from New Zealand, hence one star. Australian and Ontario in ones don't taste as good for me.

Good place to do your grocery shopping. The managers are a good team. The Loblaws have grocery aisles, Joe Fresh (clothes), dairy, bakery, fresh produce, flowers, Starbucks, Deli, and upstairs, there is a place to sit.

It’s nuts they never have cashiers. Take a lesson from Farm Boy. People in and out quickly with reciprocal smiles. Instead of constant corporate profits on food.

Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe bad. Good deals occasionally if you have the PC optimum app but definitely noticing all the prices going up, up, up🚀 Store is big though and has everything you would want to get on your grocery list. Although it is chilly in there at times. So dress warmer. My last experience was very adventurous. Got to grocery shop with a new water feature they installed. Looking forward to their next addition⭐️

Really large Loblaws store . It is so easy to get lost in this massive store, simply too big. Prices are competitive. The positive is that there is a ton of selection. Something here for everyone. The biggest problem is the bad customer service due to unionized customer service, worst idea ever. Every time I go in the staff is either really new, or are older and really bitter. Don't even respond to hello. The customer service here is a recurring problem. The prices at this store are high. You need to deliver an exceptional customer experience to justify that.

Just had a guy trying to get people to sign up for PC mastercard laugh at me cause the PC ATM was out of cash, and continue laughing as he told me the nearest one was on rideau. If someone from corporate is doing a promo in your store, make sure they're not a jerk who laughs at customers of the product they're trying to sell. Also, keep the only PC atm this side of the rideau river stocked! Or put more! You have none in any shoppers around here, and Circle K should have PC atms since they are part of that network now

I love this store. It is different from all other loblaws. People were friendly. Store was clean. Staff were helpful and they have a lot of variety. Their bakery’s goods are delicious. They have amazing halloween decoration and the prices are pretty good. As well as a huge sizes and shapes of pumpkins at a great affordable prices.

The store is kept impeccably clean and always well stocked. Staff is extremely helpful but prices are high on average but as a regular shopping location you can do very well if you have an eye for bargains. One stop shopping is the watchword here.
