AVOID. EXTREME LEVELS OF NOISE
We booked two nights based on the positive reviews on Booking.com but had to leave after the first night because it was simply impossible to sleep.
The hotel is directly opposite a nightclub that plays extremely loud music until the early morning. The noise level was so high that the entire room was vibrating. On top of that, laser lights from the club were coming through gaps in the curtains and shining directly into the room. Even with earplugs, sleeping was not possible.
The hotel later explained that it is located in a “lively area.” However, what happens here goes far beyond what any reasonable guest would understand as lively. A place where sleep is impossible cannot be described as a hotel in the usual sense. This is not an inconvenience — it is a fundamental problem. Calling it an inconvenience is simply incorrect.
In the morning, we were told that breakfast would be ready in 10–15 minutes. In reality, it took almost one hour. After a sleepless night, this added further frustration.
Management also referred to a waiver stating that noise may occur. We never signed such a document. The signature shown appeared to have been copied and pasted from the Booking.com system. Pasting a signature onto a document without the person’s consent is illegal and raises very serious concerns.
The staff themselves were polite and tried to be helpful, and I feel sorry for them. However, regardless of staff attitude, if you cannot sleep even with earplugs, this is not suitable accommodation. Check other negative reviews here. You will find more.
