Lorenzo Motor Lodge

My partner and I had a long weekend in Christchurch and really enjoyed our stay at the Lorenzo. Great location, plenty to do within walking distance - a great place to base your stay. The room was immaculate and service spot on - would highly recommend.

Excellent Motel accommodation. The proprietor is extremely helpful. Only 5 mins walk to Hagley park and a plethora of eating establishments.

This place is perfect Warm, quiet, clean, comfortable bed, excellent service and everything you need. Coffee machine with pods, minibar, cute balcony to enjoy morning sunshine rise. Friendly attentive staff. Free parking. Close to plenty of restaurants and Riccarton Mall. 10/10 Would stay again.

Located on Riccarton Road this hotel is surprisingly quiet. The rooms themselves are spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. The 1 bedroom apartment was a good size and very comfortable for a couple of nights. I didn’t use the kitchen area but it was well equipped for anyone wanting to cook a meal in their room and the bathroom is large with a shower over the spa bath. A really good motel and well worth the stay.

Very neat and tidy with good facilities in room, Nespresso, mini bar, tea/coffee, toiletries, sky tv, etc comfy bed and good bathroom. Place was quiet even though motel is on a main road. Only thing of note is our room 2 had no blackout blinds. This would make an improvement.

I think the best thing about this place is the proximity to parks, shopping malls including a lot of restaurants. Since I didn't come by car, there is also a bus stop nearby with routes that include buses in many different directions, which made it much easier to get around. I'm glad I came in the spring, the flowers in the garden in front of the entrance were all in beautiful bloom and it was a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room was also good as well as the facilities and equipment.

This is a nice motel. We had two bedrooms, shared bath, and a small sitting area. The outside courtyard table was a bonus. There is a small kitchen but not feasible for cooking a large dinner. There is also not an easy way to wash dishes. The location is great with many restaurants nearby as well as Hagley Park which is awesome for running and walking!
