Locavore To Go

A fantastic boutique butcher and restaurant. The Ruben was above average, nothing to write home about. Loaded fries, the same. The oil was not hot enough so the fries were a little oily/soggy. The pickled vegetables were too sweet for my palate, and what I'd expect however still enjoyable. The meat from the butcher was really good. The sausages were phenomenal 👌 Super friendly staff, great with kids. Only a few steps to get inside. Small, intimate dining area. Definitely worth a visit, the burgers looked awesome, I think that is what you should order. If you're a smoker, there is a couple of tables outside.

Locavore To Go has become one of my favourite places to eat in Ubud. We enjoyed our meals so much we ordered another burger to try even though we were full up! The burgers are so tasty and leave you wanting more. Evidently, the produce used is good quality and from what I’ve read online, also locally sourced ingredients. The staff are super lovely and hospitable. The restaurant itself is quite cool and fun. We’re in ubud for a few more days and I’d definitely try and return before we leave.

My partner went for the smash burger and said it was unbelievable. I ordered the La Ray, and honestly, it was one of the juiciest and most delicious burgers I’ve ever had. We got there around 9 pm, and just a heads up the last order is at 9:30.

We usually come here for their fresh cut meats and other stuff, but never really tried the food until one day we decided to give their burgers a go. And wow, they were actually really good! We really enjoyed them. I had the crab burger, which was super interesting.. not my ultimate favorite, but still tasty. Overall, a great experience!

Great restaurant for a quick lunch. The burgers are really good, and they also have steaks. There are a couple of vegan options that look really good, like the falafel sandwich and a vegan burger with tempeh. Drinks are also good. Located in the center of Ubud.

I would give this place 6/5 stars if I could. Their fried chicken and their pulled pork sandwiches made me dance in my seat! The loaded fries were almost an amazing side to compliment our sandwiches 😋 It is on the pricey side though.

INCREDIBLE food in Ubud even if it’s on the more pricey end for the area. They have a butcher next door so the meat is extremely fresh and the kitchen is very clean. The burger and Reuben sandwich is amazing and would recommend them both. Also if you are gluten free they have great options and are extremely accommodating.

The atmosphere is unusual for a burger place, we liked it. We ordered a burger, French fries, salad. They brought the wrong salad. They changed it to another one, I didn't like it, some kind of parody of salad. Medium quality burger. French fries were overdried, not tasty. There is a shop in the place, they sell meat.
