Where to Eat, Stay, and Ski in Park City, Utah’s Wintry Crown Jewel | Vogue

"Billing itself as an artisan street food purveyor, this is where you go for a flavorful, filling meal. After a shin-busting day on the slopes, reward yourself with a tri tip steak sandwich, or an order of Baja fish tacos. If you’re wanting to fuel up on protein, try their power bowl packed with nutrients like quinoa, grilled asparagus, avocado, and organic greens." - Nicole Kliest

If you haven’t been to Lola’s Street Kitchen yet, you’re missing one of the best food experiences in the area. This place nails it every single time. I’ve been coming here for years, and the food is always consistently good—no off days, no “maybe it’ll be better next time.” It’s just solid, delicious cooking every visit. My go-to, without question, is the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. Hands down, it’s my absolute favorite. The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. The buttermilk batter has this perfect balance—light enough to let the flavor shine but with enough crunch to make every bite satisfying. Add their fresh toppings and sauces, and you’ve got a sandwich that’s pure comfort food with a gourmet twist. But Lola’s isn’t just about one great dish. Their menu has a creative variety, and everything tastes fresh, like it was made with care, not just cranked out of a kitchen. The atmosphere has that welcoming, small-town charm, and the staff always make you feel like you’re right at home. Whether you’re a local looking for your next regular spot or visiting and want a “must-try” recommendation, Lola’s Street Kitchen should be at the top of your list. Trust me—once you go, you’ll be hooked.

Lola’s Kitchen in Midway is one of those rare spots that keeps you coming back year after year. I’ve been twice in the last two years, and I already know I’ll be back again next year. Every visit reminds me why this place is so loved. Sure, the line might look long, but don’t worry, it moves quickly and gives you the perfect amount of time to study the menu (trust me, you’ll want that time). People always rave about the nuggets, and they’re right, they’re good, but don’t sell yourself short, because everything here is fantastic. This time around, I had the pastrami sandwich and my wife went with the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich topped with the Carolina Reaper aioli (don’t be scared off by the name, it’s about as spicy as a medium buffalo sauce). Both were incredible. And before you go — get the cowboy cookie. I never remember exactly what’s in it, but I never forget how good it is.

Google
10/10 experience! I ordered the grilled steak salad and it was amazing. Generous portions of steak. We also tried the sweet potato fries and garlic Parmesan fries, and both were sooo good. The atmosphere was charming and cozy. Best for smaller parties. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Google
We have been here twice! Super fun summer restaurant with great food! I’ve had the Blue Moon Burger and the Fried Chicken Sandwich, both are fantastic. The pesto steak melt is also great! Also a big fan of the garlic fries. The outdoor eating area is fun, but can be hard to find a table sometimes. We love to come here!

Sheila M.

Google
The food here is sooo goood. I got my husband excited to try it lol. He’s only tried it once and says it’s his number one favorite burger spot now! I recommend the chicken sandwich with lemon aioli

Mary L.

Google
We came here for dinner and it was so yummy! I got the pesto steak melt and it was divine!! They used their homemade sourdough and the sauce they use is so good!! The service was quick, the outdoor seating is such a vibe, and the food was 10/10. Highly recommend!!

Google
We drove into Midway after a mountain bike ride looking for the perfect spot to top off a beautiful day—and Lola’s did not disappoint! Ordering at the window was easy, with helpful and friendly service. I had the French Steak Salad, and it was absolutely to die for. The steak was tender, the ingredients fresh, and the dressing plentiful. I’ll be dreaming about that salad! My husband ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich with lemon aioli and all the fixings. He loved it—the breading was flavorful without being greasy, and the chicken was moist and delicious. We shared the Parm fries and left feeling completely satisfied (and very full). Lola’s is officially our go-to place in Midway, UT.

Google
This is the best local place to eat at! I love coming here often and trying everything from the menu, you can't make a wrong choice. The atmosphere is so fun and you can eat outside and inside. Parking is on the side of the street or in the public parking really close by.

Yelp
A great lunch/dinner spot if you're in the area! They have a good variety on their menu that offers alternatives for protein. Since it was my first time here, the staff was super helpful in offering recommendations based on my preferences. I got a Power Bowl with grilled steak and a side of French fries. Both were delicious! They have plenty of seating options, including tables and bar seating. When I was here, there was a good flow of people dining in and taking out. They were also playing live music, which was fun!
google avatar

Yelp
Saturday lunchtime- there was a long line to order, and after ordering they gave a 20 min wait time before food would be ready Plenty of outdoor seating, and there is a little bit of indoor seating. All of the food we got was good! Sweet French Steak Salad Power Bowl with Steak Kid's Meal- Nixon's Steak & Mac Tres Leches Cake: my wife and I liked this, but our school aged kids strangely didn't like it
google avatar

Anna H.

Yelp
The atmosphere at Lola's is charming and inviting. We ordered up at the counter outside and we got our food within 10 minutes of sitting down. We were a little disappointed with our food, sadly. My husband and I both felt our burgers were bland, as well as the sweet potato fries (no salt). There was one small slice of tomato on his burger and 2 on mine. I had avocado added to mine and it was a very small smear of it rather than a layer of avo slices like I was anticipating. The garlic Parmesan fries had good flavor, but the texture was on the mushy side. We had high hopes because of how cute and charming Lola's is, but I don't think we will return anytime soon.
google avatar

Isaac R.

Yelp
Everything on the menu is good you really can't go wrong with anything you order. Even the grilled cheese. Definitely one of the best spots in Midway, and a place I'll keep coming back to!
google avatar

Sam A.

Yelp
Locals recommended to us for lunch. 3.5 stars. Small place with good food. Fast service. Limited street parking. Inside and patio dinning. No fountain drinks, all bottles or cans. Small bathrooms. Fries undercooked and too much seasoning. Chicken and Steak spot on.
google avatar

Yelp
Lola's Street Kitchen is a cute little diner-type spot, and from what I can tell, it's definitely a local favorite. We were there for lunch. The interior is pretty small - seating was limited and nothing fancy, but it's what we expected going in (we read reviews first of course). The vibe is somewhere between fast food and a sit-down service place. You order at the counter and then pick up your food when it's ready. The food? Really good. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Next time, we'll definitely try to get a seat outside to enjoy the fresh air and mountains! The atmosphere is laid-back, with friendly staff, and even though seating is a little tight indoors, it has a good vibe. If you're in Midway or just passing through on your way to Park City, youve gotta stop at Lola's! We loved the experience and would absolutely go back to try more of the menu!
google avatar

Yelp
This is our "go to" after a hike in the state park or time at Solider Hallow. The food is always so good which is why you'll always find a crowd at Lola's. Depending on the time of year or the time of day, there is an outdoor park where you can enjoy the weather and bring your well behaved 4-legged family. Or sit inside if you want to avoid the weather.
google avatar

Katlyn M.

Yelp
We drive from downtown slc just to eat here it's one of our new faves. We both love the steak pesto melt but their fries and fry sauce are some of the best around. Also great prices! It's order at the window type place and the staff is super nice. Cookies are 10/10 as well. Cute outdoor seating with heaters and plants
google avatar

Kim C.

Yelp
this place is a delicious, casual, outdoor, order at the window place. the food was spectacular. i got the mango chicken salad- the mango was so sweet snd ripe and paired so well with the fried chicken nuggets. i stole some fries off of rhe other plates from the table and they were delicious!
google avatar

Rachel C.

Yelp
Loved our food! Really good sandwiches and fries. Service was great. Cutest little place on Main St. We will definitely go back!!
google avatar

Rachel W.

Yelp
Lola's is the cutest place to eat in Midway, UT. The decor, cleanliness, and service added to the fantastic food. (And they have heaters for outdoor seating). I got the daily special-chile relleno burrito, side salad with Gorgonzola dressing. It was one of the best things I've eaten while traveling in the area this week. I would 100% recommend everyone eat here, especially if you're traveling in the area to swim in the crater.
google avatar

Maggie K.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the location and this cute little spot! Was a little disappointed in the mango salad. I just the mango was smaller and cut up into the pico de gallo .. just easier to eat! Salad is missing something not sure what but LOVED how the chicken nugs were gluten free! Definitely will go back but gotta try something new! The Parmesan garlic fries are KILLER! Everyone was so nice who worked there so need to go back to try more on their menu!

Yelp
Stumbled upon Lola's Street Kitchen during a small guys' trip, and it did not disappoint! The line looked a bit intimidating, but it moved quickly, and every one of us left happy. Based on the crew's reviews, you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I went with the Lamb Gyro, which was amazing. The Chicken Nugz were "okay" and where they lost a star from me. In my opinion, a 6/10. They are more like popcorn chicken than they are nuggets. There wasn't anything spectacular about them and Neither of the sauces didn't really stand out to me. I did appreciate that they came with fries (even though I didn't realize that / I don't it's clear on the menu either). Ok, but let's talk about the chocolate chip cookie... I may have eaten it before I received my food, but I have no regrets. It's a must-have, perfectly baked and worth every bite.
google avatar

Aaron Y.

Yelp
Fantastic place! Great atmosphere, wonderful food, good prices. Can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu. We love Lola's
google avatar

Peter B.

Yelp
I ordered the burrito special. Enchiladas and burritos have been excellent here in Utah overall. The table next to me noted that their food arrived before mine even when they sat down after me. The burrito was more like a quesadilla and lacking in flavor, mostly made of cheese and sour cream. I asked if I could switch it. The man running the place gave my money back and said in an aggressive and threatening tone to never come back. Anyhow, if you can't make burritos, don't sell them and if you can't handle customer complains, don't run a restaurant.
google avatar

Shanna A.

Yelp
Their gluten free options are horrible. No gluten free person wants a salad as an option. That's literally everywhere so unless you have something special, which chicken nuggets are not. Then don't advertise yourself as gluten free.
google avatar

Foodie Dude J.

Yelp
Well, it happened. Sad. It was only a matter of time. Prices went up, portions shrunk. The Stk. salad is now $17 at an "order at the window" joint. Everything is smaller and cost more. It's obvious that the owners are taking advantage of their lack of competition, and thus, taking advantage of the customers. Instead of keeping the prices reasonable, they seem to have adopted the "as long as we have long lines, let's gouge them". Not cool. REALLY not cool. I've seen greed destroy lots of places and hate to see it starting to happen at a place I lived so much. Sucks. Midway will end up with more competition soon and Lola's might get some karma. Ugh. Hate to see it. Food is still super taste. Staff is always super nice.
google avatar

Hallie M.

Yelp
We had a great dinner here! Nice little menu, everything looked delicious. I got the steak salad and it was so great, I was still thinking about it the next day. Thanks to parenting I have sampled just about every restaurant's mac and cheese, and this was the best I have had in a long time. Let's just say I stole her leftovers the next day! The restaurant is very cute, but has much for outdoor seating than indoor so dress for the weather. They had lots of nice heaters out so I was comfortable on a chilly evening.
google avatar

Jacqueline T.

Yelp
My husband and I split: - Pastrami Reuben - Blue Moon Burger Both sandwiches were fantastic. I can't pick a favorite because I loved both. I also loved the mac and cheese. The whole menu looked really good. I don't think you can go wrong. The only downside is that there isn't very much seating compared to how many people dine here. We were only in town for a day, but I would definitely come back next time I'm in the area.
google avatar

Anuj P.

Yelp
Long lines during dinner time but the food was great. Better for takeout due to limited seating. Came here twice during our visit here.

Yelp
Lola's was so good! Ever since I heard about this place I've wanted to try their sandwiches and garlic parmesan fries. Well, the day has finally come. While on my way to park city with my family, we decided to stop here for lunch. At first I thought the place was too small and we wouldn't be able to get a table where we could have our daughter sit on a high chair, but my sister quickly found out there was a second dining room with tables available. During warmer months, there is plenty of outside seating available as well. Now, let's talk about the star of the show, the food! I ordered the jalapeño burger. The burger was delicious, moist, well seasoned and I would definitely order it again. The jalapeños were spicy enough to warm me up on a cold Utah winter afternoon. The garlic parmesan fries were perfect to me. Not greasy, fried to perfection. Not too crunchy but not soggy either. My mom and sister ordered the fish and chips special and they loved it. I got to try a good amount and can confirm it was delicious. Batter was crunchy, not too greasy, halibut was fresh and delicious. The tartar and remoulade sauces were VERY good. Especially the remoulade. Wife had the avocado bacon melt without goat cheese. She absolutely loved it. Sourdough is her all time favorite type of bread, so from the beginning this menu item was a winner for her. She did say she would've preferred crunchier fries. I am so excited to be a regular at Lola's, as they have so many exciting menu items I'd like to try and they're always coming up with fun special's.
google avatar

Vivi S.

Yelp
This is my husband and I second time at Lola's. The food is never bad. In fact is it good I just feel like the fries were missing something. Services was fast for how busy they were. And I love that they have fresh flowers in the tables.
google avatar

Emmalie P.

Yelp
Lola Lola Lola Ordered the mango chicken, and tri tip salad and felt perpetually dissatisfied. For is this not the problem with Lola? Her inability to satisfy? Mango chicken salad? More like mango salad. The lack of chicken could not cure my insatiable hunger. 4 measly nuggets for a mango CHICKEN salad? 4 bites of chicken. 20 bites of rabbit food. The frugal nature of the chefs stole true substance from this dish. A problem I have faced many a time as a resident of these lands. As for the tritip salad, the steak was found to be tough. The sweetness of the vinaigrette overpowered the flavors of each salad component. Like the mango salad, add ins were skimp and lackluster. If you are coming to midway, I suggest skipping this staple. I have witnessed the birth of Lola's in midway. It has always failed to satiate me my hunger. It represents a cuisine that cares more about the appearance of substance, than substance itself.
google avatar

Yegee L.

Yelp
Yummy! Ordered the Portobello truffle melt. And it did truly melt in my mouth. I'm not usually a fan of sourdough but maybe after this sandwich I am. Toasted in truffle oil(I think?) it had a delightful crunch and chew. It had a really slight tanginess, which gave the sandwich depth but wasn't too sour which is what usually puts me off of sourdough. Everything else about it was delicious, the pesto, the grilled mushrooms, the cheese. My mouth waters thinking about it. It is definitely a little messy to eat. They have a nice courtyard out back w tables to dine outside. But they also have indoor seating if you prefer that. Enjoyed my visit here :)

Zak B.

Yelp
Ordered a burger a and specifically asked for no garlic fries and get garlic all over my fries and burger. I asked for it to cooked a certain way and had to have it made two separate times and when it came out the third time the waiter says "is this to your liking?" Requested a refund calmly and politely and was assured it would be refunded and still had the charge taken out even after only having 1 bite of the burger. Poor practice.

Chris P.

Yelp
Great fresh food options for Gluten Free Meals. The service was quick! I didn't see the outdoor dining until after we were done eating, so we sat inside, but a very nice restaurant. The fries were delicious!
google avatar

Hailey M.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing. Delicious. Never had anything better. Do you want the best fries of your life? Well here they are. The perfect amount of garlic. Perfect crisp. Not too greasy. The sauce???? Would drink it with a straw. Chicken sandwich was delish. Again, perfect crisp and not too greasy. And a large serving too!! Your husband could eat this and feel full. Ambiance is amazing. We sat outside on the bar stools and it's so enjoyable when the weather is nice outside!! They were super busy when we ordered and it took about 20 minutes to get our food. Honestly a lot faster than we thought it would take because it was packed!!
google avatar

Sarah H.

Yelp
Lola's was great for lunch! I grabbed an order to go which was the best decision since it was so busy with a line outside for lunch. We got the black bean burger and the jalapeños were SOOOO good. Spicy but not unbearable. The lemon vinaigrette was such a great choice - it was delicious and I even dipped my burger into the vinaigrette. The chicken sando is a MUST! It was delicious and the fries had great seasoning.
google avatar

Anika P.

Yelp
This place is the bomb. If I could describe it in one word....I would say FRESH. The food is delicious and it doesn't feel heavy. It's clean and they offer many different options. I am also grateful for the gluten free options they offer because you can't find many places that offer gluten free meals like these!! This time I got the gyro. It was so yummy. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. The atmosphere is cool and hip, the outdoor seating is clean and pretty.
google avatar

Alexis R.

Yelp
We had a lovely lunch before going to the Homestead Crater. Their patio is super cute with both sunny and shaded areas. I also appreciated the portion sizes!

Jaycie F.

Yelp
Delicious food that tasted so fresh! We had the mango salad and chicken sandwich. We loved that they offered so many gluten free options. Plenty of seating and decorated beautifully. Fast and friendly service as well!
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
I have eaten here a few times. Normally it's a good find. Today was different. Super unprofessional staff member at the register when I advised of a situation. My wife and I Waited an excessive amount of time for food. They must of lost the order. No big deal. The food came out and the fries were raw inside and the burger was a charred piece of dry patty. I let the staff know. He thought I was criticizing the establishment which I wasn't and was super rude to me. I called him out on being rude and he said he thought I was being rude. No much to say but What a total jerk. He said that I could have my money back which was great because I didn't want to wait 30 minutes for another try. Too many options to be treated poorly after wasting a beautiful afternoon with poor food and rude staff member.
google avatar

Missy M.

Yelp
My family and I really enjoyed this cute little place for dinner after riding the Heber railroad. It's a little burger place that seems to be a local spot for a quick bite. I got the chicken gyro with garlic fries and it hit the spot! I especially enjoyed the garlicy fries. The kids chicken fingers were yummy as well. We tried the carrot cake and tres leches for dessert and everyone loved both! This restaurant is very small with limited seating. There is only parking on the side of Main Street which can get busy. The workers were all very young but they did a good job. You order your food at the counter and pick it up yourself.
google avatar

John R.

Yelp
This is a fun place that I go after snowmobiling. My cabin is 30 min from here so it's a good food location close to having fun. Take the guys here all the time. Highly recommend their burgers for food and their toffee cookie was clutch for curing my sweet tooth!
google avatar

Alan A.

Yelp
The meal I had was absolutely delightful. I ordered the Jalapeño bacon burger, with a side of garlic fries, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, with the spiciness of the jalapeños complementing the savory bacon perfectly. The garlic fries were also crispy. Beyond the food, the service was outstanding -- the staff were attentive, friendly. I'm definitely looking forward to returning soon to explore more of the menu and try out other enticing dishes they have to offer. Great indoor and outdoor ambience, the weather was perfect when I went.

Lupe B.

Yelp
The food was awful. I am pretty sure that I can cook a better dinner at home without any special ingredients. I ordered shrimp tacos... and my husband fish tacos... none of them were good... from my point of view the best thing that night was the Coca-cola.
google avatar

Chris H.

Yelp
Really cute little place in midway. We just got done ice skating next door in the park and wanted a good burger. I got the jalapeño burger she got the turkey avocado. The star of the show by far are the fries. They were great! My burger was OK but could have used lots more seasoning her turkey burger was seasoned wonderfully. I would go back again but wasn't the most impressed with the jalapeño burger.

Aimee F.

Yelp
The food, service and adorable ambience were all a huge hit! This is the cutest little place with great food! Always a long line, and for good reason. The food is interesting and yummy. The stiff, namely Uri, Dulce and Gloria, went above and beyond to make us happy. Whatever modifications or extras we needed, the answer was always yes. The three of them took this from a great lunch to a "must go back" phenomenal experience. All the baked goods all looked delicious as well, homemade and good. Definitely going back to try them all! A must when in the neighborhood or worth a drive!
google avatar

Amy S.

Yelp
We popped in for dinner before heading back to our AirBnB and really enjoyed the food. We had a turkey burger with garlic parm fries and also got the sweet potato fries and potato leek soup. The soup was extremely heavy and creamy, but delicious, and everything else was very good. The cashier was so friendly and it was packed but we found a place to sit. Would absolutely recommend!

Charlee N.

Yelp
This is such an incredible place in the heart of Midway. You will never receive less than the top of the tier service or food. The staff is always so happy and generous. Their outdoor seating and indoor seating is INCREDIBLE. You just feel cozy and healthy when here. Please go here just once and you will fall in love!
google avatar

Alex C.

Yelp
Cute outdoor eatery right off Main St! Food is fresh and healthy. Will definitely be back for the chicken power bowl. The citrus vinagarette is to die for!
google avatar

Jessica P.

Yelp
I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich. It's delicious. The crispy buttermilk batter is seasoned with peppers and herbs and the thin slice of tender chicken makes the sandwich easy to eat and allows the chicken not to be overbearing--it's balanced and you can taste all the flavors. I chose my sandwich with the spicy aïoli which was a perfect choice. The herbs and cheese on the fries and unique flavored fry sauce was a perfect side dish packed with flavor. The meal was priced similar to other restaurants in the cafe category.
google avatar

Bethany K.

Yelp
Yummy food and great beer! Speedy service and comfortable outdoor dining. Also, their cookies are delicious!
google avatar

Linda M.

Yelp
We went in the first door which was a to-go ordering area. Went out and found the window at which you place your order. Interesting setup and limited drink selection but plenty of outdoor seating covered by umbrellas. I got the protein power bowl with ahi tuna which was amazingly tasty. Hubby ordered Mac and cheese (such tasty melted white cheese). And perfectly made crispy French fries. Hope to go back to try other items!

Maddie C.

Yelp
Best restaurant in the valley! Never have met a meal here that I didn't love. Love the daily specials and the salads!!
google avatar

Autumn W.

Yelp
I go here at least twice a month. One of my favorite restaurants in the valley. The service is super fast and all the employees there are insanely polite. They do have a pretty small menu but everything on there is amazing so I am barely complaining. Their desserts are top notch and perfectly simple. It can get busy on weekends and Fridays from around 11-2ish or 5-7ish. Totally recommend!
google avatar

Brooke H.

Yelp
Whenever we are visiting Midway, we make a point to go to Lola's! Grab a complimentary drink of infused ice water and don't be deterred by the lines out front. We are always happy with the service and quality of food here!

Patti C.

Yelp
i had a power bowl, friend had the steak salad. Good food, nice outdoor seating, reasonably priced. friendly service. draft beer. it would be nice to have real utensils instead of plastic to eat the salads but that's a minor quibble
google avatar

Neeve O.

Yelp
Yummy food & nice environment. definitely would recommend for a casual lunch in the area
