Price was half of what I was finding elsewhere which I was pleasantly surprised with, but admittedly also a little skeptical. Please, please don't buy from here. I made a purchase and after 20 days, I still haven't received my package. I sent them an email, but in my reply, they just say in two or three days. If you pay attention, many people left reviews for these, depending on The hands have not arrived. Excellent prices and seriously the best customer service I've ever had in Italy. Ordered my shoes online (70% off!) and even though the courier had the wrong address, Nicola from London store, immediately responded to my email and resolved the problem, supporting me throughout the entire process.
