I’m genuinely at a loss for words to describe this place. From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. it truly felt like home. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning: cozy, inviting, and beautifully put together. And the food? Easily among the best I’ve ever had. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Huge thanks to the incredible team!

I celebrated my birthday at Loloan Beach Bar and Grill, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable birthdays I've ever had. As my husband and I arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff's friendly smiles, which instantly made us feel welcome and at home. Our server, Wishnu, was exceptional—super friendly and attentive, ensuring that our experience was enjoyable from the moment we sat down. He took the time to explain the menu and even offered his personal recommendations, which we appreciated. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding our order, but the team handled it with grace; they quickly apologized and corrected the issue without missing a beat. To our delight, Chef Adit himself came to our table to check on us, a personal touch that made the experience even more special. The food we ordered was nothing short of delicious; from the perfectly cooked meat to the vibrant, flavorful mocktails, every bite and sip was a delight. The stunning view of the beach as the sun began to set added to the ambiance, and we took countless photos with the staff's help, capturing the beautiful moments. As a wonderful surprise at the end of our meal, the team brought out a special dessert to celebrate my birthday. We felt genuinely blessed and happy as we left, grateful for their outstanding hospitality and tasty food. It was an experience that will stay with us for a long time!

Amazing at every touchpoints from start to the end. Went there for our anniversary dinner, the service and taste of food is beyond expectation what you pay. Being inside raffles hotel, you will be escorted by the ground crew using a buggy to the restaurant. All of the crew seemingly remembers how we’d like to be addressed. Food taste was phenomenal! Probably one of the best food we had in Bali. Atmosphere was also out of this world, if you’re also the type of people who’d like privacy in their dinner experience, this is the place to be!

We had a very disappointing experience here on the last day of our holiday in Bali. Before our return flight, we wanted to spend a few relaxing hours at a beach club together with our friends and their two small children. For this reason, we chose this hotel and made sure to confirm with the staff in advance that we could have lunch and then use the pool afterwards. They assured us that this was absolutely possible. Based on this confirmation, we ordered lunch and spent over 4 million IDR. However, when we finished and wanted to change for the pool, we were suddenly told that non-staying guests are not allowed to use it. This was the exact opposite of what the staff had just told us earlier. We asked to speak to the manager to clarify the situation. The staff told us the manager was coming, so we waited for 30 minutes under the burning sun with two small children — but he never appeared. Instead, the very same staff members who had confirmed the pool access simply disappeared and avoided any responsibility. No explanation, no accountability, just very poor handling of the situation. During our entire stay in Bali, this was the only negative experience we had. Unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing one. Despite the stunning views and the excellent food, the very poor and unprofessional customer service completely ruined what should have been a short, enjoyable experience before our flight. This place is not recommended.

We came here with a group of friends for lunch and enjoying the pool and the beach. We were walk-in customers, but staff told us that we can use the pool and facilities. After lunch we were told that according to hotel policy, only hotel guests can use the pool. We wanted to speak to the manager, he didn’t show up for 20+ minutes. We were waiting at the poolside through that time, with two little children waiting to go into the pool. There were no guests at the pool, didn’t make any sense. All this with a 4 million IDR bill for 4 adults + 2 kids. Very disappointing experience, after an amazing week of kindness everywhere we went to Bali. So we experienced as much of the pool and the beach as you would in a roadside warung, but for a 50x price tag. Do yourself a favor, pick another beach club.

Come here to search for dessert, when we landed on loloan they give us the warm welcoming, and the taste for the dessert was perfect. It was an incridible experience to have a dine here, thanks to Whisnu who give a lot information of bali and have chit chat with us, and thanks to Chef Rika who explained about the dessert, nice presentation ❤️

Nice secluded with great views of the Indian Ocean. Felt like I was a VIP ! One less star as the medium rare Beef was served rare but they quickly corrected it and gave us a free dessert.

I had an amazing birthday dinner by the beach at Loloan (Purnama Bale) at Raffles Bali, an ultra-exclusive venue within an ultra-luxurious resort. The experience was truly one-of-a-kind, as this venue hosts only one couple or family per night, making it incredibly private and special. The food was not only beautifully presented and delicious but also made from the highest quality, locally sourced, and most luxurious ingredients, adding to the unforgettable ambiance and celebration.
