We came here in low season (Mid June). It was baking hot everyday with only a sniff of rain. There weren’t many guests and in general it was very quiet. We had a chalet with an outside bath area which felt pretty luxurious. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The staff were all brilliant. Especially Apple and Ma who played with our young daughter and did everything they could to keep her happy. The towel decorations were next level lol. We had a fully stocked fridge at all times with soft drinks and snacks. They couldn’t do enough for us. The chalet was probably 1 min walk from one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever visited. It was quiet, the water was warm and drifting off to sleep to the sound of waves lapping was the icing on the cake.

Long Beach Chalet is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed across all my visits to parts of Thailand. Waking up a few minutes from the beach front is absolute heaven. We stayed across 3 different types of rooms - all equally as clean, comfortable, and stylish. The staff was incredible and offered 5 star service across all the amenities and assistance with bookings. The breakfast and restaurant were fantastic. And a major highlight was Coconut, the cute white cat my partner fell in love with! We highly recommend.

This was one of our favorite stays during our trip to Thailand—and we stayed at 9 different hotels! We were impressed right from the start, especially since we got a complimentary room upgrade. The room (Deluxe Garden Loft) was absolutely beautiful and spotless, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the beach area was stunning. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this place! Just a heads-up—you’ll need a scooter to get around the island.

Exceptionally Beautiful resort. We had the best service and hospitality on our stay. We were here on the June, the outside temperature was hot but as the resort lies just next to the beautiful beach it’s so cool to stay at bar and restaurant side. The entire island is so beautiful and less crowded. Highly recommended to visit the island and stay at this place.

The hotel is quite good, staff is really nice. If you have a room further back, then you have to walk about 7/8 minutes to the beach/reception and if you stay at the front, then you walk about 7/8 minutes to the street. The room is quite small, but fits so far. If you want to go into the bathroom, you first have to leave the room into an "intermediate corridor". Unfortunately, the bathroom is not air-conditioned. There is quite a large selection at breakfast. Hotel recommended for a stay of about 3/4 days.

We had a room in the Lagoon area, which has the latest renovated rooms. It was great. Comfy bed, big room and shower, all pretty new and styled with good taste. Anti mosquito device was provided. We could hear the party on Tuesday night, but slept well. Beach access was good, had a spot always. Rented a scooter through the hotel , was 50 THB more that external option (250 instead of 200), but was worth the comfort. Rental had no issues with return. Breakfast was nice, they even celebrated my birthday in front of the entire dining room with cake, candles and Happy Birthday singing. Overall great experience, very chilled, as we wanted.

We booked a villa , second row so not at the front. It was amazing! The villa was large and beautifully decorated. We could see the ocean. The weather was wild so we could sit in the spa and enjoy watching the waves. All the staff were so lovely especially the ladies in Lyms restaurant. The breakfast was vast and changed daily. The cafe in the beach sold incredible juices and coffee We cannot fault the hotel only the weather but we did go in May! Loads of restaurants nearby. Gina’s , Miranda’s Backyard , where else were all exceptional!
