Super nice hotel. Excellent location. Walkable distance to attractions. Igor and Valya, both were amazing, and friendly staff. Igor went above and beyond to help us plan the itinerary and all must know information. Definitely a recommended place for stay. Thanks

Everything was perfect, excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, I always come back to this hotel. The most important sights can all be visited on foot. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The prices are good and very cheap in the low season

Easy to find, warm to sleep, lovely to wake up. Everything is thought through, the administration is paying a lot of attention to the wishes of the guests with exceptional delicacy. That's a place to find a comfy bed in the lively centre of SPb. Very clean, well-equipped rooms, really pleasant, supportive and friendly staff, delicious and punctual breakfast. It was an enjoyable stay! (*Company of three)

This hotel was ideally located near to the Main Street, Nevsky Prospekt. However the street of the hotel might not be ideal for families as the street is full of bars and strip clubs, although I felt safe. ||The hotel was mostly clean, staff was sometimes attentive although it took some time to get a half smile. The room was cleaned well daily but towels were dirty and needed to be replaced upon request. The breakfast was simple yet adequate. Nice gentleman made fried egg or pancake upon request. ||Check in was a hassle like many in Russia due to the regulations. This hotel charged a nominal fee for the government registration process which is more for the hotel not necessarily the traveler. After paying 30 Euro in advance for the invitation letter and voucher needed for visa this seemed excessive. The reception threatened if we did not pay the additional registration fee we might risk a problem in departing Russia. This was not the case, the officials stated it is necessary for the hotel not so much the guest and we did not need to show the registration paper upon departure. ||Recommended without hesitation for the basic budget traveler.

Amazing location with good size rooms. The hotel was walking distance from most st Petersburg attractions. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. However it is not the perfect place to rest at night because it lies next to a lot of bars/ clubs which makes he place very noisy at night.

This a very small hotel (but by no means a boutique hotel) in downtown St P. The lobby is tiny but the room we had was spacious enough and had a nice bathroom. But the main problem was the noise. The hotel is above a bar and adjacent to several nightclubs and all night long there was noise from the clubbers and from their vehicles. We were there for four nights and got hardly any sleep. Breakfast was included in the price but was very basic.

We only stayed one night in St. Petersburg and wanted a good hotel near het center for a normal price. The Lomonosov hotel was perfect for us, although it was a bit hard to find. The outside of the building was renovated and the taxi driver dropped us about 100 mtrs from the entrance that was not clearly indicated. From the hotel we could easy walk to the Palace Square. The rooms were very good and we had a very good sleep. The breakfast is average. It took me some time to figure out how the coffee machine was working since I do not understand russian. I would go back here.

Pros:-||||Location of the hotel is good. It is very close to Nevsky Prospekt (5 mins walk) and is around 20 mins walk to other sights such as The Hermitage and St Issac Cathedral.||||Room, bedding and towels all very clean. Spacious wardrobe and very powerful AC. ||||Friendly and helpful staff.||||Good breakfast.||||Cons:-||||Even though the bedroom was spacious, I found myself walking into the corner of the wooden bed frame quite a lot. ||||Space is rather tight in the bathroom. Again, always bumping into things.||||No safe in the rooms.
