Amazing location, room, amenities, and staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and eager to help me explore the city. Would give 6 stars if I could, amazing value for the price too. Felt like a 3-4 star hotel to me. Highly highly recommend.

During our stay in Venice we stayed in this hotel. The location is perfect. Rialto bridge and San Marco Square are 2 minutes from the hotel. It is located in the middle of the center. Gondolas 30 sec walk. Food, icecream, espressos just 2-5 minutes away. Luca is a nice host. The rooms are good. Shower a bit small but doable. From treinstation and garage it is 20-30 minutes walk to the hotel. With a good amount of bridges and through a crowd of tourists. But once you made it to the hotel, you feel welcome and realise you have booked a perfect hotel.

I stayed there 2 nights and I am very happy of my stay! It is perfectly located in the middle of Venice, next to Rialto bridge, in a quiet street, so perfect to have good sleep! The room is big enough with many space and same for the bathroom. Everything looked clean, and the employees were really nice too and helpful! I would definitely recommend, I really enjoyed my stay here!

I booked this hotel through Expedia and they just sent a message ‘Your booking was canceled’. When i asked why, they said my credit card doesnt work and i didnt give other payment information. However it s not realistic my card not worked and even if so they disnt ask any other payment option. When i see google comments, i see same problems with other people. I think coz of they r busy they just cancel by chance. Good that we didnt stay such a bad service and communication hotel.

I booked this hotel through Expedia and they claimed my credit card was declided. I contacted my bank, who told me my credit card was never run. I reached out to the hotel directly to give them my credit card information again and they claimed to have tried again, but my bank still never received an attempt to charge. I wasted a week trying to get this resolved, but they ended up just cancelling my reservation. They probably overbooked and used the credit card thing as an excuse to waste my time as rates increased at other hotels.

This hotel is hidden down a small street. My advice is to use Google Maps to locate it. It will take you to the front door. I have no criticisms, only praise for the hotel. The rooms are good-sized, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to St. Marco and all the other places to visit. It is reasonably priced. I would stay here again. Polite and professional service. Always willing to help. Well done and keep it up.

Great location, literally in the center of Venice, 5 minutes from both Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. No frills, but clean. Perfect place for a traveler like me, who would use the room just for sleep and an occasional rest between long walks. Luca is a hard-working host with a positive attitude who is everywhere. Sometimes one wonders if he has a twin.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. I had emailed them requesting an early check in which we were very grateful they could accommodate as we had just landed from a red eye flight. Luca was very responsive and welcoming.||The hotel has a prime location, just a short 3-4 min walk from the Rialto bridge with many restaurants and shops nearby. Because it’s in a side alley, it was pretty quiet despite being close to so many shops. The room it self was a good size with a comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were on the smaller size but as can be expected in Europe. The air conditioner worked well!||After checking out, we were able to store our luggage for a bit as we had spare time before catching a train and overall checkin checkout process was quick and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!
