Staff are really knowledgeable and are patient. Selection of clothes and brands is really solid. Picked up a great paid of OrSlow bakers pants after the store clerk helped me try in about 6 different styles of jeans/fatigues.

A store with extremly great selections of clothes and very kind service. We bought multiple things we liked all of them except one. The staff was kind enough to accept the return. Highly reccomend.

As a black shopper they followed me and my entire family around the store the whole time we were there. My mom bought one shirt but they literally separated and followed me, my sister and my father all through the store wherever we went. Not offering help only watching us as we looked at various items. Before you say I’m just imaging or assuming this I assure you after it happens to you dozens of times in a new country or in the US (where we are from) you begin to recognize it quickly. This store deserves no one’s business especially considering you can buy these products at others stores. I’ll be contacting corporate to notify them of their staffs behaviors but this was infuriating to experience. I hope the workers in the store see how messed up this is but I have experienced this in Japan more than one time. It seems to go deeper than just this one store but highlights a problem of racism and prejudice in the culture specifically targeting black people. FIND ANOTHER STORE.

Sales person is extremely good at standing, unfortunately not that good at selling though. Person was unhelpful and when asked didn’t even bother to show any products. Not sure what their purpose in the store is. Interaction even felt a little rude and not just due to language barrier.

My daughter left her little stuffed animal at the shop last night and was very upset. I went to the shop the next morning hoping to find it knowing the chance was small. The staff recognised us right away (tho I bought nothing) and gave the toy back to her. It was a heart warming experience and I want to thank this very nice gentleman for helping us.

Great product sold here and staff was generally nice, but I did try to get sizing help and a guy waved his hand and shook his head at me. Ended up buying the pants from another store nearby.

It was a really good shopping experience in here. Polite and nice staff with a great service!
