Absolutely the best cocktails that we've had in Paris.
The decor is great, giving off a midcentury Palm Springs vibe without being too "themed" and the dj they had playing that night was surprisingly on point. While it's a little small, there are a few tables and some bar seating. We were able to snag a table pretty quickly once a couple left.
The first drink I ordered was the Lone Palm, which was made from a dill and cucumber infused gin, mixed with thai basil, lime and ginger beer. It was absolutely amazing and much better than I expected.
My husband's first drink was the Palm Springs, which was vodka with pineapple cordial, fresh basil and lime.
For our second drink, I ordered the Gold Rush and he ordered the Salton Sea, but we ended up swapping our drinks with each other.
We came on a Thursday and it was pretty packed, possibly due to people being in town for fashion week. We'll definitely be back!
