IF 0 STARS WAS AN OPTION …
We have visited the Lonestar many times over the years, however, over the past couple of years we have become more disappointed with the quality, service and price point. This culminated in our recent trip when we went for lunch as a family of 4, waited over 1/2hr hour after our reservation time to be seated, were then promptly ignored, not given any menus and when we were finally able to order, were told there were no children’s options. The food then took over 1hr to arrive during which time we were reminded that there was a time limit on the table! We were willing to put this terrible experience down to a “bad day at the office” until we attended for breakfast a few days later for a reservation made by our friends at 10am. Admittedly our party arrived just before 10:10am (totally our fault), whereupon we were turned away and told that they couldn’t accommodate us by the older lady on the front desk, who couldn’t have delivered the message with any less grace! Will not be returning.
