The chicken pot pie was flaky and delicious, and the New England clam chowder was spot on—creamy and full of flavor. My friend said the burger didn’t disappoint either—juicy and cooked perfectly. I also loved the mocktails; there are lots of fun seasonal flavors! Noemi, the bartender, was AMAZING—she just made it! I'm definitely coming back!

I took off a star for the manager, Warren. I could take off 5 stars just on him. My daughter and I were having dinner at the bar. The food is great!! The bartender, Rollins, was superb!! The restaurant went from quiet to crazy busy. Warren kept badgering Rollins and yelling loudly at him in front of many customers!! It was embarrassing!! Rollins just kept doing his job, while also restocking beers, ice and dirty glasses. Warren helped deliver a few beers, but could have done so much more. Terrible manager!!!!

Stayed at hotel for medical visits. Polite staff, seated right away, We ordered, Steak tips which were good, Burger was pretty basic, onion rings were a bit to greasy for me, and chicken tenders were a bit bland, for dessert got the flour less chocolate cake, which was rich and very tasty. Would recommend if you are in a pinch and staying at hotel. Was told to try pizza and club next time we visit.

Quick bite and some drinks? This is the place to go! After work, my coworkers love this spot for their extensive combinations of drinks the bar can make (no drink menu, just tell them what you want and be ready for a substitution or change). Food is made pretty quickly and quite tasty so it’s perfect for after work and going home after. Love the privacy of their booths, makes conversing so much more intimate and relaxed. We got a pepperoni pizza, chicken Caesar salad, fries, nachos and chicken tenders (some not pictured). The pizza had a perfectly thin crust with a doughy middle, great cheese pull! The chicken Caesar had some juicy and well spiced chicken which I was pretty happy about! Nachos were nicely loaded with the works from guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, lettuce and chicken. Just delightful! Chicken tenders were juicy and crispy on the exterior as well, very satisfied. The fries were a perfect thickness and cut, so crispy and delicious. Best way to end a stressful workday! Definitely check this place out!

Google
Sit down restaurant and bar in the Longwood Food Court. I had a craving for eggs and bacon. Quite empty on a weekday morning. Immediate service and the food was prepared quickly.

Google
Pretty standard "pub" menu. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Nothing fancy or exotic, just quality pub food. A little pricey but not crazy.

Google
Not worth it. Looked good. Definitely didnt taste good. Mozzarella circles were too much bread no flavor. Fish and chips was 18 bucks for what??? Should have spent my money at Mcd's.

Yelp
Oh wow so the food here is pretty good . The service is good . The vibe is welcoming and friendly.

Yelp
I wanted to like this place but I just can't get to three stars. I had two experiences here while staying at the adjacent Inn. One evening I stopped in for dinner and had the chicken stir fry. There were just so many onions and peppers there were just way too many! There were just 4 thin slices of chicken. My second experience was an early morning breakfast. It was not busy at all at about 8am on a Thursday. I just could not get anyone to wait on me. When I walked in, there were two men in uniforms that passed me and went through one of the service doors. There is a sign that says 'please wait to be seated' so, I waited. I stood there for about 7 or 8 minutes and then someone finally came by and seated me. I asked for coffee and a menu and it took a while and this lady comes by and throws down a menu and then walks away. A few minutes later she comes by a slides an empty cup on my table, still with no greeting. A few minutes later a man comes by and asks if I want coffee, I said 'yes' and he immediately walks away. He comes back a few minutes later with the coffee pot and pours my cup and then I ask for cream. Before I can tell him what I wanted he walked away and returned a few minutes later with the cream. I got the toasted bagel with cream cheese. It wasn't very good.

Yelp
My sister and I had dinner here. Terrible! Nachos were small and very basic for the price z Ordered a pizza and it was a frozen pizza for $13, Don't bother going

Yelp
Friendly. Attentive. Food is good. From breakfast - dinner. Fresh. Steak tips very tasty. Omelettes awesome. Their puff hash brown potatoes are good & hollow. Coffee is great. Drinks at the bar, good.

Yelp
Amazing salad with salmon....couldn't be happier. Great flavor and very fresh. Affordable as well.

Yelp
3/20/24 I am a frequent diner at Longwood grille and bar and dined there last night. It has always been a great dining experience with good food and terrific staff. This was true until a few months ago when a new, inexperienced manager was hired for the diner shift. The warm and inviting atmosphere has been replaced with a tense uncomfortable vibe. Before this manager arrived the serving staff spoke with ease and compassion to each diner which made the dining experience so pleasurable. Many patients from nearby hospitals dine at the Longwood along with physicians and hospital staff. I have witnessed 3 of the experienced Longwood serving staff engage with children and adults, often remembering their dietary needs. The new Manger has no respect or empathy for the patrons or his own serving staff! I witnessed this at diner last night when he barked out harsh orders to one of the food runners and berated the lead server in front of patrons. His unprofessional manner continued as he condescendingly mocked 2 elderly diners as they attempted to exit the restaurant. They headed for the kitchen area which clearly has a red exit sign above it. He stood against the host counter and watched them walk all the way to the kitchen door before yelling out " Hey, where do you think you're going?" He then ridiculed them for not knowing how to exit. He extended his unprofessional attitude by speaking down to 2 medical personnel wearing scrubs and hospital IDs. I have never seen him approach a patrons table and ask how the service/food is or if he can do anything to make the dining experience more pleasant. Again many of the restaurants patrons are patients or family members and while the highly experienced compassionate serving staff knows how to treat diners, this manager does not! It is a shame that patrons endure his rude condescending demeanor while trying to enjoy a quiet peaceful dinner. I was unable to find a corporate contact as the website directed me back to the restaurant site. I hope corporate reads this review and quickly replaces him with a well qualified manager who knows how to communicate with staff and patrons. If you are considering dining at the Longwood grille I hope you experience a better atmosphere! Terry H.

Yelp
This place is great, good food, great service, it's clean and convenient. We've had two breakfast's here and both times the food was fresh and well prepared. We also came in for drinks last night, and the selection was good. Give this place a try, ignore the older reviews, they aren't reliable anymore.

Yelp
I should've checked yelp before stepping foot in this damn restaurant. The food was mediocre and unfortunately service was worse thanks to our server, Robin. 1) I was concerned from the start when she essentially made some negative comments about her job. 2) The Mediterranean salad (crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce, falafel, oregano, cucumbers, roasted tomatoes, pickled red onions, feta cheese, artichokes, grilled zucchini, kalamata olives, pita bread, dill yogurt aioli and cumin vinaigrette) sounded good so I ordered that. She retorted that the kitchen may be out of falafel. Turns out they weren't... 3) I ended up ordering a soup and salad lunch combo for $9.99. The food wasn't terrible. But when it came time to pay my bill, I was charged for a...burger? Really?! Not only was that wrong, the burger was also a little more expensive than what I ordered. Sure Longwood Grille serves alcohol and provides comfy cushioned seats, however, they are still essentially part of the food court here. Throw in that poor service and I guarantee you I won't be back.

Yelp
A 3.5 rating is more appropriate. I have to admit previous reviews turned me off from even trying Longwood Bar & Grille although I'm in the area frequently. In my quest of finding an actual bar in Longwood without going into Fenway this was the closest bet. I have now been here 3 times in 2 months. I've tried the wings, beef nachos (twice) and fish tacos. All pretty good bar food. The nachos are my favorite- just enough cheese that it's cheesy but not too cheesy and none of the other toppings overpower the others. The drinks are decent. And the prices are fair. Everything comes out pretty quickly. If only they change the decor so it feels less like a hospital area bar.

CapeCodGirl J.

Yelp
My in-laws and I stayed at The Inn and Longwood for nearly a month while my husband was in the hospital with a serious medical emergency. While the Inn was great, it was the Longwood Grille & Bar that made us feel at home while coping with a stressful situation. The food selection and quality is great, and prices are quite reasonable for a city restaurant. More importantly is the staff. The host and waitstaff are extremely attentive and caring. Most patrons of Longwood Grille are either hospital patients or family members supporting loved ones in the hospital. The staff at Longwood get to know you and your story of why they are visiting their establishment. They genuinely cared about my husband's condition and would always ask how he was doing. Their compassion did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Longwood Grille and Bar, whether you're in the area for medical purposes or not - it is totally worth it!

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch and had a good meal. Service was prompt and excellent. Large spacious room with plenty of privacy to talk and share a meal. Mediterranean Flatbread app was average and somewhat bland, but the bread was warm and just the right amount of chew. I enjoyed the Falafel. Good lunch overall.

Yelp
Im in LG almost every day for Lunch, and let me start by saying, Fernanda is the ONLY bartender that I NEVER have issues with. There's an older gentleman who is kind, but gives horrible service everytime (forgetting to check in, ringing items wrong, forgetting to give me the takeout materials I asked for - causing me to just leave without them, and the time he handed me a drink and never came back. Skipped lunch that day.... I usually dont complain much, having worked 14 years in the foodservice industry in just about every capacity, but today... today just did it. I walked over for lunch, as usual, and noticed a new bartender. I came in, sat down, and kindly waited for the bartender, who was ringing in another patrons order. She finished this, and turned to another guest who had a question. At this time, another gentleman sat at the bar. The bartender greeted him and turned to finish something on the POS, which took another 3 or 4 minutes. By this time, I've been sitting for about 7 or 8 minutes - still no greeting. Finally after she finishes whatever she was doing, she turns and asks the other gentleman who sat 2 or 3 minutes after I what he's having to drink. I walked out. I'm not asking for anything other than...oh I don't know... food and drink when I sit in your establishment that offers such. The guy who just made my noodles in the food court murdered customer service, amd he was easily serving twice as many customers simultaneously as the bartender today. Please. Make your staff better.

Ellen L.

Yelp
Maybe it was because I was so hungry and tired, but I had a great meal here! I was skeptical because of the reviews but the food and service were both great. Special shout-out to the fries and the adorable fake newspaper they came in - reading the funny little stories made me happy. I did not sit at the bar so I can't comment on the service there. Prices are a bit high, but I would say standard for a hotel restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience at the end of a long, hard day!

Yelp
The food is excellent! I was staying for medical issues and my husband and I dined here three times. The bartender Art is AWESOME. Must try the French dip sandwich

Yelp
Other options to consider before eating here: cannibalism, stealing a slice from Pizza Rat, rummaging from garbage cans at a nearby hospital. We arrived at 9:30, long before closing. The surly bartender was visibly angry to have to seat us in the dining area. The waiter seemed to mean well but mentioned being in the 15th hour of his shift and was obviously exhausted and had difficulty functioning. We ordered a beer and glass of wine which we never received. We also ordered a Harvest Kale which was fine, an over cooked and tasteless turkey burger, and chicken nachos which were an abomination. The guacamole was sour, everything was drenched in sour cream, and the cheese was cold. See picture. The salad was delivered first. The nachos and burger some time later. The waiter appeared to think my companion had ordered the salad and the burger while my entree was the nachos. The elderly and deeply disinterested manager was required to stir himself to print checks for reasons unknown. Having the unserved drinks removed from the bill took so long an Ice Age came and went; this was at least appropriate because the Air Conditioner was at full blast all evening. The highlight of the evening was when the busser and the waiter got into a squabble. The low light was when the bartender, after demanding her guests close their tabs early so she could leave, diverted an Asian man who tried to sit at the bar to a table where nobody served him. He arrived before 10, when the kitchen closed, but was ignored for so long that the manager, apparently oblivious, actually told the guest to leave rather than serve him. All this for $50!

Yelp
It was my first time staying at The Inn at Longwood Medical. Talk about dismal! The lobby is spotlessly clean, but otherwise more like a bus stop, and the hallways, also spotless, were like from a spooky movie. On the other hand, the room was really quite nice, especially considering Boston's way overpriced lodgings. The weather was rainy, cold and miserable. It was 8 pm. I wasn't hungry, and all I wanted was a good stiff drink. Nothing was within a short wet walk, so I went downstairs to the restaurant. The restaurant's decor is basically none... maintaining the "dismal" theme. But, I sat at the bar and didn't have to look at the unappealing room. Turns out that it was one of the friendliest bars in my experience. Nobody knew anyone, but everyone was talking. Bar tender Justin was excellent, and probably the reason why it was so friendly there. He knew his drinks and also every detail about the food items I asked about. The guy next to me was eating something that smelled and looked great. I asked him if it was good and he said it was wonderful. I couldn't resist and ordered the chicken quesadilla. It was delicious! It was packed with lots of very tender and perfectly seasoned chicken, and overflowing with melted cheese. The tortillas also were perfectly cooked... simultaneously tender and crispy, and not the least bit greasy. Who woulda thought, especially after reading the less than glowing reviews here. Justin said that almost everything on the menu is made from scratch right there. I believe it and recommend it. Just sit at the bar.

Ella H.

Yelp
Stopped for drinks. Not a fancy bar but it will do. Ordered 2 cabs that were palatable but nothing to write home about. Would stop again, for a beer.

Oirri O.

Yelp
Whelp, there's obvious frustration with the staff but nothing really stops them from doing great service. I appreciate Justin and the staff for everything!

Jenn S.

Yelp
I finally went back to the Longwood Grille & Bar for some apps/happy hour specials. The waitress started off very nice, but once my friends showed up and we started eating/drinking, we got a bit of attitude... It was a Wednesday evening and we ordered several of the special peach sangrias and a bunch of apps, so I don't know why we got attitude. The sangrias were delicious and strong (and at $5, an awesome deal!). We stuck to the 1/2 price apps (they were out of the Mac & Cheese Fritters - sad!) and got a few of the Chicken Quesadillas, an order of Buffalo Chicken Tenders, an order of Mini Burgers and the Crab Cakes (I didn't try these). Everything we had was ok, but nothing was spectacular. I stand by my 2-star rating. This time, the food was better, but the service was lackluster.

Adam H.

Yelp
My wife and I visited today 8/1/2020. Wierd to start with a Covid comment, but this place is remarkably clean. The bathrooms as well. Onto the food - my Bleu burger was cooked at medium per request, and my wife got the Chicken Caprese Sando and loved the roasted tomatoes and pesto. Really solid option and better than your typical food court grub. We are at Boston Childrens with our son (he is OK) and this was exactly the break we needed, 1 block away.

Joe E.

Yelp
Food was diner style and was good. Service was good. Prices good. Nothing special but considering it is attached to a hotel it is more than adequate.

Andre M.

Yelp
We came here in July and then just now in November. Has something changed? The food seemed much better. Once you get past the somewhat dreary setup and atmosphere - we were impressed with the food. fried cauliflower appetizer and sweet potato fries were excellent and my turkey burger was solid.

M E.

Yelp
I was desperately craving fresh haddock and I have to use grub hub because of disabilities. I only live two blocks away but... They had baked haddock! It came with potatoes and steamed broccoli. After many months in elderly at home quarantine, it was so delicious. Thank you.

Mark E.

Yelp
Overpriced and terrible. The only reason my wife and I went here on a very cold day was that it was close to Dana Farber and we were looking for something a bit better than the Dana Farber cafeteria. We should have saved ourselves the walk in the cold The food was dreadful. Easily the worst French Onion soup I have ever had! Onions were tough and the broth was just brown water. Yuck! I figured it would be hard to screw up a quesadilla. I was wrong. Barely any fillings in it. Almost no chicken. My wife had a club sandwich with salad. The sandwich was very dry and her salad was presented with no dressing. The only reason I even gave it two stars is that the bread they served was excellent. But the meal was overpriced and terrible. Do yourself a favor and if you are here turn around and get something in the food court.

S S.

Yelp
The Longwood Grille continues to exceed expectations. My husband is being treated at Dana Farber and this is our restaurant of choice. First time we didn't know how this hotel restaurant would be. Due to convenience we decided to try it. It was excellent! When it was open for breakfast and lunch and dinner we enjoyed several good meals. Great variety of starters, sandwiches, burgers, and entree's. Now they are open for dinner dine-in only. Every meal we have had has been delicious; fresh and hot with very ample servings. Excellent value for the price. The $5 Sam Adams pint is also a plus. The service has also been excellent. We've had the pleasure of having Rollins as our server several times. Very strongly recommend the Longwood Grille. It is the highlight of our trips to Dana Farber!

Naomi G.

Yelp
I've been here 3 times in the last month visiting my boyfriend at a nearby hospital. I think it's a perfect place if you don't want to venture out far from your loved one, are tired of going to the hospital cafeteria and want to get out for a breather and quick jaunt. @the bar : Bartender was friendly, ordered BBQ pulled pork sliders which I wasn't too fond of but they were $5 on happy hour and filled me up. It's not the first time I've been displeased with BBQ PP at a restaurant. It's kind of hit and miss. @the restaurant, went to breakfast 2x back to back: Service was excellent. I had the same server both times and even tipped her extra the second day. The breakfast was fine. I had no complaints. This is good enough for me for what I'm here doing. It fills me up and give me a break. I wouldn't say the food is the best but it's not horrible and personally I'd rather sit in a restaurant and be in that environment than eat in a damn food court. I think the food is fairly priced. Average. ***

Adam B.

Yelp
Nasty! High end prices, fast food quality. Actually, a burger from McDonald's has more flavor and pizzazz than the burgers here. Never again.

Joe S.

Yelp
Went in thurs, after leaving another area restaurant. Was sat right away and waited was very attentive. We have been here a few times and it's never a bad meal just no spectacular. So if you want a solid meal in the area I would recommend this establishment. And it won't break the bank, as I don't think many items were over 15$.

Marie c.

Yelp
It starts with the hostess today, 6/19 - who didn't say a word to me..but showed me to a table and threw menus on the table. Really? Wow, that's customer friendly. If you hate your job that much, why are you working there???? Food, ok... how can you mess up a turkey club with fries? Sandwich was fine..fries - cold. Only reason this place stays open, is that it's the only sit down restaurant in the immediate area. They could do a whole lot better..starting with some customer service.

Natalie T.

Yelp
This is an OK restaurant. We've stayed at the hotel about 6 times in the last year, traveling to Boston from New York to bring our son to see a doctor here. The food is hit or miss. It's not bad but it's not great. But sometimes it tastes stale or like they aren't cleaning the grills often enough. It's convenient when we are staying at the hotel so we keep eating here. That's really the only reason. The drinks are over priced, but I'm assuming that's just part of being in Boston.

Randy M.

Yelp
We were in the area as our son and daughter in law were having their baby at BWH. We were going to be around longer than expected, so we stayed a night at the hotel. Very reasonable and clean. We wanted to go for a beer so we came here. The beer was cold and reasonable. The Potato fries and wings were perfect. We came back for dinner (Blue burger) and margaritas, both good. We came again the next days for 5$ apps and beer. Again great and cold. We have several really good experiences here from food quality and service. I would come back whenever in the area.

Rosie Y.

Yelp
I come here all the time because I'm lazy and it's the only place on the block that has beer. The service is hit or miss. Some of the servers will plop you down with water and disappear for hours. Others will be amazingly attentive and super nice. If you drink enough beer, you probably won't be able to tell the difference. Definitely don't come here for lunch, unless you have about 3 hours to kill. (The service is inexplicably slower during the day than in the evening.) The food is pretty good, but not super special or anything. Pretty standard bar fare. It's nice and quiet, even when there are big groups.

Sarah R.

Yelp
I'm back! Unfortunately, for my first review after a somewhat lengthy Yelp hiatus, I chose a pretty mundane place. Sorry. Anyway, I have a bright, shiny new job in the Longwood Medical Area now, so my lunchtime options when I forget to be responsible are a bit different. The Galleria features solidly mediocre fare; nothing too terrible, but nothing really amazing to write home about, either. The Longwood Grille is not much of an exception, unfortunately, but they do have a few advantages over the food court. Namely, the noise. If you've ever been to the Galleria anytime between noon and 1:30 pm, you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. It's a free-for-all, especailly with the clinical staff rushing to eat before their lunch break ends promptly at 1:00 pm. The Longwood Grille is much quieter and feels more like an actual restaurant. The food is pretty standard bar fare. Appetizers heavily feature the deep fryer or buffalo sauce, and the ubiquitous nachos. Sandwiches, mini pizzas, wraps, and a few entrees dominate the menu. There is a drink menu, and I've come here after work to unwind with some coworkers. Longwood Grille is nothing special, and I don't believe it claims to be, either. The aforementioned quiet atmosphere, presence of cloth napkins and real silverware, and place to get a drink puts it a notch or two above its neighbors.

Kevin M.

Yelp
Overpriced and unimpressive. Best time to go is when there is some kind of special deal happening concurrent with a sporting event. Otherwise, save your $$ and eat in the food court. Even Bertucci's would be a better choice. The staff is very polite and friendly, but they don't distract from mediocrity of this place. It's allowed to thrive because there's not much else in the area.

Toby S.

Yelp
Came here around 8pm on a Thursday evening and sat at a high top near the bar. Place wasn't crowded but two servers totally ignored me. I had to get my own menu and still no one came. Left after 10-15 minutes and will never return.

Barney B.

Yelp
20 years after Brian Flanagan had a dream (come on 80s buffs), I come into this place for a non-chain bite to eat. Wedged in the back of a food court, I had hopes this bar/grill would do the Brians (and Barneys) of the world proud. Luckily it was lunch, so this time I wasn't looking for a proper bar - and good thing, because this place is definitely a plain old restaurant that happens to have a liquor license. The food - a bit above average. The service - not bad. The decor/vibe......well it will work with the 'Cocktail' dream, because this place will fit in any city, town, suburb or airport a franchise tries to drop in. And not to say it was bad - it was just vanilla. BUT.... If I were a student, employee, or other person who spends a bulk of time in the Longwood area, this is the only non-food court feeling option in the vicinity. And the local workers with name badges sucking down Mich Ultras at lunch would likely agree.

Trisha F.

Yelp
I liked my food well enough, and the prices were good. The wait staff was friendly, and the time wasn't bad. I was there on a weeknight fairly early, which was nice. They played the ball game, which was interesting since BoSox fans seem rabid in comparison to the Bay Area fans I'm used to. Overall a nice place, good for eating while staying at the Inn but I don't know I'd go there if staying somewhere else.

Tim F.

Yelp
Meh. Mediocre food masquerading as upscale cuisine. I have eaten here so many times (free lunches only) and have tried pretty much everything on the menu. I am convinced it all comes out of a freezer. From Costco. Add a dash of salt and some spices (a la Emeril style) around the plate and you've got a pretty good idea of what you're going to get. Their turkey burger consists of a semi-cooked frozen turkey patty -- no ground turkey here. Their fried calamari is more breading than calamari. They even manage to mess up their salads -- the noodles on the Asian salad are undercooked and firm. The service is no better (no worse). Bottom line. You would do better at the food court right outside. Edit: The food has slightly improved. It's a toss up between the food court and this place.

Lia M.

Yelp
I can't speak for lunch or dinner, but breakfast was good. Well, the French toast was good. The homefries were OK - would not waste the calories on those again. But the French toast was very good - I was surprised, I was expecting it to tast like typical hotel restaurant food, but it was better. No powdered sugar on it, though. It's kind of pricey for breakfast - over $7 for French toast. Not a destination - would only go if I was in the area (which I was). Both the hostess & server were friendly.

Casey Q.

Yelp
Pros: super chowdah, good Caesar salad, well-stocked bar with good beer and wine selections. House-made foccacia that might wind up on the controlled substances list. Cons: lit like a freakin' cafeteria. I'm not sure who uses this as their local - I'm guessing that it's mostly guests at the Inn at Longwood Medical, and possibly some of the medical pros from the hospitals and research labs that ring the place. Enjoyed both evenings I spent in here, one eating and the other bending an elbow with Boston friends. Can't say I'd make a special trip to the place, but if you're staying at the Inn, this is a totally serviceable choice for a quick meal or a meetup.

Chris C.

Yelp
I had never gone here for lunch or dinner or even a drink after working in the area for 2 years and have decided I probably should have kept it that way. So I ended up here for dinner with some coworkers/vendors during a break from an evening project at work. They claimed it was good and I went along. First problem was that the service was terrible. After telling the host we had 7 people and possibly one more coming later he tried to seat us at a 6 person table. So after he realized you can't fit 8 people at a 6 person table we got seated. Then the waitress came who didn't know what the specials or daily selections were and seemed annoyed when we asked her to go find out for us. I ended up ordering a french dip sandwich that was on the specials menu. When it came out the plate was missing the au jus so I had to ask for it. After a few minutes the waitress came out with a cup of french onion soup minus the bread and cheese. I double checked that this was the right stuff and she assured me that was how it was supposed to be according to the kitchen. The sandwich itself was actually decent, but the lack of the au jus left me not feeling fully satisfied. The prices were also a bit on the steep side considering it is nothing more than a pub.

Yelp
Stayed at the attached hotel and included was a continental breakfast. At 10:30 am they were basically empty. Took forever to get someone to take our order and an "attitude" was included!! Huffy, unfriendly waitress - I almost said that we just came from Dana Farber Cancer Institute- what is your problem??? Nice decor and clean. Coffee was good along with croissant but cut up fruit was old and mushy. A few green grapes were actually rotten. Didn't dare mention it to Ms. Personality! There are many more breakfast places a few feet a away!

Yelp
I really enjoyed my dinner at this spot. REALLY. I only went cuz I'm staying at the Best Western and they gave me a 15% off coupon. The side salad was delicious. Fresh mixed greens and vegetables. Then I had the skirt steak which was the best that I've had in a very long time. I ordered it medium rare and it was just right. Often a skirt steak can get over cooked but they got it right. The green beans were delicious, they were well seasoned and the roasted potatoes were perfectly cooked. Just a really good meal.

Yelp
Gave it another shot. Again, the service was good, but the prices don't justify the quality of the food. Really, the nearby food court has better options.

Yelp
Decent breakfast but horrible service by a lady who looks like she should have left the hospitality industry when Nixon was in office (no crack at age-she was just bitter, rude, and completely horrible at her job). I had to summons a manager just to get a glass of water. My advice to this restaurant: FIRE this woman immediately - I'm sure they can determine which server it is. The rest of the staff seemed helpful and professional.

Yelp
Was in town for a conference nearby and stopped in for lunch. The clam chowder was the best I have ever had. Lots of clams and great flavor. Didn't need to add anything to it. Service was wonderful and fast. Would definitely recommend. The prices were actually really great from what I'm used to.
