We stayed at London Hotel Milan and really loved it! We had a room with an external bathroom — the bathroom was on the other side of the hallway, which wasn’t ideal, but it was still totally fine. I’d recommend bringing a bathrobe and slippers to walk over comfortably. Everyone at the reception was super kind, especially the Pakistani gentleman (unfortunately I don’t remember his name). He truly deserves a raise for how amazing he is at his job! The location was also perfect — right in the city center next to the Duomo — and the hotel itself was beautifully designed and very cozy. Highly recommended!

Double room with ensuite on second floor.|Yes, not the biggest room BUT perfectly adequate. Enough room for our stuff and for changing, etc. Bathroom was small but not a problem using everything. |Excellent, helpful staff. |Basic breakfast but 6 euros for juice, coffee and 2 croissants was great to just start the day. |Location brilliant - a couple of minutes to some good eateries and 10 mins walk to the Duomo.|Very clean room and bedding. No sign of problems mentioned by others!!

The receptionist (Pakistani guy) was extremely rude. He did not let my bf and I wait in the reception for my sister (who was staying in the hotel). He told us to leave and he threaten to call the police on us. It was shocked by the quick escalation on hid rude attitude. He first was nice to us and try to make small conversation. Then I went out of the reception to do some shopping and when I came back he was still nice. All of this happened when i went to ask him for the wifi. All of the sudden he showed he was annoyed about us staying at the reception for too long.

The hotel experience here has been among our worst. The location is great. The service is as bad as it gets. We were in the city for a conference for a week and multiple times we've had horrible interactions with the service desk stopping us, blocking our room cards, etc because of various things they can't keep track of at their end. We were a group of business people who's costs were fully covered beforehand. They're behavior is extremely poor towards their customers. If I could go back in time I would've never booked this place. We had already paid for the whole stay. Such a shame. The last interaction that made me write this review is that they blocked our cards to our rooms 2 days left of our stay so that we can't access our room or stuff because we had not paid the city tax, which they had told us we should "pay at checkout no problem". If it was only this incident, it would've been okay, but these type of interactions happened repeatedly when we were there. Avoid at any cost.

The star was given for comment only!! racists + cleanliness is zero. The bed has disgusting stains and the pillow smells rotten + the bathroom has a penetrating and incredibly filthy odor + A dilapidated old hotel with no insulation+ the hotel owner acts like a king, taking the keys and checking passports every time you enter or leave his hotel, making you feel like you are living in his home with his money; his behavior is primitive, barbaric. When the police arrived, his behavior changed and he became nice, but the truth is he is the worst person you could ever meet in your life and stay with + he barged into our room at night while we were sleeping without permission, a violation of privacy and extremely rude. To anyone reading my comment, I do not recommend him. I do not recommend him, I do not recommend him. 👎🏻👎🏻 I allow you to renovate your hotel with my money .

The rooms are small and quaint for solo traveller only 16m2 max. room 303. Not enough room to be spacious, shower is seperate to toilet & AC doesn't work with window open. Room service is required for water, as Italy doesnt give free water. You also need to be wise about cancellation as I paid for 4 nights but stayed for 2, which cost me approx. AUS $1800 through Booking.com which really made me feel its better to book direct any hotel and always ask for FREE Cancellation.

If you want a horrible experience book here! Rude staff! Not helpful at all got a list of things wrong with this awful hotel! |First thing is my company had booked a room with a TWIN BED and when I entered the room there was the smallest single bed I’ve ever seen! And when I went to speak to reception about it they had told me that the bed WAS a twin bed I was in disbelief as there is no way two people could fit on that bed! The fridge wasn’t even on and no mini bar or waters which I was happy to pay for. There was only a kettle no tea or coffee which I found mad! My colleague needed to get changed for an event and we were close to this hotel so I said use my room they wouldn’t let him in so he had to get changed in the downstairs toilet felt so embarrassed will def be complaining to my company to see if they can get some sort of refund I NEVER wrote reviews like ever felt like I had to for this experience and hearing the people next door even just coughing was so loud!

The service is just shit, we were told we can add one more person into the double room a couple weeks prior to our arrival. When we arrived it wasn’t possible and it was a non refundable booking we lost 1200€ on a single person room for 5 night had to book another hotel, with absolutely zero help nor empathy from the front desk she just said “NO” and went for a smoke. The people staying at the double room got 1 hotel card and were refused to get another one, couple days later unfortunately they lost the key and were forced to pay 50€, for a new one, or else they would not be let into their room. I’ve stayed at many hotels worldwide and so far i have not met such poor, disappointing and frustrating experience. Highly discourage you from this hotel!!!
