LOFT

Staff is useless. I asked them to hole onto items for me so I could run back to the fitting room. The sales associate put all of my items back. Horrible experience. Never again.

I took my dog shopping there and we were both welcomed by everyone who works there. They couldn't have been more attentive during our shopping. I then had a very complicated gift card situation, and they all were EXTREMELY patient, friendly, and helpful in figuring out the transaction. I'm so pleased with everyone I met at this store!!!

Took my mom here for a return and a couple items and the staff was phenomenal and super helpful! This will be her primary LOFT location moving forward! 😄

The store itself is beautiful but some price-down corners are packed with full of clothes and so hard to find your size and take out what you want to try on. Not enough stocks. The petite area has too small selection. If you want to see petite, go online.

Really nice sales people. Lots of good sales if you go at the right time. One of the only places I shop for clothes.

I shop there when there is a sale as their cloths are very pricy for my budget. But I love their clothing style .

Really disappointing experience today (Jul 14 2020) at this LOFT. After gathering clothes to try on I went to the dressing room only to see signs that it was closed due to Covid. I had just been to Gap and Banana at the same mall, both of which had their changing rooms open. The store associate was downright rude, abrasive and unapologetic about this closure just repeating over and over that it was for the safety of customers. No "I'm sorry it's an inconvenience" etc. The customer service at this location is patchy at the best of times but really was off-putting today. Management needs to do some serious CS training with the staff at this location. Really made me not want to come here again and just shop online. Thumbs down.

I really enjoy coming to this area of edgewater, especially because ulta, loft and Anthropologie are all within walking distance of each other! But I don't know what it is about this loft.. no one greets me when I walk in and I know this sounds petty but today I walked in, TWO sales associates LOOK at me and walk the other way. I travel for work a lot and I spend an insane amount of money at loft... $1000 in the last month alone. But it must be because I am in my errands running attire that these woman think I won't be spending a dime in their store. Alba, IS THEIR SAVING GRACE... a sales associate, who I've recognized from the past is the only reason I come back to this shitty location. She's always sweet and always starts a fitting room for me. Desk assoc # 428892 or associate # 390333, the older woman with glasses who rang me up is THE WORST. she is one of the two that looked at me and walked in the opposite direction. Good luck keeping this location open with associates like above...

The girls in Edgewater are always so patient & understanding. I was looking for a polka dot dress I saw on the website but unfortunately they didn't have it at this location. Nataly wanted me to take advantage of the sale they had that day of 40%. The dress was hard to find through her database but she put a special order for when it was found, it would get it shipped to my house. The best part was I was not charged until the dress was going to be shipped & Nataly still made sure I received the sale price. My only wish was this location had as many options as Garden State Mall, because the girls at GSM are always rude!! I prefer the employees in Edgewater any day!

No matter when you go, expect to wait in line at least 10-15 minutes. There is never enough staff to help the customers. Store is usually neat and well stocked.

Great selection, great sales. This location is always neat, well organized, and easy to shop. The staff is pleasant to deal with.
