Logis Hôtel le Lascaux

This was a charming hotel. The owner is so kind and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was very reasonable and delicious. A very gracious hostess. Beautifully relaxing setting. Easy walk to Lascaux and into town. If I come to this area of France again I would stay here. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing hotel! We got a great deal by booking direct via their website. Lydie has not just great English language skills but a fantastic sense of humour- helping encourage us with our French speaking and generally being lots of fun.||The setting is lovely with a spacious garden, terrace and off street parking. ||After a walk around the town, we decided to eat in the restaurant and are so glad we did. They offer regional specialties and this vegetarian was very happy too. ||I’d highly recommend and would love to go back. My only criticism is that this lovely old building could do with some attention to the decor but as I live in an old house myself- I realise how hard that is and how long it takes !

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. We arrived on our bicycles in the pouring rain and were greeted by Liddie with a mix of good humor and quick help. We went on to a fabulous dinner and great night’s sleep in our most comfortable suite of our 7 day bike tour. Highly recommend for a great stay. Merci and bonne humeur!

This is a very comfortable and well located inn. We enjoyed our stay. More importantly, the proprietors went out of their way to help us when I was sick. They drove us to a pharmacy with a teledoc and picked us up (we only had bicycles to get around). They saved our vacation going beyond the role of “must” excellent innkeeper. They are angels.

We loved this hotel. The owner was so friendly and welcoming, even taking our bikes into the storage area herself after showing us to our room. The room is comfortable and clean, the hotel is a short walk to plenty of restaurants, and the breakfast the next day was extremely impressive, with a plentiful spread of options awaiting us. To the owner, thank you for giving two tired cyclists such a warm and lovely welcome and a wonderful experience at your hotel! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The Restaurant reopened in 2023 and is from april 2024 accessible even without an overnight stay in the hotel. Our stopover on the way from switzerland to the atltantic coast couldn‘t have been better. We‘ll be back.

Stayed one night after visiting the caves. Staff was wonderful, room was lovely and clean, and the whole experience was really nice.

Very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Staircase to the rooms and no elevator so not accessible.
