When I walked into the store, there were only two other customers being helped. One associate ignored me completely, and the one who did help was rude and dismissive from the start. I asked for “Le Pliage” in burgundy, and she quickly corrected me in a condescending tone, saying it was “red.” She then told me the price ($150) in a way that felt unnecessary and made me uncomfortable, followed by asking if I was “ready to buy it or just wanted to try it on,” adding that I could’ve just or
Her tone and attitude the entire time were unwelcoming. When I waited to try a different size, she disappeared to the back of the store and left me standing there. By the time she returned, I didn’t even want to continue because of how uncomfortable she made me feel.
The only pleasant part of my visit was the older gentleman who greeted us kindly as we left — the only one who made us feel acknowledged.
Overall, the customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location and will definitely not be buying from Longchamp ever.
