Longchamp Northpark Dallas

I had a wonderful experience at the Longchamp store in Northpark, Dallas. The customer service was excellent! The staff were attentive, friendly and genuinely helpful. The associate took the time to recommend a bag that was suited to my needs. The bags there are beautifully designed, elegant and practical. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend the store!

Amazing customer service and great assistance. I wanted to get my girlfriend the medium green Le Pilage in Mocha, it was sold out everywhere and was informed that it wouldn't be back in stock for the next 2 months. A store associate, Christina Lim, was very helpful me out all throughout the process. She followed up with calls for availability and was patient with me during the ordering process. She truly is the example the follow for customer care. 10/10 because of her.

When I walked into the store, there were only two other customers being helped. One associate ignored me completely, and the one who did help was rude and dismissive from the start. I asked for “Le Pliage” in burgundy, and she quickly corrected me in a condescending tone, saying it was “red.” She then told me the price ($150) in a way that felt unnecessary and made me uncomfortable, followed by asking if I was “ready to buy it or just wanted to try it on,” adding that I could’ve just or Her tone and attitude the entire time were unwelcoming. When I waited to try a different size, she disappeared to the back of the store and left me standing there. By the time she returned, I didn’t even want to continue because of how uncomfortable she made me feel. The only pleasant part of my visit was the older gentleman who greeted us kindly as we left — the only one who made us feel acknowledged. Overall, the customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location and will definitely not be buying from Longchamp ever.

Today was the first time I bought at their boutique and I don’t think I’ll ever do it again. I placed a pick up order I received an email my order was ready for pick up I head to the store and when I get there the person who assisted me told me that it wasn’t ready I show her the email and she goes to the back when she came out with my order she was saying the order wasn’t ready in a rude tone. I would have never gone in to get my order if I wouldn’t had gotten the email but did not appreciate the fact she accused me of this she could of handle this differently.

Ended up going with the medium black le pliage tote! Katherine helped me pick it out & was very helpful & kind 🥰 will be returning once the mocha is back in stock!

Walked in to buy a bag and was greeted with a super nice lady. Then at the checkout I got a different lady who was very snarky and rude. Claimed I was a dollar short when it was 61 cents. AND I HAD THAT. I payed and walked out. Did not want her negative energy to ruin my day or the feeling of a new bag. Longchamp do better and hire someone nicer. She’s acting like she works at YSL. Show her that customer greeting and assisting doesn’t mean to be so rude. Also prior to choosing my bag she was “assisting” another elder woman, she was screaming in her face “dis is a backpack!” I pray y’all reach out to that poor Woman for the disrespect I had to witness her go through. This all happened 30 mins before writing this review.

I had a wonderful experience at Longchamp manager, Evan he was exceptional - helpful beyond my expectation. This was a long distance Birthday gift and Evan made it happen with ease - I can not say enough about the quality of the staff at Longchamp North Park in Dallas! Thank you so very much.

Great bags! I came here multiple times actually and Pauline was so helpful and kind with me and my friends, she totally could show you the whole store bags and open them for you and put them back if you didn’t want them with a smile 👍🏻 Good customer care 💖
