Nice location in Gamla Stan.|Extremely small single rooms, if your’e a tall or a large person it will feel cramped. Ok beds.|Breakfast could be better, poor choices, and the coffe was not very good tasting.|The weather in Stockholm was bad during our stay, and if we had booked a better hotel we would not have to leave one day earlier than planned. But this hotel was of such a character that spending a whole day in our rooms was not tempting at all. Will not stay here again, but I can understand that some people find it cosy. We did not though.

Fantastic location in central Stockholm, walking distance to many great attractions and in the middle of a wry tourist friendly area, room was small and clean. You mostly pay for the novelty Of the theme and the location, both of which were superb. Not sure if true för all rooms. But in mine you could hear others moving through the wall as and especially upstairs. The themed decor is fantastic and the breakfast service was passable, all staff were very friendly and noise on the street was low. One morning I was awoken by garbage services hit that’s not their fault

If you are looking for somewhere in the old town that is not too far from the train station, this is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are quite compact but contain the standard hotel items. The beds are quite comfortable as well.

We stayed for one night in July. The hotels location is amazing and everything is at walking distance from there. The hotel is very sea-themed and has big wooden dolls as decirations and there are very many paintings and photographs of ships on each floor and in the rooms. If you like a boat/sea themed hotel you’ll love this, for me it was a bit much. |We stayed in the family room which was one level under reception and you could hear footsteps at reception in the room. The room was quite spacious but didn’t have complimentary toiletries, as many hotels in Stockholm tend to have. |The breakfast was complimentary had everything necessary, but could use improvement considering the pricepoint at which you can book another hotel with a buffé. The breakfast was also TINY and you could barely sit down without bumping into another person. |There isn’t much to do at the hotel as it is very small and some of the rooms are also tiny. |The staff was very friendly and we were able to leave our bags to the front desk upon arrival.

The Dirtiest Hotel I have ever seen in my life. As soon as I arrived I smelled horrible oder on pillow like someone slept there for weeks with no wash. The hallway was so dirty, the elevator was shaky and dirty too. I decided to Leave before I get any diseases. I asked front desk full refund and they agreed. Now after few days they charged me for one night because Now after few days passed they say it was clean, It seems they make money and stealing money like that. I had to book another hotel, last minute higher rate because of WRONG reviews that I saw in their website. So basically they deceive people like that. Reviews show ok but hotel is dirtiest one. DO NOT BOOK this Shit hotel if you Care about your Health and your Money.

I stayed in a standard single room in February. - The room is perfect for one person. It’s small, but laid out well. If I were sharing a room with another person, I’d want one of the bigger rooms here. - The bathrooms were great with heater floors. Good water pressure, always had hot water. - The naval theme of the hotel is fun and interesting, even if you’re not a big fan of ships. - Fantastic location on a street full of shops. You’re walking distance to all the big tourist things. - Despite the location, it was very quiet and peaceful inside. - Great breakfast that consisted of hard boiled egg, bread, turkey, cheese, veggies, yogurt, juices. - The room always felt a bit cold to me, but I run cold.

We moved to this hotel part way through our stay as the previous hotel was awful. We were very pleased with this hotel. It is in a great location, has very friendly staff, clean and an adequate selection at breakfast. Despite being in the centre of the city it was quiet and we had an uninterrupted sleep.

Yelp
Friendly receptionists. I arrived too early to check in, so they stored my luggage for me and when I came back later in the evening they had given away my room to someone who was allergic to the carpet at their sister hotel, Lady Hamilton. They asked if I would mind going around the block and staying at that property instead. They told me it was a nicer hotel, had a better breakfast, larger rooms, and a free sauna to use, so I agreed to move hotels. I wasn't disappointed and I really loved the Lady Hamilton hotel! From what I saw the Lord Nelson seemed to be very similar. Packed full of cute and kitschy details with a nautical theme. It's a great location on a big shopping street and not far from the subway, parliament, and royal palace
