This place was disgusting! Nothing like the photos, dirty and smelly, chewed gum in the tea/sugar, electric wires from bed light taped up, stained pillows, light switches don’t work, broken air con, dirty smudges on mirror, dirty chipped walls sticky floors, and the security gates to the complex were broken. We were also kept awake by a cricket in the kitchen felt like we were camping in a swamp!

Worst Stay Ever – Absolute Dump of an Apartment Hotel If negative stars were possible, this place would get them. It doesn’t even deserve one. Hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Our balcony was under renovation and completely blocked off with hazard tape—completely unusable and clearly a safety violation. The air conditioning unit was rusted to bits and made so much noise that we couldn’t use it past day two. Absolutely disgraceful. There was no designated parking for the unit, even though the booking email clearly stated free parking was included. When we called the after-hours number again, the response was simply, “You can park in the visitor parking area.” Completely unacceptable and misleading. We were placed in a unit where all the other apartments on the floor appeared to be privately owned and used for loud parties every night. Despite the hotel’s own signage stating quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am, the noise was relentless. We called the “after-hours emergency” number—completely useless. Things got so bad we had to call the police to file a noise complaint. That’s how out of control it was. And just when we thought it couldn’t get worse—on the third morning, all the switches on the circuit board started flickering, and then we lost power completely. No electricity. We called again and were told they couldn’t do anything because it was a public holiday. Truly unbelievable. We had no choice but to cut our stay short and leave early because staying there was no longer possible. Rubbish experience from start to finish. Unsafe, noisy, misleading, and poorly managed. This place is an absolute disgrace—avoid at all costs.

I wouldn't waste my money coming here again. Wasn't told that we have to pay a $200 bond until we get the keys. All ready paid $1300 for the stay and not once in the booking did it mention a bond. no guest WIFI Not to mention, went to go to enjoy a hot shower to see poo smeared on the shower wall. And when I told them about it. They made me feel likely I did it, all because they never had this happen before. And no apologies or being a extra good hosts.

If i could give it a 0 i would. Place is absolutely FILTHY. I'm travelling with a young child and his feet turned BLACK with dirt and grime just minutes after being in the floor. I stayed here 8+ years ago and it was fabulous. now it is disgusting. place is outdated, scratches and damage to the walls and doors. The floor is legitimately sticky. Not happy AT ALL. Great location but what does that matter when I cant even put my child on the floor to play. Disappointing to say the least.

PUBLIC NOTICE . READ THESE REVIEWS AND DO NOT SUPPORT LAZY MANAGEMENT .Very ordinary block of apartments. NO RECEPTION SERVICE except for 2 to 3 hours daily if youre lucky . Air B&B self help only . This old style property has NO maintenance checks . Shower pathetic, bulbs are blown in bedroom , no mini milks in fridge and TV remote held together with sticky tape . Just VERY ANNOYING .REMEMBER DO NOT STAY ON LEVEL 3 unless you like heaving luggage up the stairs as their is NO LIFT . Overall if they cant be bothered replacing the old shower head ,bulbs and TV Remote dont bother to support this property. 2 stars .

Nice enough room and facilities in a great location. Close to shops(a 24 hr supermarket) and ferry to Perth. Reasonable value for money if the room was clean. The floor in living area and bedroom is filthy, made the bottom of my feet turn black wear your shoes inside to keep your feet clean. Tried to get hold of Lodestar to get a cleaner in but they do not answer phone or get back to you. Disappointing.

Apartment complex is filthy. Room was filthy. Mattress were terrible, however the bed looked freshly made, this is why they got a 2 score instead of a one. You cannot relax in rooms like this, extremely disappointing after a big day of travel. I won’t be back!

I am very disappointed with this apartment. The photos online are completely misleading – the apartment is old and dated, with torn curtains, a shaky stand fan, a rusty kettle, not working stove and a sticky floor. Everything feels dirty and neglected, which made my stay uncomfortable. It’s definitely not worth the money I paid (IT IS NOT CHEAP!), and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay. Extremely disappointing experience!
