Horrible Customer Service. We walked in to purchase a bag and were not greeted or helped. There was various people that walked and were immediately helped and greeted. It felt like we were being ignored the entire time. Clearly the people here discriminate . I would appreciate if the sales people here were more welcoming and not snarky people. Funny thing is everyone who was greeted and treated right didnt even purchase anything. We did .

Extremely rude and snooty sales people. Walked in to buy a bag that I had been so excited to get. The sales person was rude and seemed disappointed to even have to talk to me. She literally looked me up and down and then said “the price is $275”. Left the store and bought the bag I wanted at Nordstrom from a super sweet sales person. Imagine being a sales person at a retails store and being so uppity- you literally work in a mall, Take a reality check.

I walked in looking for a bag that i wanted, this older hispanic women kind of short was helping me and showed me color options because they didn't have the color i wanted and she made a rude comment saying there's nothing to think about and she laughed after saying i'll think about it. Horrible customer service, will not be going back. Ordered it from Nordstrom instead.

Great bags! I came here multiple times actually and Pauline was so helpful and kind with me and my friends, she totally could show you the whole store bags and open them for you and put them back if you didn’t want them with a smile 👍🏻 Good customer care 💖

Went in today with a friend and mentioned how they used to make an olive green variant of the Le pliage. She aggressively said “it’s probably not real”. When I asked about the colors they had in stock she said she had a lot of colors but didn’t want to take all of them out to show. We walked out shortly after. I feel bad because the other associates were very friendly and nice but not her.

Absolutely my Favorite Luxury brand! They stand behind their products and the customer service is just as great! I have always had a great experience at every location I have been to and this is no exception. They have a wide range of luxury goods to choose from with the lambskin le pliage bags being my favorite! I HIGHLY recommend Longchamp over any other luxury brand out there! K.I.T <3

I recently had the great pleasure of working with Pauline and would like to recognize her for exemplary service. Specifically, while we had identified several travel bags on the Longchamp website that we were interested in purchasing, we were dismayed when we realized that we would not be able to receive the bags via overnight delivery. We accordingly reached out to the Dallas location where we had the good fortune of speaking with Pauline. Despite our tight timeline, Pauline said not to worry. She gathered the items we had selected and personally ensured that they would be sent that evening via overnight delivery. We will thrilled when the items arrived the next day just in time for our daughter’s departure. Of course, in addition to the excellent customer service Pauline provided, we also found the bags to be precisely what we needed. Thanks again to Pauline!
