Walked in to buy a bag and was greeted with a super nice lady. Then at the checkout I got a different lady who was very snarky and rude. Claimed I was a dollar short when it was 61 cents. AND I HAD THAT. I payed and walked out. Did not want her negative energy to ruin my day or the feeling of a new bag. Longchamp do better and hire someone nicer. She’s acting like she works at YSL. Show her that customer greeting and assisting doesn’t mean to be so rude. Also prior to choosing my bag she was “assisting” another elder woman, she was screaming in her face “dis is a backpack!” I pray y’all reach out to that poor Woman for the disrespect I had to witness her go through. This all happened 30 mins before writing this review.

I came here multiple times actually and Pauline was so helpful and kind with me and my friends, she totally could show you the whole store bags and open them for you and put them back if you didn’t want them with a smile 👍🏻

Superb shopping experience with Evan! I was in the store today and was greeted upon my entrance. Evan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. The experience was enjoyable and luxurious. I will definitely be back to this store to shop with Evan. Thank you Longchamp for having employees that offer such a positive shopping experience

Horrible Customer Service. We walked in to purchase a bag and were not greeted or helped. There was various people that walked and were immediately helped and greeted. It felt like we were being ignored the entire time. Clearly the people here discriminate . I would appreciate if the sales people here were more welcoming and not snarky people. Funny thing is everyone who was greeted and treated right didnt even purchase anything. We did .

I went in asking if they could stamp my initials on my bag. The girl looked it up and down and said no it needs to be new. I literally got it 2 months ago and she said that wasn't new enough. So rude. I have loved Longchamp at other locations but this one was horrible.

Extremely rude and snooty sales people. Walked in to buy a bag that I had been so excited to get. The sales person was rude and seemed disappointed to even have to talk to me. She literally looked me up and down and then said “the price is $275”.
Left the store and bought the bag I wanted at Nordstrom from a super sweet sales person.
Imagine being a sales person at a retails store and being so uppity- you literally work in a mall, Take a reality check.

Absolutely my Favorite Luxury brand! They stand behind their products and the customer service is just as great! I have always had a great experience at every location I have been to and this is no exception. They have a wide range of luxury goods to choose from with the lambskin le pliage bags being my favorite! I HIGHLY recommend Longchamp over any other luxury brand out there! K.I.T <3
