LOEWE St. Tropez

One of my best experiences in any of the stores in Saint-Tropez. We went in a few days ago and was instantly greated by a wonderful young lady who was there for the day from Zurich, she was setting up the new display of all the new collection. An absolute pleasure to deal with her, if only Louise Vuitton could have staff like this as the week before I walked out of their store due to rude staff. We bought a beautiful new belt and a bag which were both shown to us in detail. We will definitely be back to this store due to the overall experience and how kind the staff are. Please make sure the girl who helped us gets gratification for her efforts.

I’ve never felt so comfortable shopping in a designer store before. The staff was so lovely and helpful. I ended up buying a gorgeous bag from them that I can’t wait to wear. Erwan was beyond helpful the day I came in to try bags on. He understood that I couldn’t make a decision immediately and I went back the next day. I’ve never made such a large purchase like this without a discount before having worked in luxury retail but it was so worth it! Highly recommend stopping in during your shopping ventures in St. Tropez!

Excellence service. Loewe has 2 years warranty on their shoes. I bought an absolutely beautiful pair of shoes at Loewe St Tropez. The service was excellent. Unfortunately there was a fault on the shoe. The store got a new pair from Paris, and changed the shoes with a smile. Absolutely excellent service! I will certainly shop here again, both for the couture and because of the service.
