Rooms get aged, but is a small flat with all you need. Beds and equipment was ok. Not that dirty like other reviews point out.
Location is perfect. Just few blocks from everything, when staying in the Center of Buenos Aires.
Breakfast was ok, but nothing to get crazy about.

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel booked by our local travel agent and we must have been given the worst possible room (313) overlooking an inner courtyard with no blind curtains and 2 single beds which were sagging. Likely built in the 80s with no maintenance whatsoever. Since we had an early flight the following day, we had to forfeit the breakfast which was included in the rate so I asked if I could get 2 complimentary bottles of water instead. The receptionnist denied my request! The only good thing about this place is the location which is off a main avenue, otherwise the worst hotel we stayed at in Argentina.

I stayed here 5 nights during a tour of Argentina, it is very well situated in the centre a few minutes walk away from Florida, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, i really enjoyed my stay and when in Buenos Airies again wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

It's just like a hostel. The rooms are spacious but really needs to be redone. The passages are so narrow and the lifts are tiny. Breakfast is sad. The location is great. Plenty of restaurants around. Moving around the city is a breeze from here.

I would not recommend this hotel. We were there for three nights, there were three of us but we only got two single beds and my daughter had to sleep on the couch, the pictures that are shown Are much nicer and did not reflect what we stayed in, we were on the fifth floor, the breakfast was OK, If I had a choice, I would not choose this place

There were 4 of us traveling and we decided to stay here as it has two bedrooms and a kitchen. We arrived late and yet our room was still available. The elevator was kind of small so we had to make two trips. The room was simple with a living room, kitchenette and one bathroom. I found the living room quite spacious. Bedrooms were fine (we got 4 single beds) and had a closet to store clothes. I liked the location as it’s walking distance to many places. You also leave your key when you go out which is nice. I don’t have to worry about losing it. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but had everything I needed and I was able to grab a piece of fruit for later.

Buenos Aires is a very big city- you can get lost. Our hotel gave us maps and the doormen were easy to talk to. Staff spoke English and answered all our questions regarding transportation. Staff is exceptionally helpful! Our room was amazing- it had a fridge and full kitchen with plates, cookware and utensils. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was in a great location, very walkable, close to subway and train.

We stayed here for 2 nights for our first holiday in Buenos Aires. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room however was dated and there was mold in the bathroom. Note that the pictures on Google are accurate, however very well photographed. Our carpet didn't seemed to have been cleaned as we arrived.
