Had an amazing stay here! The staff was super friendly and made sure we felt welcome from the start. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great—close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The food was delicious too! Definitely a place I’d stay at again and recommend to others.

I had a very unprofessional experience with the staff at Lords. They were extremely rude, and I have never encountered such poor service before. From now on, I will avoid staying at hotels like this in my life. The location in Jammu is very good, and we were expecting a great experience at the hotel. However, when we ordered a chapati, it never arrived, even after 20 minutes. How is this possible when there were only two customers at the restaurant? This is completely unacceptable. We weren’t asking for complimentary food; we paid for it and expected proper service. A hotel like this should ensure they have adequate and professional staff. This was a very disappointing and unrealistic experience.

Food sevice by r p singh food was vvv good hotel was excellent. The food was perfect and the tastes were on the point. The delivery of the food was very fast. The presentation of the food was phenomenal. The staff behaviour and our attendent R P Singh was very humble, polite and a great person. Loved each thing we ate for the breakfast. Must try the food here in the buffet.

I stayed here for my recent visit to Jammu. The location of this is near the Jammu Bus stand and is very prime. The market is nearby and you have good food options. The rooms are of a good size and clean. The service is really good. The only aspect which I couldn't understand was their policy of not allowing the locals to stay in the rooms or visiting the rooms. There might be a reason to it which the locals must be aware of. Rest everything works.

As a family we had our lunch, and we had a mix of Indian and Western food.||We were thoroughly impressed on at this Blue coriander Restaurent not just with the top notch delicious and quality food but topped it up with much better service, professionalism, speed. Loved it here , can't recommend it higher and compare against the five star hotel food in metros. Mr Suresh restaurant manager provided with all the delight and Professional service.

Recently dined at Lords Inn and the hotel is impressive with its inviting dining hall and attentive staff. The food was delicious, featuring a diverse menu catering to various tastes with expert preparation. The hotel also offers convenient parking. The location of the hotel near Bus Stand Jammu is a significant advantage for tourists, making it easy to travel. Overall, a great spot for both dining and convenient travel.

Our stay at The Grand Plaza Lords Inn was a disaster. 2 nights 2 rooms 6 pax. They upgraded our rooms to Club room which was good space wise. But the first room provided was unhygienic and the drains of the bathroom were smelling so bad and the bathroom exhaust wasn’t working. Delayed service. Had to call them multiple times to check. The other room bathroom was also smelling miserable. So we demanded to change the room. They agreed to change one of it. The food at the Coriander restaurant was quite okay. 3/10. Our package included breakfast buffet but the food was terrible. Everything was raw and uncooked and tasted bad. Not cooked properly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family stay. Thank you
