The service is just shit, we were told we can add one more person into the double room a couple weeks prior to our arrival. When we arrived it wasn’t possible and it was a non refundable booking we lost 1200€ on a single person room for 5 night had to book another hotel, with absolutely zero help nor empathy from the front desk she just said “NO” and went for a smoke. The people staying at the double room got 1 hotel card and were refused to get another one, couple days later unfortunately they lost the key and were forced to pay 50€, for a new one, or else they would not be let into their room. I’ve stayed at many hotels worldwide and so far i have not met such poor, disappointing and frustrating experience. Highly discourage you from this hotel!!!
