We booked as a venue for our daughter’s 21st Birthday Party. As locals to Inverness, we wouldn’t consider anywhere else! Arran made everything so perfect, even offering to supply a balloon display, birthday cake, dj, lighting etc. The food provided was delicious and all our guests dietary requirements were catered for. The venue offers superb comfort for all and the perfect dance floor for a celebration!

Had booked afternoon tea for my wife's birthday and we were accompanied by our daughter and her family. We requested and were given a small private lounge as we had a four year old and a newborn baby with us.||What a great experience. The food was excellent and staff were so attentive.||I had also booked an overnight stay for my wife and I. Sadly, we were called the day before to tell us that due to staffing issues they were closing the hotel that evening and offered a full refund. They then called back and kindly offered us to stay the night at Cottage No.1. with their compliments. The Cottage was stunning and had everything we could need.||Thank you to all the staff.||We look forward to returning to this lovely friendly hotel soon.||Highly recommended.

We had our wedding here in November and it was simply magical! We booked 12 months in advance so my dealings were mostly with Chloe, who was so relaxed about everything it put us at ease, nothing seemed too much trouble for her. Once the weekend came around it Daniel who was the absolute star of the weekend - just wow!! We hired the whole venue for the weekend and he was literally everywhere all weekend, ensuing everything was running smoothly and making us feel like a King and Queen. Graham was also our MC and he, like Daniel, was on hand to support the smooth running of our weekend. I don't think our weekend would have been as amazing as it was if it wasn't for them, they are a fantastic and extremely hard working team. As for the food, well, simply exceptional! We had so many compliments about the quality of the food. I really can't thank Chloe, Daniel, Graham and the rest of the small but mighty team at The Loch Ness Country House Hotel for making our wedding dream come true. We truly had the most magical weekend. My only regret is that we can't do it all again next year!

The perfect location for anyone looking for a cozy, intimate place to stay in Inverness. A bit off the main track of town, but fairly easy to get where you want to go, especially if you're looking to explore the Loch or any the surrounding areas. It's no wonder this is known as a wedding destination- the staff is incredible, and service is top-notch, with in-house bar and dining options to make it extra special.

We came to the Loch Ness country house for our wedding anniversary Festive meal. We got married here, and we always enjoy coming back to great hospitality |We had the 3 course festive menu, and the food was exceptional and service very attentive. |Would highly recommend it, and we will be back in the new year.

Stayed here for a wedding last weekend and I wouldn’t recommend it and it wasn’t worth the money we paid for one night. I stayed in one of the cottages with my husband and in-laws. There were no working lights in the bedroom we were staying in, so we had to use the small lamp whilst trying to get ready. There was only one sink which was in the bathroom. The tap wasn’t secure so every time you tried to turn the tap on the entire tap/pipes came out the sink. Only two mugs for a four person cottage. There was no storage/places to hang your coats/luggage in the rooms. The only plugs to use were beside the bed so trying to get ready at the desk at the other side of the room didn’t really work. The shower had two settings - freezing cold or scalding hot. Breakfast was provided the next morning which was below sub-par. Coffee tasted like it had been sitting since the night before, breakfast was meh. Disappointed.

We were attending a wedding with our two dogs and stayed for three nights. The service throughout was excellent, staff were always helpful and with a smile. The room was a junior suite and perfect for us and our dogs, suffient storage and with an excellent shower. The gardens were very well kept and interesting being a mixture of trees, plant and lawn. The hotel itself was extremely well maintained with the function room being ideal for the wedding, especially as it had it's own bar. With regard to location it is a very short distance to Loch Ness and Inverness, great for exploring the north of Scotland. Would we stay at the hotel again, absolutely.

First class Hogmanay 4 course meal and ceilidh. Food was delicious including the stovies at the bells. Hopefully it will also happen again this year 2025. Thank you to the management and staff as the three of us had a great night. Would fully recommend.
