Our stay at this resort was truly wonderful! The ambience, hospitality, and attention to detail made our vacation unforgettable. Tides: Very good food and service, ambience was lovely. Attentive and friendly service. Would recommend the beef tenderloin from the special, personalised Anniversary menu- which you can take home with your name on it. Also recommend the Takka Makka wine. Head waiter Dheeraj, and Mukul were excellent, very professional, and personable. Chopsticks: Ryam was very professional and attentive, lovely service, and a calming aura. The food was delicious, the crispy duck starter was a particular standout !

Our honeymoon ended on an absolute high at the Long Beach Hotel in Belle Mare. After traveling through South Africa, we spent our final days here — and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every smile felt sincere, and every request was met with warmth and professionalism. Our Junior Suite with sea view (room 133) was beautifully designed, spotless, and the ideal setting to unwind and take in the beauty of Mauritius. Breakfast each morning was a delight — a mix of variety, freshness, and outstanding service. A heartfelt thank you to Chloé and Pamela, who went above and beyond every single day and made mornings something to look forward to. A special mention also goes to the talented head chef Anoop and his assistant Devind at Chopsticks Restaurant. Knowing how much we love fine cuisine and new culinary experiences, they surprised us with two completely bespoke three-course menus — created exclusively for us. Their creativity and attention to flavor were extraordinary and turned those evenings into true highlights of our trip. Our stay at Long Beach was not just about luxury — it was about people who genuinely care. It was the perfect ending to our honeymoon, and we couldn’t recommend this resort more highly.

Our visit to the hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the amazing team who made our stay so enjoyable. The bar man (Kumar) went above and beyond not only was he friendly and professional, but he also surprised us with special cocktails made just for us and another lovely couple celebrating their wedding anniversary. Each drink was crafted with such care and creativity — truly some of the best we’ve ever had!||The two waitresses were really outstanding (Chloe and Yusra) They were attentive, kind, and always served with a genuine smile. They made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal, and their warmth added such a personal touch to the evening. Chloe was very attentive to details and always checked on us making sure we had the best experience at the restaurant. Yusrah was very welcoming and also made sure we had a nice experience. ||All staffs were welcoming and greeted us with warmth and respect everytime.Thanks to this wonderful team, what could have been just another dinner became a delightful and memorable experience. We spent one night at Long Beach Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything felt special — the warm welcome, the excellent service, and the delicious food made our celebration unforgettable. A special mention to Security Agent Ayoung, whose bright smile and kindness stood out, the pregnant lady at the lobby who was so polite and attentive, and all the waiters and waitresses for their friendly and professional service. **Review for Long Beach Hotel** I recently stayed at the Long Beach Hotel with a group of 12 golfers, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is absolutely lovely, providing easy access to beautiful views and nearby attractions, making it a perfect spot for our golfing getaway. The front desk staff were a standout feature of our stay. They were incredibly helpful and pleasant, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their friendly demeanor made us feel welcome right from the start. Our housekeeping experience was exceptional thanks to Sarita, our maid. She went above and beyond to keep our room immaculate, and her kindness truly stood out. Meeting her was one of the highlights of our trip; she is one of the kindest humans I've had the pleasure of encountering. Additionally, Raj, the supervisor at Tide restaurant, deserves special mention. He was excellent in every way, consistently going out of his way to assist us. His professionalism and extensive knowledge about the hotel and Mauritius were impressive. It felt like he knew everything there was to know about the area, making him the perfect ambassador for Long Beach. While we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, I did want to mention a slight downside regarding the bar service. The staff seemed a bit slow in taking orders and delivering drinks, which was a bit frustrating, especially after a long day on the course. Additionally, as part of an all-inclusive package, we were surprised to find out that we still needed to pay for premium drinks and certain food items, which was not clearly communicated. Despite these minor issues, our stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend the Long Beach Hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and exceptional service from both Sarita and Raj. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait at the bar!

We had such a lovely stay at Long Beach Mauritius! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel so comfortable. We booked two beachfront rooms, 515 and 516, and the view was absolutely amazing. Big thanks to Danishta for her kindness and for celebrating Saudi National Day with us — it really showed how much the hotel cares about the little details for their guests. Every morning, Yushra greeted us at breakfast with the sweetest smile and such professionalism, it honestly made our mornings brighter. Also, huge appreciation to Mithun and Manav for organizing a beautiful birthday dinner for our friend — it was perfect in every way. Raj deserves a special mention! He was professional, fast, and so friendly — always ready to help with a great attitude. Nilesh, who was always cheerful and kind, made every interaction feel special. The spa ladies were wonderful and gave us such a relaxing experience. And of course, The people here truly make this place unforgettable. Can’t recommend it enough! ⸻

Not our first time here and only gets better each time. Beautiful setting and amazing food but the care and attention from the staff is what sets this hotel apart. Vicky and Kursal at the main bar were fantastic as is Cynthia by the pool, really courteous and very friendly. The kids club team also deserve a shout out, some of the most caring people we’ve ever met and brilliant activities for the children. Yusrah as always the star of the show, the most welcoming and friendly person we’ve ever met which is a tough accolade at such a wonderful hotel. Thanks for another tremendous stay.
