We stayed in a room with three beds on the second floor with a window. That was a plus; some rooms don't have windows—plenty of room for two or three people. There is a heater in the room if needed. The bathroom has hot water; however, the pressure is low at night. Good breakfast and a clean room, all thanks to Maribel and Rosita. Helpful desk staff, especially Nohaly. Close to all restaurants, bars, and attractions in Cusco. Good Wi-Fi on the second floor and so much on the first floor. Starbucks is next door. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything around, but that is nothing new in Cusco. You can get used to it. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

The staff was beyond hospitable. They took really great care of me and my family and always did so promptly and with a smile on their face. I didn't bring a phone with me, so they even helped me print our boarding tickets. The rooms and common areas were very clean. The breakfast every morning was delicious. They stored our bags safely while we were going on tours and spending the nights at different places. The location couldn't be better right in the main plaza with all kinds of restaurants and shops at walking distance. I would 100% recommend staying here.

We stayed here before and after our Salkantay Trek and they were fantastic. They stored our bags for us for the week. The location can’t be beat, literally 5 steps from Plaza de Armas. And the staff was so helpful and attentive. They even helped us get nurses to come to the hotel to get our COVID-19 rapid tests done for return to the US. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Rooms were clean and comfortable, it just took a little while (10-15min) for the water to heat up and the floors were a tick squeaky but nothing that impacted our trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Conveniently located near practically everything and for a cheap rate. Rooms are spacious and clean. Also cleaned daily and goes above and beyond at tidying the room up. But it is very loud at night and throughout the afternoon. Kids hangout there after school. And people gather to talk very loudly late at night. The man working the night/early morning shift is complete trash. I was severely sick and needed medical attention and he did absolutely nothing until the woman came in for her shift hours later. He was extremely condescending when I went into the office and apparently “bothered” him for help and was told it’s not possible to get medical attention at 6am in a very snarky tone. Hospitals in Peru aren’t open 24/7?? I literally saw him outside of the courtyard dancing when he said he’d call for an ambulance but no one answered? I got through to them immediately. The two women working the desk during the day shift are so thoughtful and really helped me out when I was in a time of need and went out of their way to check up on me the following days upon my release from the hospital. I did request a cab to be taken to the airport in the morning two days before I left and it either wasn’t requested or never showed.

What I did not know is that there are two parts to this hotel - an older version and the updated version you see in pictures. Our room was in the older section, and while nice, it was not the picture you see on the website. It was clean and comfortable but the wooden floors were extremely squeaky. The hotel was in a great location and the staff was extremely accomodating. It was a great deal and I would recommend Loreto Hotel.

We stopped in here for two nights, amazing location close to everything. Samir who checked us in was very helpful and informative. He even got out of his way to take us out and show us a couple of things we weren't sure where they were.||The place is quirky and offer a clean accommodation with good quality WiFi connection and free good selection of tea including the famous Coca tea.||Room facilities are basic but it has all what you need to have a good stay including safe and flat TV with some English channels. Highly recommend and thanks guys for your superb hospitality.

It's ok for an affordable stay close to the historic centre in Cuzco with a nice but basic breakfast included. Rooms were quite cool in winter and there was no heating. Frosted glass door to the corridor meant it was rather bright in the room most of the night.
