Amazing location, almost straight onto a nice Campo (square) in the heart of Venice. So easy to get to St Mark's and the water front or to the Grand Canal. Lovely building and style. Its a small 3* hotel, so don't expect 5*, but for the money and knowing it is a small hotel, we thought it was great. |Breakfast is good enough and no complaints here.|Noise is mentioned in other reviews and yes sound proofing is poor, but its an old building and therefore not to the same standards in that regard as you will find in a modern purpose built box. I suppose much depends on your fellow guests! We were lucky maybe.|If you want value for money, great location and a nice decor then consider this.

Was recommended by Rick Steves travel book and did not disappoint! Rooms clean. Breakfast was good and a very good location, also having a plaza outside with different restaurants was great for a drink or a bite if need be. There was also a wine shop close by which added to the benefits.

Plain and simple hotel in a great location just off a lovely square in the main part of Venice. Great value. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff who were v helpful whilst didn't make a fuss. Decent breakfast served in a pleasant environment. Just what we were looking fir.

This hotel in Venice was a perfect choice for our getaway! It was located just a stone's throw from the Vaporetto station, in a quiet, close to a beautiful square filled with amazing restaurants. Our room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, and a desk. The bathroom was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. They provided daily room service. Even though our flight was delayed, the check-in was seamless which helped reduce our stress after a very long and hectic journey to Venice. The friendly front desk staff is available till 2 pm. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and water dispenser. |

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Venice. It’s a short walk from everything we wanted to see and do but also on a quiet side street. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and pretty spacious compared to the rest of our Italian trip. The free breakfast was huge bonus and very tasty.

had an amazing stay here. hotel is very well maintained. i have stayed at five star hotels that are not as well maintained than this one. the employees clearly have a lot of love for the place, as there are plaques in the room explaining where the furniture of the room came from. air conditioning works flawlessly. the place is next to a square with many restaurants and pedestrians, but it is off to a side street so the hotel is quiet and tranquil at night. cleanliness was not an issue. we had a few mosquitos, but that’s just unavoidable due to the nature of the canals in the summer. as long as you keep the windows closed and turn the AC on, you should be fine. free breakfast, which is clean and tasteful, is a great perk at this price range in Venezia. i wouldn’t choose any other place for a stay in Venezia. strongly recommended!

Got an economic room for 4 nights, the room are on the 3rd floor with steep stairs and just under the roof with half of the room less than 1.8m height. Location of the hotel is excellent, not far from everything and still quiet. Mattress is good but just two pillow a bit flat and in general room cleaning could be better (under bed lot of dust and bathroom mirror for example) We had an issue with hot water the first day, the water heater in bathroom wasn't on, once turned on got hot water few hours later. Breakfast food is good but coffee could be better.

Yelp
What a charming hotel. I just loved this the moment we stepped inside. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was in the attic. Great size room and they had some cookies for us to nibble on. Also a pot for coffee or tea. The complementary breakfast was great. The usual Italian offerings.

Yelp
Stayed three days. Very well located. Room was very comfortable although it was on the top floor with tiny steps. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was hearty enough and great coffee. Terrific restaurants nearby. Some steps between the hotel and the vaporetto but not too bad. Of course, got lost everytime! Air conditioned and free wifi.
