Löderups Strandbad

We stayed 2 nights in cabin. We came late in the evening and found out one of the bed’s feet were broken. We needed to fix it in the middle of the night. Got stiched on my finger while repairing the bed. We could not fix, so we slept first night in sofa bed. ||Next day I went to reception for checkin and telling about broken bed. They said they will fix it and they did later during day. But they did not anyway try to compensate the poor experience even the price of 1 night is quite high for such level cabin. Noticed also that they charged extra amount for bed linens.||I understand location and all but this made me feel like cashing me out as much they can.||Overall location is superb and with shaping this could be perfect.

2nd visit here. Still a good choice. Rooms on 2nd floor don’t have private bathroom but are quite large and functional, all with direct or partly sea view. 5 min walk to the Skåneleden hiking path and Kåsebergaåsen with fantastic views. Unfortunately breakfast was less cared for (less choice and lower quality) compared to our 1st visit in 2021. Very welcoming owner and staff.

I ordered the hotel few weeks ago and I hoped for a nice long weekend in Löderups strandbad, close to Ystad. Even that weather was not on our side (as you can see from the picture), we got great view from our cosy room to harsh weather outside as well great place to come back after long walk when weather improved. The breakfast was very good and sitting in restoran's conservatory gave us chance to dream of upcoming summer and maybe chance to come back.

Got a 1st floor room with great sea view and balcony. No luxury but comfortable. Cleaning a bit casual. Sharing toilet and bath with the other guests was not a problem but the door keys to those rooms were old and not super functional. Good breakfast with wide choice served in the attractive and spacey restaurant with sea and garden views. Friendly reception. ||||In weekends from June to Sept you should expect some noise until midnight from nearby music bar/restaurant Strandkompaniet. You may also go and join them, they are nice people.||||5 min walk to the sea from where you can walk along the beach to Kåseberga (4-5 km) with restaurants and Ales Stenar. Go back on top of the hills with fantastic sea views.

We have been here several times and it's a lovely part of Sweden. You do need transport to visit places especially if the weather lets you down. Basic but comfortable house. No double beds and simple kitchen

Beautiful location. The hotel is situated on top of a hill with a great view over the Baltic sea. I was there at the barbecue evening during the high season. Chose the self service grill buffet so I had to que in line for the food for a quite a while. But it was worth it as the food from the buffet was exquisite. Stayed in the apartment and the interior was a bit austere and dated. One can expect more from the price I paid. Maybe the hotel rooms are nicer. Anyhow, it's one of a kind of place which should not be missed for the great food and the beautiful scenery.

The camping cabins are well equipped and generous, the restaurant offers a delightful ocean view as well as good food and last but not least - the service is absolutely fabulous. Fredrik went out of his way to make our stay better than average (like organising breakfast - thank you!).

The smorgasbord here is based on Swedish taste, quite rich in carbohidrates and fish.||The choices are limited when compared with other places I have visited but it was adequate.||Do not understand why this system wants me to rate a hotel when I am reviewing a restaurant
