I just have to take a moment to rave about the incredible service I received from Kat at the Hamptons LOEWE boutique ✨🤍 I’m traveling next Tuesday and was on the hunt for an Anagram Basket Bag to style with my outfits. Since I live in a different state with no LOEWE store nearby, I reached out to several locations that weren’t able to fulfill my request — until I called this store and connected with Kat. We spoke yesterday, and my bag was at my doorstep before noon today. 🥹 That’s what I call exceptional service. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire process effortless. Kat, you are truly outstanding — thank you for turning what could have been a stressful situation into such a smooth and elevated experience. You’re truly one of the best SAs I’ve ever come across 💕✨ One more time thank you for going above and beyond 🫶🏻

This store is unfortunately racist. Walked in with my three sisters. We’re obviously middle eastern. There were approximately three employees at the time. I asked the price of sunglasses I was trying on. The employee wouldn’t even look up from her phone to tell me the price. Very disappointing and I will shop online instead!
