Wonderful experience! The salesladies (speaking excellent English) were very friendly, polite, professional and attentive, helping me to choose exactly what I wanted from the immense (possibly endless!) variety of gorgeous scarves. I hope to return and buy something else when I am in Vienna.

I have been a Loden-Plankl customer for years stopping in every time I found myself passing through Vienna. I finally became a "regular" for a couple of years when I lived in Vienna. Now that I don't, I still stop in whenever in town and always pick up something. Their clothing is truly amazing and is of heirloom quality. A Loden overcoat I bought years ago looks like I just walked out of the shop with it today! I always enjoy visiting with the proprietor and get an education from him with every visit. A true pleasure. Please be sure to contact them if you're looking for the real deal!

Visiting from the USA. This shop is as described in the reviews. Like a fairy tale... it sure was. I have never seen something so amazing as this shop. Cloths were of the best quality and unique. I plan to come back and buy a full wardrobe in the future. I bought my mom an amazing scarf and while I was at it I got myself one too ha. Great service and an amazing experience!!

The shop lady was wonderful. The selection is wide and varied and I found just the scarf I wanted. She then completed all of the paperwork for me to get the VAT returned !

If you want fine clothing not found in department stores then go here. I only visited the area in the store with the scarfs as this is the only thing I was looking for and wow! Lots of unique designs of different scarfs for both men and women. You can find cashmere, wool and silk. The patterns are one of a kind and material is really soft. The scarfs are expensive but in my opinion they are really good quality. The two ladies were very nice and helpful and spoke English as well as other languages.

Shopped again at Loden Plankl while visiting from the USA. It was, as previously, an absolute delight. Beautiful Austrian clothing at very reasonable prices. Service is Exceptional. Ask for Joan Zimmerman- She is Terrific!!
