The place is beautiful. It's a different world in there. Infrastructure is also of international standards. The reception staff is welcoming polite and knows to deal with people. All paid restaurants EXCEPT Old Bar have polite welcoming and cheerful staff and most of them speak English. Indoor pool area is nice and climate controlled. There are few free inclusive activities in the package which is nice. We enjoyed the pedal boat 🚢 Now for things I didn't like Dining hall staff seems to be very angry with everything. They are walking around with big frown. Dining hall food for breakfast was absolutely same for 2 days that we stayed and the cakes were old and hardened. Is this how 5 star breakfast experience is supposed to be? Room delivery which was asked for coffee capsules was also very unpleasant lady. Activity place particularly the buggy refused to accept cash specifically Georgian currency lari then we had to call our local guide who had to speak to them on the phone and I was made to go and pay at the reception then go back for the experience which was honestly good.

Our first visit to this exceptional property — and certainly not the last. From the very first moment, the hotel feels like a picture-perfect destination, where every corner is thoughtfully designed and truly breathtaking. The breakfast was extremely generous, the rooms impeccably spotless, spacious, and beautifully styled. The entire property was decorated for Christmas, adding a festive, elegant, and joyful atmosphere that made the stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to the spa team — especially Maggie, for her warm, generous hospitality, and Natalia, whose kindness, intuition, and professionalism made the experience an absolute pleasure. The wine tasting tour was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Georgia, thanks to the wonderful and highly knowledgeable Anastasia. Her patience, intelligence, and kindness turned the experience into something truly mesmerizing. IKE Restaurant deserves special recognition — exceptionally high-quality, fresh food. Simply outstanding. The service was impeccable; Nina, the manager, was welcoming and attentive, and her entire team treated us with genuine care. A special thank you to Eti, our wonderful waitress — an absolute delight. The reception team was consistently kind, helpful, and generous, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay. We cannot wait to return — we’ve been left with a lingering desire for more. Thank you to the entire Lopota team for an unforgettable experience.

Was our first honeymoon destination and it was such a great choice! Once they knew we are honeymooners they upgraded our room and sent us a delicious mini cake. Sofio and all the staff there were very friendly and professional. The room is great, specious and very clean. And the overall atmosphere is outstanding in December, with a lot of activities and food options to do. Definitely I’m coming back in Summer of Spring!

We stayed here two days ago and had an amazing experience. The place was luxurious, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff were very respectful, professional, and extremely helpful. The transportation service was smooth and convenient, and moving our luggage was handled effortlessly. The porters and transfer staff were friendly, cheerful, and very polite. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this place!

I’ve visited Lopota Spa Resort many times, but this trip left me more impressed than ever. Everything was truly wonderful. I had the chance to try dishes across almost all dining areas, and each one was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, every interaction was a pleasure. My sincere respect to the entire team. Highly recommended.

The last two days of our stay were quite disappointing. The same 2–3 dishes were reheated and served repeatedly. On our last morning, even the breakfast location was changed without any prior notice. The rooms were clean and nice, and the view was absolutely stunning. However, the food options were limited and very repetitive.

Dear Team, I hope this message finds you well. Earlier today, while looking for a place to have lunch in the area, I came across your resort. We decided to stop by for wine tasting and lunch, and after speaking with security, they attempted to check with the reception. Unfortunately, the reception insisted that we could not enter before 3 PM, despite the fact that it was only 2 PM. This was extremely disappointing. A more welcoming and flexible approach could have easily turned us into new customers. We were ready to dine, enjoy your facilities, and potentially become repeat visitors. Instead, we were turned away simply due to a rigid and unnecessary restriction. I understand we did not have a reservation; however, our luggage was in Telavi, and we fully intended to book on the spot. Sadly, this opportunity was lost. You turned away customers who were prepared to spend, enjoy, and recommend your resort to others. This experience reflects poorly on your hospitality standards.

I'm still pinning over the breathtaking beauty of Lopota Resort! It was truly a luxurious escape, and I can confidently say it's the best resort in the world! The stunning natural surroundings, the lake, and the majestic mountains - it felt like paradise on earth. The resort itself was immaculate, with impeccable cleanliness and top-notch amenities. The activities were incredibly varied, and the staff, especially Natlia, were the epitome of warmth and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Natlia was always asking about our needs, providing insider tips on Georgia, and making sure we had an unforgettable stay.
