This restaurant is part of Fairmont The Norfolk, one of the oldest hotels in Nairobi and established in 1904. I went there for their lunch buffet, which cost 32 USD. They offer a wide selection of local and international dishes, including: soup, many types of salads and breads, rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, ugali and spinach, fish with white sauce, grilled beef steaks with mushroom sauce, BBQ chicken, fresh fruit, and many delectable desserts. Their white bread loaf is delicious with butter, and their creme brûlée cheesecake and bananas foster sauce are pure heaven. Service is courteous and friendly. The restaurant has very large windows and ample natural lighting. It feels upscale yet still laid-back. There is also complimentary wifi access.
This was the best food and restaurant experience I've had in my 3 weeks in East Africa. I would definitely recommend Lord Delamere Terrace.
