An exceptionally interesting culinary journey, though not without its ups and downs. The roe deer tartare was unfortunately a disappointment - mostly due to the meat, which was quite bland. It lacked flavor and character; in a tartare, the meat should be the star of the show, but that wasn't the case here. The zeppelins, on the other hand, were delicious - expertly prepared with high-quality meat. It was hard to find any fault there. We also ordered the beaver stew - quite an interesting dish. It didn't necessarily blow us away, but the stew itself was tasty. The mushroom soup was also a highlight: very creamy and slightly spicy. Ultimately, we expected a bit more from the game meat given the prices, so I have to deduct some points for the food rating. However, the service and the other dishes were very good, so I can give a solid 7.5/10 with a clear conscience.
