During our recent stay, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Upon check-in, we discovered the elevator was out of service, forcing us to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. The breakfast, which was not included in the room rate, was disappointing and lacked variety.|In the evening, I went to the front desk to request two wine glasses. The clerk informed me that glasses were not available due to concerns about breakage and surveillance cameras, which I found surprising given the minimal cost of standard glassware. When I asked for an alternative, such as juice glasses, the request was also denied, and I was offered paper cups instead. Frustrated, I expressed my dissatisfaction, only to be told that due to my "attitude," even the paper cups would not be provided. Ultimately, I was refused any type of cup or glass to take to our room.|Having traveled extensively in the aviation industry, I have never experienced such a refusal at a hotel. While I understand we booked this hotel on short notice due to limited options with two beds, the overall experience felt subpar and geared toward cutting costs at the expense of guest satisfaction. Regrettably, we will not return and recommend others consider alternative accommodations.
