**Review for Long Beach Hotel**
I recently stayed at the Long Beach Hotel with a group of 12 golfers, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is absolutely lovely, providing easy access to beautiful views and nearby attractions, making it a perfect spot for our golfing getaway.
The front desk staff were a standout feature of our stay. They were incredibly helpful and pleasant, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their friendly demeanor made us feel welcome right from the start.
Our housekeeping experience was exceptional thanks to Sarita, our maid. She went above and beyond to keep our room immaculate, and her kindness truly stood out. Meeting her was one of the highlights of our trip; she is one of the kindest humans I've had the pleasure of encountering.
Additionally, Raj, the supervisor at Tide restaurant, deserves special mention. He was excellent in every way, consistently going out of his way to assist us. His professionalism and extensive knowledge about the hotel and Mauritius were impressive. It felt like he knew everything there was to know about the area, making him the perfect ambassador for Long Beach.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, I did want to mention a slight downside regarding the bar service. The staff seemed a bit slow in taking orders and delivering drinks, which was a bit frustrating, especially after a long day on the course. Additionally, as part of an all-inclusive package, we were surprised to find out that we still needed to pay for premium drinks and certain food items, which was not clearly communicated.
Despite these minor issues, our stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend the Long Beach Hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and exceptional service from both Sarita and Raj. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait at the bar!
