We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was divine and all the wine pairings which they selected worked beautifully with the food. The pool was a welcome addition in the 38 degree heat! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our second stay at this lovely hotel with our dog Blue. The rooms are great - direct garden access for Blue which works really well for us. Beds are really comfortable and we love the cotten bed linens. We love the location and there are some great dog walks from the door. The food in the restaurant is great and the staff and service are both warm and friendly. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Wow, what a gem. 20 min scenic drive from Carcassonne brings you to the small village but great logis. A warm welcome and fabulous room with patio and pool to cool off on hot days. In house restaurant with local menu tops off a destination not to miss

A perfect place to visit Carcassonne. Out of city but just twenty easy minute drive to get to the old walled city. Beautiful views from hotel. Lovely varied walking opportunities right from hotel. Bed was comfortable, nice view from sparkling clean room. Food was wonderful. I told Julien that I had been in France 9 days ( Toulouse, Garvanie, Banyuls sur mer) and at the end of the meal, I thought to myself “Finally, I am in France!” Every course was wonderful and finally I was served good wines.

We stayed at Le Bergerie for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It is set in the lovely old, sleepy village of Aragon and it was good to be close to Carcassone, yet in a peaceful rural location. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a lovely bath and a large bed. We had a very pleasant private terrace with a beautiful view of the valley. Our hosts were so nice and looked after us extremely well- be sure to eat there, Julien’s cooking is fantastic.
