Overall experience was very bad because of the cold room (in December), low water pressure in the shower, and terribly cold food (which was supposed to be warm - especially important in winter months with outside temperature in the evening close to 0 degrees).

In May 2022, we stayed for two nights at La Locanda Di Cadi’, which was an excellent base for exploring the nearby medieval towns of Petralia Soprano, Gangi, and Sperlinga. It was a wonderful experience! We will treasure it forever, and we very highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique travel experience in Sicily. The room was charming, but what was really special were the meals prepared by the delightful Diego and hosted by the lovely Patrizia. We did the full 7-course meal, which was one of the most delicious and unique dining experiences we had on our 2-week trip through Sicily. Everything they prepare is made from local, fresh ingredients. Each serving was inspired by traditional Sicilian recipes with a contemporary flair. Although we were absolutely stuffed after the first night, we immediately and enthusiastically resolved to have the full experience again our second night, where we were treated to seven new and tasty dishes. Because it’s a small establishment, the dining experience is very intimate. Diego and Patrizia happily explained each dish (Diego also speaks English and Patrizia French), and the method of preparation, which we found fascinating. We also enjoyed our very tasty breakfasts on the patio. Our advice is to stay at least two nights and to say ‘yes’ to anything they want to cook for you!!

A true delight to get out of the tourist stream and be in the very quiet Madonie area. And even better to be looked after by these B&B owners Diego and Patrizia. Accommodations are comfortable. Breakfast very good and there is an optional, really fantastic 7 course dinner. Only regret is we did not have more time to stay. Recommend that you seek out Labyrinth by Arianna, an excellent outdoor installation, that is not too far.

Was pure case to came here but what a excellent case .... Great ospitality, fantastic owners (interesting people with own history and own view regarding Locanda), food was just simply excellent. Pure taste, freshest products. The wine ..... local red wine was the best (and cheese, and caponata with chocolate and everything)). We managed to eat real home kitchen with respect for local products and traditions. We will not forget and would like to be back and stay not only 1 night and dinner .. maybe few days to rest and expolore more surroundings.

An astonishing and utterly unique spot nestled in the hills above the Madonie. Comfortable, funky and clean rooms, friendly cats and staff, and food of the highest calibre. Diego's skill and imagination in the kitchen is a joy to witness, our meal was a whirlwind tour of Sicilian flavours and textures in wonderful surroundings. An amazing place worth the trip to Sicily on it's own.

Friendly and nice welcoming at arrival.||Nice and clean room, however no air conditioning, only ventilation.|The bathroom was very small, when you are on the toilet your feet are in the shower. |The room has 2 doors to the other rooms which are locked but you could hear everything from the other rooms.|The room should contain more comfort and a better finish for the price you pay.||The breakfast is very very basic. Only bread, selfmade marmelade, butter and an egg. For extra bread/cheese you have to ask.||The dinner is ok. It would be nice to know the prices in advance. The meat we ate was chewy. All the food is natural and fresh, not fabricated. The hostess keeps on repeating this on and on. This became a little bit too much for us. ||The day before we left, they went on vacation themselves and we had to pay everything already. They were in a hurry and totally stressed out, which made us nervous too. Their friends (who could only speak italian) then served us for the last evening. This was a bit strange for us.||We had high expectations following the reviews and the price for one night. These expectations were not fulfilled and we were not able to completely relax during our stay.||For one night it can be a good location but not for a longer period.||PS: if you don't like cats you should definetely not come here because during the meal there are +-9 cats begging for your food. ||

This place was a little gem. We'd had a lot of trouble with restaurants being closed in low season but we turned up with no warning and, though we were the only ones, they took us in straight away. We sat on quaint little tables in a small square and they brought delicious food: deep-fried elderflowers, freshly made arancini, omelette with mint leaves and pasta with rose leaves and prosciutto. It was all made with whatever they had in the garden/kitchen at the time so was beautifully fresh. I'd thoroughly recommend. If you're not a fans of cats though...be prepared.

I'm very spoiled when it comes to travel and this place met all my expectations. Away from the crowds, beautiful modern rooms and surroundings and the couple who own the place are amazing hosts. The food deserves a Michelin star. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place a must when visiting Sicily.
